• Petropoulos (10/5): - Das Appartement war super toll. 5 Minuten bis zum Meer zu Fuß. Selbstverpflegung. Alles war behinderten gerecht. Es war zu unserer Zeit nur ein restaurant offen. Wir wurden sehr nett bedient und das Essen war hervorragend. Kein Supermarkt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man musste lange mit dem Auto fahren.
• Peter (10/5): Neues, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienappartment für 2 Personen - Neues Haus mit 4 Ferienwohnungen, modern, zweckmäßig und ansprechend eingerichtet, unser Apperatment im Obergeschoss: Wohn-Ess-Zimmer mit Küchenzeile, große Balkon-Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool, vom Schlafzimmer erreichbar, kleinerer Balkon zur Gegenseite (Nord-Westen) von der Küche aus erreichbar. Die unteren beiden Appartments haben offenbar Terrassen ebenerdig, wahrscheinlich sogar zu beiden Seiten hin. Anlieger-Straße (Sackgasse), Parken vor dem Haus problemlos. Schöner, sauberer Pool mit Liegen, schattig. Küche gut ausgestattet, sogar Spülmaschine (von uns aber nicht genutzt), Bademäntel und Saunapantoffeln stehen zur Verfügung. Sanitärbereich sehr sauber und ansprechend. Strand und Strandpromende fußläufig (ca. 300 m) erreichbar, dort auch Restaurants, Eiscafe etc. Touristische Ziele (Olympia, Burg Chelmoutsi, Elis) sowie Amaliada für Einkäufe sind gut erreichbar. "Brachland" in den Nachbargrundstücken.

• Wilhelmus (10/5): Een perfect appartement met zwembad op de begane grond. - Wij hadden een zeer ruim en modern appartement op de begane grond, van alle gemakken voorzien en met oog voor detail. Tijdens ons verblijf hadden wij geen internetverbinding via de wifi. Tip: log in op een naburig netwerk (met hetzelfde wachtwoord) en het probleem is opgelost.

• Mike OIKONOMAKIS (10/5): Πολυτελές διαμέρισμα με μεγάλους χώρους πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. - Καθαρό και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα. Πολυ καλη ποιότητα υπηρεσιών. Υπερπλήρης κουζίνα, μεγάλοι χώροι, καθιστικό, βεράντα. Καναπέδες και έπιπλα πολυτελή. Δυο τηλεοράσεις , τζάκι. Παρα πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Απλα δεν εχει θέα θάλασσα οπως και σχεδόν όλα της περιοχής. Ειναι ομως μόλις 100 μέτρα. τίποτα

• loukou (10/5): - Όλα. Πολύ προσεγμένο κατάλυμα με έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια. Βαμβακοσατεν σκεπάσματα ,αφρατες πετσετες με όλο τον εξοπλισμό που μπορεί να χρειαστείς σε μια διαμονή. Ίσως και η καλύτερη επιλογή της περιοχής.

• Corno Brouwer (9/5): Buitengewoon Fantastisch - Prachtig appartement. Luxe uitstraling. Appartement is er ruim en echt alles is aanwezig. Prima keuken met oven en vaatwasser, lekker zithoek, grote TV, uitstekende airco gewoon top. Slaapgedeelte ook uitstekend, heerlijk bed, grote badkamer met inloopdouche en heerlijke zeep. Groot balkon met zitje. Fijn zwembadje. op 5 minuten lopen van het strand en de boulevard. Zeer rustige plek. Dit is echt een topplek voor een paar dagen. Bed was een beetje smal. Jammer dat er geen zonwering op het terras is. In de zon is het te heet om buiten te zitten.

(10/5): Prettig verblijf in luxe modern appartement ruim voorzien van allerlei comfortabele faciliteiten - Luxe modern appartement en ruime voorziening van faciliteiten zoals vaatwasser, nespresso. Ruime badkamer met heerlijke douche. Fijn terras en zwembad. Nabij mooi zandstrand. Midden september weinig eetgelegenheid in de buurt open.
• Reinier (1/5): Veel - Het interieurs was modern We hebben nauwelijks geslapen. Vlakbij het appartement was er twee nachten lang enorm harde muziek die door alle muren heenging, tot 3 uur in de nacht. De laatste nacht werden de andere appartementen verhuurd aan een groep jongeren die tot diep in de nacht schreeuwden, feestten en van het zwembad gebruikmaakten. De eigenaar trad halfslachtig op en was van mening dat hard praten en het zwembad gebruiken midden in de nacht geen probleem was.
• Βαγγέλης (10/5): - Το κατάλυμα παρέχει όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για να είναι απόλυτα άνετος στην διαμονή του , τα διαμερίσματα είναι καινούργια και είναι φουλ εξοπλισμένα, σχεδόν δίπλα στην παραλία της Κουρούτας σε ένα ήσυχο περιβάλλον μπορεί κάποιος να περάσει μερικές μέρες χωρίς να του λείψει τίποτα! Θα το ξανά επιλέξουμε σίγουρα στην επόμενη διαμονή μας στην ευρύτερη περιοχή! Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μην μας άρεσε, ήταν όλα άψογα!

• Georgios Ioannis (10/5): Εξαιρετικη - Καινούργιο, πολυτελές, μεγάλοι χώροι, όμορφη πισίνα. Δεν ερχόταν αρκετά ζεστό νερό στο ντους, Καλό θα ήταν να μπει εξώπορτα για επιπλέον ιδιωτικότητα στην πισίνα.

• Sjoerd (10/5): A luxurious pleasant small complex in a relaxt and safe neighbourhood with very helpfull and wellcoming hosts. - It was fantastic, everything. All the things, you need, were there. We had two balconies and the swimming pool was nice. It all is very luxuries. We loved everything.

• Szabolcs (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Kourouta. What we liked the most? That the whole villa is brand new, plus the cleanliness, the huge balcony, the perfectly clean pool and the kitchen. There are sunshades on the balcony and over the pool. Great for kids. A huge Lidl supermarket is only a five-minute drive away in Amaliada. There are restaurants in walking distance and many more in Amaliada. Highly recommended.
• Rosen_krastev (10/5): Exceptional - 10 out of 10! An ideal place if you want to escape from the crowds, find peace and at the same time not deprive yourself of any luxury and comfort. New house consisting of 4 fully equipped apartments. There are washing and dryer machines on the ground floor. Really great pool available. Parking in front on a quiet dead end street. Perhaps most importantly: collaborative, friendly and flexible hosts. It was my fault that I had confused the number of the kids. Instead of two, I had indicated one. The owners did everything possible and after only two days, they gave us a bigger and suitable apartment without asking for additional payment. Thank you very much dear people!

• Sotiropoulos (6/5): Pleasant - Tastefully decorated, comfortable with great indoor/outdoor spaces. Place is humid, you feel and smell it indoors, it is an issue. We spent all mornings by the swimming pool throughout our 4 night stay. Not once, was our room cleaned, garbage taken, towels or linen changed and we were not asked if we needed a cleaning service. Fold out bed/couch very uncomfortable for sleeping. There is an absolute necessity for the use of a topper (additional mattress). WiFi impossible to use, extremely unstable and unreliable.

• Christos (9/5): good - very luxurious apartment. high quality appliances and very good decoration. the neighbourhood is very quiet. a pool is present at the property there was no mosquito net on the windows and doors and the room therefore filled with mosquitos if you wanted to left the balcony doors open. Also in 500 meters distance there is a night club that plays loud music and you can hear it in the appartrment. we stayed on sarurday night there, i dont know if this music is still present on other weekdays.

• Christina (7/5): Good - It was modern and in a nice location. No air conditioning for the heat and no nets between the windows so you couldn't keep the windows open as mosquitoes were about. This was very uncomfortable in the evening especially. When we asked for air conditioning we were told that the technician would need to go to the roof to make this possible and no one made the effort.
• Vincent (10/5): Exceptional - Oh my goodness. This place was a gem! Beautiful, modern styling, a tidy property, generously sized rooms. It was clean, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. I'm not sure how many rooms it had, but it felt very exclusive and private. I was astounded at the low price for such a wonderful stay. The host was helpful and responsive and the little seaside town looks like it bustles when the beach-season starts. This hotel was probably the nicest one I saw in the area. The wifi was a bit spotty.

• George (9/5): A Hidden Gem Close to a Great Ionian Beach! - It was new (online in July 2023), spacious (Rm 4), clean, comfortable, relaxing … everything a leisure property should be. We liked everything but, it was on the far edge of Kourouta Beach (about 150 metres) and all alone on its street. (It is ahead of its time … as the neighborhood will surely fill up with comparable places in a few years.)
