• Cory Goodine (8/5): Great overall, a bit loud from the flat upstairs (I stayed in the bottom). - Location is not the best. It is in a area with many social programming, services, a shelter close by etc. It's within walking distance to downtown but a significant walk. Great easy check-in.
• Hayden (8/5): Nice comfy flat in a great location - The location couldn't be better. It was in a nice quiet neighbourhood in walking distance (less than 15 minutes) to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was particularly well equipped. A great deep bathtub with plenty of hot water. Ann (our host) was very responsive and helpful. There was a small issue when we arrived but Ann quickly made it right. The bed was okay but a little small for my taste. THe lights in the bathroom operated by light sensor which was fine except it was very bright if you got up in the middle of the night.

Although we did no cooking, we did see that the kitchen was the most equipped one we have seen for a while, and hopefully we will make use of it in future stays. The apartment really did have everything one would ever need! Very conveniently located to Avenir Center. The parking was very appreciated.
• Terry (10/5): Exceptional - We didn't require breakfast. The location was perfect. Close to everything we needed and very easy to find.

• John (7/5): Good base from which to explore further. - Clean, functional and spacious. The property came with everything you would need for a stay and was a convenient base for exploring the areas around Moncton. Easy access off street parking. This is a great base for driving around the larger area. However, if I wanted somewhere to go for a romantic getaway, or to wander the neighbourhood and soak up the atmosphere, I would choose elsewhere. The area it’s located in is pretty charmless and devoid of amenities such as restaurants, bars etc.
• Caleb (9/5): Very clean and spacious place, right near the downtown core. - Good location, close to downtown. Very clean, neat, and modern. It was everything we needed, and would definitely stay again. Only problem was we had a bit of a hard time with the TV, and found the remote a bit fussy.
