It has everything you need, beds are comfortable and all other amenities are perfect for a family of 4 Nothing. A small thing, the shower hose is a bit on the way when you shower. Perhaps they can find another solution. but is really not a big deal.

• Serra (10/5): Our beautiful house in the middle of Orvieto - Where to start :) First of all the place is even better than the photos. The building is so beautiful with a garden in front of it. The apartment is It is beautifully decorated. If I would like to have my own house in Orvieto, this would be it! The place is well heated. It is a very short walk from the center with many restaurants around it. A very short walking distance to the Cathedral. If you come by car, you need to park in the public parking. From there (if you park on the first floor) first you take the elevator to 2 floors up. Than you take the escalators to the city. When you arrives to the city, the apartment is only 5 minutes walk. The hosts Andrea and Laura are very very kind. It was my birthday and they went above and beyond for helping my friend to prepare a surprise for me. They were very helpful the whole time we were there. It was a pleasure not only to spend time in the apartment but also to meet the hosts. Thank you for everything. Hope to see you again. Beautiful garden and a 5 minute walk from the parking at the base of the city. Note there are about 10 steps up to the apartment. Also we parked on level -2 of the parking station and the lift was broken so we had to walk up 2 flights with luggage to reach the escalator. It was easy to get to the apartment host shared few restaurants with us and offered help - The location was in the old city. 5 min walk to the parking lot and to the main center. The property has a fenced yard. It made it easier for us either our fur babies. The amount of space is incredible with pretty velvet furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped too . Nothing to dislike about it.

It is spacious enough for a family, but equally great for just a couple. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom and shower are superb, the kitchen well appointed and the garden is adorable. Laura was great at keeping us posted regarding our arrival and had plenty of wonderful local recommendations - Il Malandrino and Dolceamaro especially! It was a lovely short stroll to the center of town or 3-5 minutes to the most amazing sunset view overlooking Porta Romana. Would gladly rebook and stay even longer next time. We strongly recommend staying here. We loved everything.

• Beth (10/5): Spacious apartment, and gracious host. - Laura is a wonderful host. We arrived early and she rushed from work to check us in. She gave us a number of recommendations for restaurants. At the end of our stay, her cleaner, Flory, came early with tickets for the minibus and funicular. She walked us to the stop (steps from the apartment) and waited with us so she could tell the driver where we needed to go. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, with a large bathroom and shower. The kitchen is a little small, but well equipped and very clean. We used only one out of the five comfortable beds. We had been in Itay for 10 days, and it was so wonderful to take a break from restaurants and have some quiet dinners at "home." The washing machine is in a tight spot, and it was hard to put in the soap.

Quiet location. Great variety of TV, Netflix, movie options which was a nice bonus. The host was very kind and left us a bottle of Orvieto Classico which was a very thoughtful gesture. Check in was very easy and the host was very responsive. Nothing!

Would definitely stay again. - We have stayed in many apartments over the years, this was by far the loveliest. Its design and decor were outstanding. Every detail was well thought out. The business area wasn’t far, but you had to walk several blocks.

The bedrooms are on a road that is frequently used by cars and you will hear road noise but not obnoxious as the traffic lessens after 10 pm

• Taylor (9/5): Great getaway, great value - The apartment has two large bedrooms, and a small single bedroom off the main bedroom. The living/dining room area is also fairly large. There was plenty of space for our two year old to play. We traveled in January, and some businesses were closed or open limited hours, so it was great to have a nice apartment for when we stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners, since we usually ate earlier than the restaurants opened due to our toddler's schedule. The location was great, pretty quiet, with a beautiful little garden that we used for lunch on nice days. A five minutes walk to to the cathedral, grocery store, and breakfast cafe was great, and anywhere in the old town took less than twenty minutes to walk. Beautiful views from the town wall also five minutes away. The bathroom was also quite nice, and though it didn't have a bathtub, we were still able to give our toddler a decent bath thanks to the high spout, and there was plenty of space in the shower cabin. We stayed in three other apartments during our stay in Italy, and this was by far the nicest and best value. We will certainly choose this location again when we return to Orvieto. The few downsides didn't significantly detract from our stay, and most are expected. There are perhaps fifteen stairs from street level, so not accessible by wheelchair or stroller. The kitchen is small; it worked well for us, but it would be tight for two people working, or preparing a large meal. As in most of the old town, there are no sidewalks outside the door, so you have to be careful of cars when stepping out.

We appreciated having a washing machine and liked being close to the ‘escalator’ parking lot. Restaurants and coffee shops are a 5 - 10 minute walk, same with the main attractions and grocery store. Orvieto is a beautiful village. The host is very thoughtful (thanks again for the arrival treats!) and always available. 2 sets of keys would be helpful so you don’t have to coordinate meeting up through out the day.

She promptly responded to all our messages. She reserved the parking space for us and met us there to help with our luggage and show us inside.

The apartment was exceptionally well appointed with anything you might need for your stay or for cooking a meal in. The apartment also had access to a beautiful and charming court yard garden. The owner, Laura, met us at the apartment shortly after our arrival and was charming and gracious and gave us a great orientation to the apartment and to Orvieto. The apartment was very quiet, the beds and linens were very comfortable and our stay was exceptionally enjoyable. Thank you, Laura, for making our stay so memorable - you have a charming apartment and we would certainly stay again should we back in Orvieto!! Nothing we didn't like!

She met us when we arrived and gave us early access and an option to leave our bags after check out. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Its within close walking distancve to the main piazza so if you are a family and looking for a space to stay, and this apartment is available then you wont regret booking this apartment.

Definitely a top ten. For Laura, the hostess, and her husband, there´s enough words: thank you for all you have done for us! We will be always grateful.
