- Biljanovic (7/5): -
- grzegorz (8/5): - Beach front location
- Adrian (8/5): Thank you for the grill the seafoods we buy in local market every night for our dinner. -
- Gayagaya (6/5): - The room is spacious and clean. The heater has a small leak We are the type of couple that sont complain. But i hope someday it will never happen again. You know what i mean
- Maria (3/5): -
- Denise (1/5): Horrible - They over booked the room, I had to go to another hotel. They asked me to cancel the booking. Then they said the sea view room was available the next day, but it was not ready and i had a bad room. Then when the sea view room was ready the toilet didn't work, and we got no breakfast.
- Elvie (1/5): Bad - Norhing Our stay There was really bad, they didnt comunicate us that they transfered us to the other Inn.
- 1frenchchick (6/5): Booked sea view but we were given different room, very disappointed - Dondong is a great guy, booked our trips and transfer and always has a smile. Property on the beach but very disappointed as we booked a ' De luxe room with sea view' but it had no view! This is false advertising and the receptionist just can't explain why! I complained and we were offered to move to a bigger bedroom, but still without sea view so pointless! owever, gorgeous view of the beach from the shared seating area, right near to all sunset bars and a quiet area a 20 minutes walk from the centre of El Nido Bathroom needs some simple minor repairs that would make all the difference ( broken tap). Stop advertising rooms with sea view if you can't deliver! Stray dogs always under your feet! We stayed for 6 nights and had to ask for the room to be cleaned! Only one small blanket on the bed, not big enough to cover 2 people. No top sheet on the bed!
- Caroline (1/5): Bad - my friends and I were very disappointed in this place.
We felt that we were scammed at all.
We didn't use the place that we booked. Instead, they relocated us to a shitty place, and we were so upset with them,,the vacation that supposed to relax us became a nightmare. I'm really disappointed with that place. I hope booking.com will blocked that kimura pension shit,,
- Sergei (8/5): Very good - The staff been amazing very helpful!
Room was ok, but this is el nido:) it almost impossible to find normal room for reasonable price
- Nicola (1/5): Disappointing stay in El Nido. - The bathroom. Close to the beach. Located between town and the vanilla beach. The staff were unhelpful when we asked about anything. We requested our room to be cleaned two days in a row (particularly the bathroom bin to be changed as you are unable to flush the toilet paper), and it wasn't done. It was very unclear who we were supposed to request these issues with- there were two ladies cleaning the rooms but apparently it was a different man we needed to ask despite the ladies not telling us this.
The water machine looked very new and clean but we noticed the water had floating bits of dirt and muck in it. We had been drinking the water for a couple of days and we were sick. When we informed the staff, they didn't seem concerned, he just said he will change the filter.
When we asked to speak to a manager about the above issues we were told to sit and wait for 10 minutes, after 30 minutes we decided to go to bed. We contacted management via Facebook as per an information sheet in the room and they ignored us.
It was very expensive for such a bad stay. Wish we stayed somewhere else in El Nido as there were far better accommodations for the same price or less.
- Abdurashidov (8/5): Very good -
- Wissem (5/5): Passable - The location, the rooms are news and cleans, the staff. Rooms are too small, lack of insulation, the noise from the work upstairs earlier in the morning, the breakfast...
- Anna (1/5): Nightmare - Noting. When we arrived we got very small room only 1 bed completely different than we booked( we booked family room for 2 nights , with sea view and terrace). They transferred us to different room where was lots of mosquitoes, only cold water, not clean, very uncomfortable bed. After first night they told us we need to leave coz there is not room available for us. I didn’t want to stay in that place any way so we asked to refund us for 1 night and we left. There is no one in reception so every time when we needed something it took about 30 minutes before we find someone who is in charge. Very bad communication
I wouldn’t like to be back to this place again.
The worse place and staff where we stay in all Philippines
- Mari (1/5): Horrible experience - When we came there, it was no one to welcome us. So we asked many before someone finally said that he was going to contact customer service for Kimura. After some time we asked him again. Then he said he will show us the room and took us away from the beach something that was odd because we ordered a room with sea view. He showed us the room that was at another hotel called «Julz».
The room smelled like mug and we couldn’t stay in the room for many second before we needed to get out. So we sat in outside with the beach and got help from a guy from Manila that fixed us a hostel. This was really expensive but we couldn’t stay with the mug.
They promised us the money back. Now they are not responding.
- Thomas (1/5): Bad - Dont go here!! Would give 0 if it was possible.
Would definetly not recommend this place since there were several major problems with our stay. We are used to backpacking and living at hostels but this has been the worst experience. We got transferred to another hostel because our room was burned down. They told us that a couple of hours before we arrived, but the fire was 3 weeks before we arrived. The room we got instead was horrible. After two days there they went into our room at packed all our stuff while we were on a daytrip, and no one told us they would do this. They did it because they overbooked the room, and thought it was acceptable to pack all our stuff without our knowledge. We were transferred into a New room again, which was not great either. The owner didnt really care about this. The staff are drunk and not helpfull at all. The promised breakfast never came. The bathroom didnt work.
- Kim (3/5): Dissapointing, would not recommend - We stayed two nights and had to move rooms between nights, saw other people (two separate parties) were turned away even though they had booked rooms. Neither room had hot water and the ‘deluxe’ rooms tap didn’t work, the aircon was so loud it was like a plane taking off, and they only provided one small blanket in both rooms even though we stayed as a couple, no sheet and blanket only covered one person. Mosquitos in both rooms was unbearable as gaps under door and in bathroom, no bin provided in deluxe room either.
- Liliani (1/5): Still waiting for a refund - This accommodation charged us in advance then informed me THE DAY BEFORE arrival that we couldn't stay due to a fire. I enquired about a refund and they said I had to cancel the booking. Cancelling would've cost me more money so I cancelled asking for the fee to be waived. They have since stopped communicating about the refund and I'm still waiting for my money.
- Tommy (1/5): Cute place but terrible management. Wouldn’t stay here again - Location was nice and right next to the beach. It’s a small family hotel so we want them to thrive, especially because we were here during a fire evacuation. Howeverrr DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS ONLINE. The hostess doesn’t quite understand booking.com and didn’t even know how to check how long our stay was. Because of this we were asked to switch rooms and hotels multiple times (even before the fire), and were eventually kicked out because the hotel didn’t have space to accommodate us. Time and time again we were asked to make way for other guests to the point where we felt like a burden more than a guest. (Context: in one week we checked in and out 5 times). Communication and customer service was horrible. When we asked for a refund the hostess ghosted us on 4 different platforms. The other staff were wonderful but I would never stay here again due to the disorganisation of one worker. It’s a shame.
- Tinca (1/5): Scam and fraude - They cancelled our réservation and we are waiting for the refund but thé hotel is not giving ant feedback..DO NOT BOOK
- Vince (5/5): Passable - Location Aircon is not sufficient. Found old socks underneath my grandnieces bed. Which means the linen and pillow cases were not changed. We found it out on our last day doing our last check in the room for whatever belongings we might have forgotten to pack. So disgusting!
- Mark (8/5): Would stay again if we came back! - The location was great, the beds were comfy and the aircon was good in the main building. Breakfast was ok, good that you could make tea/coffee at stations when you wanted. Didn’t appreciate what we had here till we had to move due to a fire, for the money it was very good value for El Nido. The staff were great couldn’t do enough for you which made our stay. The shower didn’t drain well, tiles need angling towards drain in the room we were in. Could have done with more hanging space for drying damp clothes, some rooms had rails outside for this. Also you don’t always get the room you book! WiFi works in some rooms better than others, we found it fine and this is standard for El Nido!
- Cheska (1/5): We did not stay at this place.. we arrive at the place and didnot like it.. we ask for a cancellation and they are not g - Nothing.. The place is so dirty.. the toilet has no cover.. the front is not safe you might slip.. ugly dirty beach.. there are even ants on the bed
- Krzysztof (6/5): Pleasant - Location next to the beach, easy access for renting the bike, Scooter, good Spot for sunset lovers, close to the boat which take you to the different Island tour a,b,c,d Unfortunately the room was full of different kinds of fly ,and ant, wifi limited range air conditioning was louder then helicopter landing next to you.
- Dhanyqa (10/5): The Best - 1. The receptionist is a jolly and very nice person. He knows everything in the island, just ask. He arranged for our laundry, our ride, our ferry to Coron, our tours. So far the best receptionist.
2. The facility is very clean and modern, the water in the washroom is strong, it’s steps from the beach and the main road. The room is very spacious, the beds are comfortable. It’s worth more than what we paid for.
3. Breakfast is fixed, but you can always ask with extra fee.
- Spencer (5/5): They put us up in another apartment block & it wasn’t good. - The accommodation they put us in wasn’t what we booked. It was ok but didn’t have water often & No hot water at all. Breakfast needs improving & more choice. We wouldn’t recommend or stay here again. No hot water, didn’t have water everyday for showers. There’s better places to stay,
- Skarlet (6/5): not worth money which we paid - fine staff, free drinking water it would be okay, if it will be half price. There was no hot shower, toilet was not flushing, no mirror, soap, no table or wardrobe in the room we had to have our clothes on the floor, beachfront - but with ants, insect…
- Maximo (6/5): Pleasant - Friendly staff and big room No shampoo provided, bath soap was bad, no television, table and chair in room. No one cleaned the room during our stay there.
- Isaac (8/5): Great stay, friendly, helpful staff, great location and excellent value for money, would definitely return. - The staff were really helpful and accomodating with all our requests. The newly renovated rooms are excellent, great value for money and an awesome stay. Great location close to everything and beach access. Construction noise during the day but nothing to detract from a great stay.
- Muhammad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aneximines (7/5): Comfortable room, friendly staff, convenient. - The room was comfortable and spacious, with friendly staff providing tour information services if needed, and conveniently located near the beach and stores.
- Dino (7/5): Good -
- Jhoanna (10/5): Exceptional - Great ambiance and great people!
- Alexandru (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly stuff, nice location.
We also had free breakfast.
And they also keep our backpacks till almost evening.
Thank you !
- Natacha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kate (7/5): Good - Great host! Willing to help us with all our needs!
- Lee (4/5): Disappointing - Not much... sorry Rooms we booked were triple sea views.... no way a triple, no sea views in any of the 3 rooms we booked. We booked airport transfers, and I had to sit in the back of a dirty pick up because there wasn't enough space for the 5 eee booked. I can go on, but you get the picture.
- Dudley (7/5): We adjusted… after all the El Nido is great. - One minute from Corong Corong beach walk. Easy access to tour boats.
Friendly staff. Noisy common area with neighboring hotel.
Every morning many people, trucks, vans and tricycles use the entrance lane.
- Grace (8/5): Great stay with great owner and staff! - Staff and owner are friendly and helpful. Not that didn't like but these property can arrange tours and airport transfers. I wish I was told at the time of booking so that we could avail of such services with ease.
- Mira (7/5): Good stay. Helpful staff - Nice staff, closer to town and beaches. Steps from the beach side Pricey
- Katherine (5/5): Basic - keep your expectations low. - Very convenient location on the beach. When we arrived they said there was something wrong with the bathroom in our room so they had a room in a different pension opposite. Very basic amenities. There was no seat on the toilet and the shower was cold with a bucket and tap. No room cleaning during the day. Decent breakfast. Didn’t stay in the advertised property.
- Nazarov (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting El Nido.
- Carolyn (5/5): Passable - We arrived and were told there was no room, they gave us a room in a different place which was OK but not what we booked. Room wasn’t cleaned in the 4 nights we stayed. Location was 10 mins into the centre. We got breakfast which was fine That they had no room for us, it’s was OK if you’re not too fussy, door was warped and an inch gap around the door and air conditioning unit.
- Carl (1/5): A terrible experience - Nothing. The pictures on booking.com are not the real pictures of the place . There is no hot water . They don't supply soap or shampoo . They have no facilities . What they are offering is very basic and not satisfactory . I didn't stay in the room that I paid for . I'm very unhappy with my stay and I would like to be refunded . The outside looks bad .
- Marilou (9/5): Superb - The quiet location, very friendly and accommodating staff, the clean room and they assisted very well in all our tours and transpo needs. Really Great !!! It is not really DIDNT LIKE...MORE OF, IF ONLY THERE WAS....The inclusion of Wifi would have been great. Also in the evening we had to make orders for dinner early, which we did not know before, so that we had to go to the downtown area to eat.... And this turned out to be a good thing, as we were forced to explore the downtown proper at night.
Lastly, part of the building was still under construction, so there were times that even after 5pm we still heard pounding and drilling upstairs....
Regardless, hopefully we can come again and it will be even nicer.. thank you to the people of KIMURA for our pleasant stay....MORE POWER GUYZ !!!!
- Enrico (6/5): The guy in the reception is nice and also the girl who clean the facility is so nice and so kind she always ask me if I - Ok
- Verners (8/5): Very good -
- Adventures (7/5): Good - Breakfast, location, price, hot water, good WiFi, Aircon, clean Bathroom door didn't shut properly
- Joana (6/5): Good location - Good breakfast, free coffee, comfortable bed and good location almost beach front. When we checked in they wanted us to stay at the hostel next door (mia's place) this is already common, I read some reviews about it. I complained and demanded to stay where I booked (kimura), they put us in a family room and the next day they asked us to change to a double room.
We sent clothes to be washed and they returned with a stained dress, they said it was the laundry service's fault and they didn't solve the problem.
Bathroom door with broken hinges, making it impossible to close.
Room too noisy early in the morning, because it's very close to the reception and street.
- Sally (9/5): Superb - They are caring and like the place The shower I mean the bathroom
- Andrew (7/5): Good - Bed was comfortable, and the aircon worked great The lock on the top floor room needs to be changed asap. The door looked like someone had tried to break into it recently.
- Joh96 (5/5): I got swindled. - Breakfast included in the premium price. Aircon worked efficiently in the room. Friendly host people. Laundry service provided for a small fee. I wanted to recover from illness away from El Nido mayhem. I thought that if I paid a premium price for a sea view room, it would be a healing setup. No sea view at first floor room. But I got to stay just below construction yard at second floor. Circular sawing noise and hammering all day long. It would have been decent to mention about this thing when I did the booking, and ask if it would bother my stay, but no. There was a very sick dog with untreated injuries resident, just looking at that poor animal made me want to vomit.
- John (10/5): This place is highly recommended. You can literally walk to shops and restaurants. The owners are caretakers are friendl - Location was excellent. Close to everything.
The owners and the caretakers are welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond.
- Logan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jodie (8/5): Nice hotel not easy to find - Nice little hotel to stay not easy to find but very nice, near from the beach
The breakfast is simple egg pancakes fruit but very nice ! Near to restaurants … very nice
- Jeanette (8/5): Very good - The staffs are great and kind. 😊
- Sasan (8/5): Very good - The staff Ray, Pogs, and Lorena were awesome. They were always there to help me with anything that I needed. The location was a little far from the centre. But it was right on the beach. There was no hot tea for breakfast, and coffee was instant coffee. No hot tea for breakfast. The door lock was not easy to lock and open.
- Patti (1/5): We did not receive what we paid for. We can not recommend. - When we arrived for our 12:30 check in, there was no one around to greet us and the staff from the neighbouring guest house tried to get us some help. We ended up having to call a posted number and someone finally came out from the back. They seemed surprised that we were there and unsure that we had a booking at all. We had booked 2 triple rooms for 4 nights. They did not have either room ready and asked us to return at 5pm. They offered to store our bags as we went back to town to wait for 4 hrs. Upon our return, the rooms were still not ready. Again, we waited and then they finally offered us a double room (rather than our triple) and the second room that they offered was a triple, but was not “sea view” as paid for. Also, there seemed to be some fresh paintwork within the double room so there was a very strong paint smell. We emailed multiple times and Booking.com tried to contact them to resolve the issue, but we were both ignored. In the end, we did not stay here due to the paint smell, poor communication, poor service, and were not provided the rooms that we paid for.
We booked 2 triple rooms with sea views. These rooms were not available, and for the reasons listed above we chose not to stay there. The property refused to refund out money. We do not recommend you stay here if you actually want the rooms that you have paid for.
- Jasmine (1/5): Would not recommend - We booked a sea view room. We did not receive sea view, and it was under a construction site. No privacy to the room if you wanted the curtains open. Spoke to members of staff multiple times to voice our concerns, every time they said they would speak to the owner. We were also told there are only 2 sea view rooms (be aware of this!) After waiting a day and a half, we decided to check out and cut our losses. No staff are ever on the reception area, so if you have a problem, this is difficult to convey. Would not recommend
- Anonymous (8/5): We look forward to returning and would recommend them to our friends. - Jessa and June helped with our bookings and logistics, including Van services. Dodong was very good at helping us make the most of our time by sharing his suggestions and local tips, taking care of Laundry, and organizing our rental scooter. Pogs ensured we were fueled up to start our day. It is a basic, affordable accommodation with excellent staff. Thank you very much for hosting us. Very small bathroom & maybe try to put a floor mat to dry our feet.
- Alexander (6/5): Nice place to stay 15 minutes walk from the town. - Light and tasty breakfast cooked specially for you. Specify the time of your breakfast the night before. Surrounding area.
- Sunshine (7/5): Good - Location is ok...near to public market and corong corong beach where our tours started and ended. Staff were helpful. When we arrived the room supposed for us was not available and they give us room which located down. My husband complain about it and they give us sea view room but different accomodation, and on our last night we are finally able to move to the room that we originally booked. The hotel booked our tours and van going to Salvacion junction.
- Je (10/5): Excellent Kimura Pension Inn - We had an amazing time at Kimura Pension Inn at El Nido! We highly recommend to anyone going to El Nido! They arranged our stay, our transportation to and from El Nido, our island and inland tours, and our delicious meals. They were very hospitable and accomodating. They attended to all our needs, including when we had a medical emergency. Its location along Corong Corong area is perfect. The area is the hop off point for island tours. Also, the area is near the lively town proper and marimegmeg area. So after enjoying the crowd, Corong Corong, being the quieter area of El Nido, is ideal for rest and sleep. We highly recommend Kimura Pension Inn!
- Erwin (8/5): Very good -
- Sam (7/5): Good -
- Pusing (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jasmine (9/5): Thank you Kimura Pension - The owners and the staff are all approachable. It is not hard to ask them for a favor or request like paluto or pabili. I originally booked for a Deluxe Family Room with 3 beds but we were given a bigger room with 4 beds because of problem with room availability. Then on our last day, the owner politely asked us if we can transfer to a different room to give way to an arriving bigger group. We gladly accepted because she offered us 2 rooms ( a couple room for us husband and wife and a separate room for our kids). Free breakfast was simple and filling, enough to start up your day and go on an Island Hopping Tour. The owner was also the one who booked for our van transfers from PPS to El Nido and vice versa, and she even gave us free bottled waters for our ride back to PPS. Water flow in the bathroom of our first assigned Family room was a bit slow and there is an ongoing renovation that can be too noisy. And, you can also see the workers from the CR window
- Mirana (10/5): We are very much satisfied.. - The owner is very hand's on to all guests, together with the staff are all accomodating and approachable. I like everything about this place. And we will definitely visit and stay in Kimura Pension soon. Nothing for sure.
- Tofi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tofi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tofi (10/5): Kimura Pension El Nido Experience - • Conveniently located near the "pamilihang bayan"
• Beachfront property
• Staff were super friendly and nice
• 1 tricycle ride away from downtown
• Free breakfast
• Aircon was working fine
• Beddings, pillows, and blankets were comfortable • Electricity went out on our last day buy it wasn't the property's fault. Rain came down hard
- Lute (8/5): Very good - The staff…probably the hardest working staff I’ve ever seen. Dong and the younger guy helped us with everything. They were the only staff members that we saw and did everything.
My kids loved the Wifi
Walking distance to a small beach and wet market Bathrooms were very small
Wished they had more breakfast choices the two days we stayed there.
- Nadeem (9/5): Clean, comfortable and good value for money - Room was clean and comfortable. AC was strong. Big TV. Wi-Fi good. Staff very helpful and attentive. There were a few small things but given this is a 2 star hotel, it feels unreasonable to call them out. It was worth the money.
- Maricel (6/5): Pleasant - Staff are accommodating. Dining area.no frontdesk to address all querries.
- Maricel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Maricel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sezin (9/5): Superb - Owner of the hotel and the people working there were very helpful. They tried their best to do for us. Whenever we needee sonething, they were always there. Thanx to them. There was no soap in the roam.
- Anonymous (8/5): It was a great stay! will definitely go back here despite some technical issues. The staff are so helpful, very humble, - Walking distance to the beach and other restaurants, the staff are very accomodating and always has a smile on their face, always willing to help. They also allow us to extend our stay for 2hrs for free. Free coffee and water all day. You get good value of your money The shower is broken in our room, and my other friend’s room heater is not working but we did not mind at all since there is faucet and bucket. Initially, one of the rooms that we booked had a strange smell like the sheets were not dried up so we told the staff to change it so they did it right away. Also on the first day, the AC was not working but i think we just have to inform the staff that we came back from our tour so they will turn it on. There was also problem with the faucet on day one where very little amount of water was flowing. I dont know maybe due to many people taking shower during that time?
- Enrico (7/5): Good -
- Joseph (9/5): Superb -
- Mary (8/5): Overall, I had a great time and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting El Nido Palawan. - The location was excellent; it was near to Corong Corong Beach and had a stunning view of the ocean. Breakfast was also good, with everything prepared to perfection with fresh fruits. The service was also excellent; the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The bed was comfy and comfortable for a couple of days. Overall, I had a great time and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting El Nido Palawan. I experienced some issues with the water. The water pressure was occasionally low. The water also had a strange smell and taste, which was unpleasant. However, the staff and owner were extremely accommodating to our needs.
- Kenneth (10/5): a clean residence close to the beach - the location and cleanliness were really good Nothing of significance
- Jessica (5/5): Disappointed. Sorry. - The staff is accomodating, arranged the tour and the van transfer. The free bfast is ok. After a long trip from puerto to el nido, we were welcome with no water and electricity and the room is not as good as it is on the picture.
I''m quite disappointed because the image post for the room is not exactly the same as offered to us.
We originally booked 2 rooms with 6 and 4 pax but they offered 3 rooms with 4pax and 2 rooms with 3 pax so the room is quite small, old and not clean.
When we requested for a fan due to air condition is not available due to lack of capacity of the generator, they immediately grab the fan after the electricity resumed and it's so hot. It seems like they are not accustomed to treat the guests as priority.
I travelled with my family and relatives and half of us were senior citizen with health condition, so they should have considered that but they didn't care. Also the water is itchy and smells rusty.
As much as I do not like to complain, but this is the worst stay I had so far on my bookings. Sorry but this is not recommended for family stays.
- Maila (6/5): location is okay but owners need to have additional training on receiving visitors. - location, friendly staff /owners friendly staff but almost the entire time of our stay, no one is around the reception area to address concerns. breakfast on first and second day were the same( had the impression that it was an excess from the previous large group who stayed. some guests arrived late at night and were so noisy, owner did not even bother to advise them that it’s late. the room i was assigned to doest not have a balcony. mosquitoes in the room too. tv not working.
- Toni (8/5): Very good -
- F (6/5): Pleasant - The location is also good as it is near the beach. The room is the same as the picture, it can really accommodate 6pax and is aesthetically pleasing.
They serve breakfast - egg, 1pc meat, rice, juice. Instant coffee is available in the property too. They serve breakfast either at the lobby or at the the common dining area in front of your room.
I like that they have a dedicated rack with hangers outside every room where we can hang our wet clothes. This is particularly useful to us as we went to different tours with water activity.
They were also able to accommodate our request of late check in. They turn off the electricity everytime we go out, so whenever we come back we are unable to turn on the lights etc., we have to remind them to turn on the electricity in our room.
Aircon is working and is fine in the evening, but it cannot keep the room cool during the day.
There was a cabinet inside the room but we were not able to use it because it smells like mold.
Wifi only worked on the first night, unfortunately there was an issue with the telco and it was not resolved until we left the place. Signal is there if you use mobile data but not as great.
- Duarte (7/5): Great beach location. - Right at the beach. Amazing location if you are thinking of going on the hoping island tours. Beds could be more comfortable. The manager cuts off the electricity during the day, which makes the room a bit hot and humid.
- Asha (8/5): Very good - Very clean room and very friendly staff Breakfast is not enough
- Op (2/5): Overall I wouldn't come back. - I liked that it had air conditioning and the staff was relatively nice but only a few had somewhat ok english speaking skills. Size of the room was terrible, no place to put your bags. way too crowded, my friend kept getting bit multiple times at night and it looked like bed bug bites, and finally one person got food poisoning after eating their breakfast. After that we were all scared to eat it.
- Michał (8/5): Ok - Rooms were average but decent and clean (but not cleaned). TV in front of bed with Netflix. Decent internet (for 2 days it wasn’t working, though). Nice staff. 1 minute to the Corong beach (it’s not good for swimming but looks nice and lots of restaurants). No cleaning during our 7 days. There’s a mountain of trash from the owners’ side of the apartment, hidden from sight but it does not look hygienic and looks like a trash dump. Why don’t they clean it?
- Rebecca (10/5): amazing - the owner of this hotel, is so kind and accommodating. it’s in a great location too. really enjoyed my stay
- Marianne (8/5): Good value, perfect location, lovely staff - The location was perfect next to the beach with beautiful sunsets. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Simple but good breakfast. Would gladly go back!
- Yanna (9/5): Superb - The room was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect as we traveled by car. There was a big parking space which was safe. We rented a scooter and were in 3 minutes in El Nido town. Staff was very kind and prepared our breakfast with love even though we were a bit late.
Would definitely go back to this place if we go to El Nido. Nothing
- Amanda (8/5): Very good - This is a great place to stay and is right next to a lovely beach. The staff are super friendly and helpful (arranged my last minute request for transport with a smile). There are lots of stalls and shops nearby and a big Street market and supermarket. And just a 10-15 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of beach front el nido.
My room was massive and had lovely aircon. The only thing I'd suggest to make this place even better would be a small fridge in the room for those who stay for a few nights.
Plus WiFi was a little temperamental.
- Julius (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice place on the Corong Corong beach, which has a beautiful side sea view. The staff is really friendly and nice and breakfast is good too. We loved the pancakes. :)
- Levent (10/5): Book it. Good place. - Room is very very clean. They even have air freshener machine. Silent ant night. Bes and pillows are great. Lication is good. Would definitely stay here if I come back again. Breakfast was supposed to be included but I could not see any staff to ask for it when I was checking out around 8 in the morning.
- Ndjong2 (9/5): Definately recommended, would revisit - Great pension with a local vibe, much recommended. Clean modern rooms with bathroom, well furnitured and plenty of pillows, with room air refreshener. Well adjustable aircon. Great location next to CorongCorong beach, 15 minutes walking or tricycle to El Nido town&beach. Especially the brother of the owner is a very nice man, accomodating and helpful. Also offers tours, snorkels, motorbike at competitive prices. Kimura offers good breakfast with daily diversity, choice between continental and filipino. Especially the egg is very well cooked everyday, with the yellow part being firmly liquid. Power goes out sometimes for 10-50 minutes, but that holds for all locations in El Nido. Room is not cleaned during long stays (though we also didnt ask), no fresh sheets & towels, but laundry and ironing services are available.
- Irina (8/5): Wonderful staff, great location, good WiFi, comfortable beds, immaculately clean, but too noisy . - The staff is wonderful. They are trying their best to help you with anything. The beds are very comfortable. The place is immaculately clean. The location is wonderful. Right on the heart of everything. My only discomfort was the noise. Too noise throughout the day and till late in the night .
