• Luis (1/5): - Solo la Ubicación Habíamos reservado un tipo de habitación y al querer hacer el check in nos querían dar otra habitación sin a/a sin ventanas y cobrar lo mismo, tuvimos que cancelar y buscar otro hotel.

• Belem (9/5): Lo recomiendo - La ubicación muy bien. Hay cerca un Oxxo. Tiene estacionamiento. Deberían de tener café con vasos para llevar. Ponen todas las mañanas, pero en vasos desechables sin tapa. Uno va a recorrer la ciudad y quiere hacerlo desde temprano con un cafecito en mano.

• ESTEFANIA (6/5): - La distancia de lo céntrico y las instalaciones El personal, no son nada serviciales, indique que llegaría antes del check in, porque la aplicación daba esa opción, avise con un día de anticipación y más porque en esa zona es muy difícil de estacionarse y esperar, cuando fui a recepción me dijeron que no se podía, cuando la aplicación me dio la opción de modificar mi hora de llegada, después de decirles eso,me dijeron que tenia que esperar a lo cual accedi, le comente que no había problema pero que si en lo que me daban mi habitación podía guardar mi auto y me dijeron que si, cuando vamos a guardar el auto, el señor del estacionamiento muy groseramente nos saca y nos dice tajantemente que no se podía entrar aún y aunque quisiera no habia lugar, cuandi habian muchos espacios disponibles, le indico que en recepción me dijeron que si, llama a recepción y dicen que ellos no habían indicado nada, nos sacan del estacionamiento y tuvimos que pagar estacionamiento público por más de 2 horas, además de que le pegaron a mi coche en la facia.

• Juan Sebastian (9/5): Muy buena ubicación e instalaciones en buen estado. - La ubicación y servicio en general El baño tiraba mucha agua al retrete, se desperdiciaba mucha, creo que hay algun fallo en la válvula, y tiraba un poco por la misma válvula.

• Christopher (10/5): Clean, Groovy 60s Hotel with the Best Breakfast in Mexico. - Basically the hotel must have been premier in the 60s when it opened. It's all got this Price is Right, mall from Dawn of the Dead vibe to it. Like the showers have stone benches in them. Thing is it's been kept immaculatley! So for those who enjoy a little novelty when travelling, I recommend it, and for those who do like a nice place it is also good although it doesn't have that intragramable, white walls, big leaf plant thing that the most contemporary places have. Staff was very good, and here is the big thing, the breakfast is amazing!!!!!! You have to pay $250 MXP for it but it is well worth it. Location also really good. You are in historic center.
