• Wittek (5/5): - Die Lage ist Top!!! Die Sicherheit der Apartments ist durch viele Video Überwachungen und Securty-Staffs garantiert. Supermarkt, Geldwechsel Möglichkeiten und viele andere Geschäfte gleich gegenüber. Im Whz. ist einer große Wasserspender mit Mineralwasser für die Gäste!! Das Apartment ist groß und lichtdurchflutet. Die Möbel sind schön. Beiden Bädern waren nicht sauber! Einer der Spiegel war überhaupt nicht geputzt und das licht war auch defekt! Der Vermieter hat am nächsten Tag ohne Absprache jemand zum nacharbeiten geschickt, aber wir waren schon weg. Wir hatten schließlich unseren Programmen. Ebenso fehlte teilweise Handtücher, und gar keinen Geschirrtücher. Einer der Türen war demoliert. Den Wasserhähnen sowohl in Bädern, und in die Küche hatten durchgehend nur kalten Wasser! Einer der Badezimmer war der Wasserhahn nicht richtig befestigt. Das duschen war nicht angenehm, es kam nur lauwarmes Wasser aus die Duschbrausen! Der sogn. "Instantheater" hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Für meine Kinder war es nicht schön. Einer der Schlafzimmer hatte Haare des Vorgängers in den Schubladen! Die Fußmatten waren nicht gesaugt!
• Joseline (6/5): Great location! Good communication with the staff. - The apartment was spacious, well-equipped with all necessary facilities, and located in a convenient area. It was kept clean, with a cleaner visiting regularly, which was appreciated. John, was very nice and responsive, which made communication smooth and added to the overall positive experience. There was, however, an issue with pests (cockroaches) which slightly affected the stay. Addressing this would make the apartment even better. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place with helpful service

It was a 5 min walk to the supermarket, the public transport is close by, there is easy access to many eateries and night spots, and very safe. The apartment was also clean and spacious. What stood out for me was the owner of the apartment stepping in to resolve my issues when I arrived late at night. She was on the phone throughout until we settled. I commend her for that. I was allocated a different apartment from the one I booked. I booked a 2 bedroom and when I arrived, it was already occupied and I had to be relocated to another apartment nearby. There were a few issues like lack of electricity when I got to the second location but the staff at the apartment were extremely helpful and the issue was soon resolved. I also thought the shower water was a bit lukewarm.
• Emily (10/5): Exceptional - This was my second stay at this apartment. I loved this apartment as it was very comfortable and clean, and everything was as described. The neighbourhood was very safe, quiet, and close to all amenities. Elizabeth, the owner/ proprietor, made time to message me and visit to make sure our stay was perfect and was always available for any questions. She even provided us with an extra key, which was great even though we accidentally broke it. The cleaner came in every two days and we had access to the washing machine which was awesome 👌. Overall, my stay was fantastic and I would definitely rebook this accommodation in future. I found the security at the gate overall good but I was disappointed that on my last day, we had suitcases and it had rained and initially, my uber driver was denied access. Once we spoke to the guards, we were not allowed to be picked from the reception but were made to drag our suitcases to a parking close to the gate because the other parking was being cleaned!!!!Not my problem!!! Pretty poor. I had a bit of help from one guard on 11 th Jan 2024 in the morning, out of his duties, which was awesome.

• Obadha (1/5): Bad - The location So I get a message on booking.com that reception will help with checkin. When I ge there, reception has no idea and host does not pick up themphone. I also get a whatsapp message giving me checkin details for a completely different property. I get there and its occupied already. And worse, the host does not pick up the phone or respond to texts. The worst experience ever.

• Pau (8/5): Nice option in a very good area of Nairobi - We did a very last-minute booking, and the host offered us another apartment nearby, since the one we had booked was not ready (understandably). The one we got was really nice (Silverstone Apartments): spacious, clean, quiet... and in front of many convenience stores (24/7), and walking distance to Yaya Centre. Wifi works well. All was pretty good. A couple of things were broken, but nothing serious. Be prepared to pay upfront upon arrival, in KES and ideally by M-Pesa.

• Stewart (9/5): Superb - This apartment is new and well-appointed. Large refrigerator, basic cooking pans and utensils. I asked for wine glasses and wine opener, they were properly provided. The bathroom fan was a little noisy, but when I explained this to the manager they said they would replace it. They seem very friendly and prompt.

• Jack (8/5): Very good - The staff was responsive. Having access to a washing machine was appreciated. The interaction with the staff worked well and issues could be sorted out in a mutually respectful way. People who will make use of parking lots should preferably get information about the convenience and practicability of such "parkings" . Some architects of Kilimani buildings had apparently no clue about angles that cars need while turning and no idea about what they were doing ....
• Obadha (10/5): I will always stay here whenever I visit Nairobi. - Great property, very spacious and clean and at a perfect location near a big supermarket and many other stores. Also has perfect access to the city, with about 1 minute wait for cab. They provided daily cleaning and were even kind to make me lunch at one point. More than anything, the hosts are just Amazing. Kudos to Adrian, the host who was always available to address any concerns. Polite and an absolute professional. I recommend this property to anyone visiting Nairobi and looking forward to staying here again on my next visit. You get way more value at such a cheap price. I liked everything about this property.
