• Klement (10/5): - Poznajem Zagreb jako dobro ali doslovno prvi puta sam spavao u ovom kvartu i iznenadio se koliko je mirno.. Lokacija je odlična... do tramvaja je doslovno 3 4 minute pješice.. a do Trga se može kroz 20ak minuta pješke. Domaćin nam je odmah pri dolasku pomogao sa parkiranjem auta i rekao radna vremena lokalnih trgovina. Uglavnom preporučujem definitivno...

• Negro (10/5): Super - Osjecali smo se kao kod kuce sve je uredno i novo..osiguran parking u ulici nasuprot u dvoristu s kamerom..madrac je odličan za moj ukus i izuzetno tiho za spavanje, kupatilo ogromno.. docekale su nas kapsule za kavu i bomboni. I sto je odlicno u kuhinji smo imali ulje, sol, i jos neke zacine sto je stvarno super. Kljuc nam je predao vlasnik, komunikacija je bila odlicna. Jako je blizu glavne prometnice sa tramvajem koji vodi npr u centar. Preporucam

• Nao (10/5): 最高でした！ - 部屋がとても広く、トラムの駅から近かったです。 部屋まで階段がほとんどなく、移動がスムーズでした。 ホストがとても丁寧にサポートしてくださいました。 近隣住民の方もとても親切でした。 また、各部屋に暖房があり、お湯のタンクもとても大きく温度調整ができるため、寒い思いをしませんでした。 特にありません！
• Cristina (10/5): - The apartment is located in a quiet area in Zagreb. Close to Maksimir (the emblematic park of Zagreb) and the coffee shops corner. The city centre is at the distance of 4-5 tram stations. Also, Kvarternikov Trg is very close, 10-15 minutes walking. It is an interesting experience to visit a Trg in Zagreb (Kavaternikov or Dolac). Some small shops are around. The apartment is very large, clean and warm. It has really everything to make your staying comfortable. It even has an “office” corner. The communication with the owner was easy. I received all the information I needed to check in. Also, a welcome packet was on the table. The grapes were very delicious. Definitely I will choose again this accommodation next time when I am coming back in Zagreb. Thank you!

• Želimir (10/5): - Apartman je izuzetno prostran,uredan i čist. Lokacija super, odlična stvar parking je ukljucen pa se ne morate mislit gdje parkirati. Komunikacija sa domaćinom brza,jednostavna i kako smo putovali sa malom bebom omogućio nam je sve šta je bilo potrebno.Ne mogu naći ni jednu zamjerku. Nadam se da ćemo opet biti vaši gosti.

L'appartement est très bien situé, près du tram, très pratique pour visiter le centre et les principaux sites et à 10 min à pied du parc Maksimir. L'appartement est très confortable, bien équipé et agréable. Goran a été super et très, compréhensif car nous avons eu un retard de vol important et nous sommes arrivés bien plus tard que prévu. • Georgi (10/5): Great choice for accommodation, very polite and responsive host and spot on location. - Nicely decorated, well equipped apartment. Very specious and super convenient location. Situated less than 10 minutes from Maximir park, the area offers a lot. Bus stop for a ride to the historic center is also super close and if you preffer walking like we did, it's a 25 min walk to the Upper Town. Goran was a great host, he wellcomed us, showed us the apartament and was super responsive for every additional query we had during our stay. Literally nothing.
• Matt (8/5): A great base to explore Zagreb. - This is a comfortable ground-floor apartment on a nice road. From here you can walk into the centre of the city, or it's a short walk (a couple of blocks) to one of the main tram routes. In the other direction it's a short stroll towards Maksimir Park (very beautiful), and just before the park is a nice collections of cafes and restaurants. Just near the apartment there are a couple of mini supermarkets. Our host Goran was very friendly and helpful. He met us on arrival, showed us where we could park our car (just round the corner) and made some recommendations for places to visit. The apartment gave us everything we needed, and it was nice to have the little table in the kitchen where we could eat breakfast. Nothing really.

He is super friendly, very responsive and always ready to help. He greeted us when we arrived, which was nice. He also gave us some tips regarding where to go. The apartment is amazing, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, super cosy, in a quiet area and has everything we needed. There were toys which our little one loved playing with. Parking is also available close by at no extra costs. Close to public transport and shops and not far away from centre. Recommend it 100% and will definately go here again if we visit Zagreb again. The toys for the kids were very helpful when we had to stay inside because of the bad weather. Communication with the owner was timely and smooth. Parking is not right by the house, but it's nearby. We felt sorry leaving and we will for sure stay here again next time we are in Zagreb!

It's very well furnished and equipped including kitchen. The property is close to frequent bus and train stops too. Close to the city centre, and even closer to the main (huge) park.
• Susanne (10/5): Highly recommend! - The apartment is very spacious, clean and modern (the bathroom was absolutely fabulous) and has everything you might need - kitchenware, hairdryer, towels, comfy sofa/chairs and wardrobe with hangers (plus even a washing machine). The location was great as it was only a couple of stops to get to the city centre via Tram (ca. 10min) and walkable distance on foot (ca. 20-25min to the main Square Trg Jelacica) and also in a very quiet neighbourhood. There are also a couple of small supermarkets/shops nearby. Goran was very responsive and kind as a host and I was even able to get an iron to iron my dress before attending a wedding! There were 3 of us and the sofa-bed was just as comfortable as any "normal" bed. Absolutely nothing, thank you again!
