Cătălina (10/5): - Am avut o experiență foarte frumoasă la Home Residence – Piatra Neamț. Apartamentul este foarte curat, bine întreținut și amenajat cu mult bun gust. Se vede că s-a pus atenție la detalii, iar atmosfera este plăcută și primitoare. Totul a fost exact cum ne-am dorit: liniște, confort și un spațiu în care te simți imediat ca acasă. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost foarte bună, iar totul a decurs simplu și fără probleme. Recomand cu drag acest loc și cu siguranță vom reveni când vom mai ajunge în Piatra Neamț.

Balanovici (10/5): - Apartament curat, aerisit, mobilat cu bun gust. Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost de nota 10, simplu și ușor.
Costel (7/5): Experienta neplacuta - Am confirmat ora de sosire, am transmis si un mesaj cu 30 min inaintea orei de check in, dar propietarul nu a raspuns la mesaj. Dupa ce am asteptat aproximativ 50 min am sunat, iar cheile au sosit dupa alte 20 min. Am rugat sa-mi elibereaze factura fiind in interes de serviciu, informatie transmisa inca de la rezervare, dar nu am primit niciun raspuns. Nu vreau sa mai repet acesta experienta.

Очень удобное расположение — рядом магазины, кафе и достопримечательности. Хозяева гостеприимные и всегда на связи, отвечали быстро и помогали по всем вопросам. Спасибо большое за приятное пребывание!
