Wir sind an dem Abend noch ins Hotel Colloseo essen die Bedienung wahrsuch soo schr - Wir waren im Winter die Heizung hatt nicht so gut funktioniert. Meine Kinder haben die ganze Nacht nicht geschlafen wir sind verfroren es war sehr kalt im Zimmer. Der Besitzer hatt nichts unternommen leider! Es war sehr kalt im Zimmer im Winter nicht empfehlenswert

• Daniele (10/5): Wonderful stay at Downtown Hotel - I had a great experience at Downtown Hotel in Shkoder. The location is perfect—right in the city center, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and main attractions. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and nicely designed, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable, and cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel. What really made the difference was the staff: extremely friendly, helpful, and always available with a smile. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. Great value for money and a perfect choice if you’re visiting Shkoder. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Tous les accessoires jetables de standing étaient fournis, y compris des chaussons et une brosse à dents. De l’eau était disponible dans le réfrigérateur. Il y avait même des rideaux à ouverture électrique avec télécommande. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement. La terrasse offrait une vue magnifique sur la zone piétonne.

• Kepi (10/5): Ottima esperienza, tutto curato e personale molto gentile. - Ho soggiornato una notte al Downtown Hotel e mi sono trovato molto bene. La posizione è perfetta, in pieno centro, comoda per muoversi a piedi e vivere la città. La struttura è moderna, curata e molto pulita; la camera era confortevole e il letto davvero comodo.

Great location, close to everything The check in process was painful, done by employees of the downstairs pizzeria who clearly did not want to be managing the hotel. Once it was complete, the stay was lovely. The windows were not insulated and we could hear music from parties outside

• Lirije (10/5): A beautiful stay in the heart of Shkodër with wonderful staff and a perfect location. - Everything! The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Shkodër, just steps away from the main pedestrian street. My room had a lovely balcony view overlooking the lively city below. It was clean and pristine. The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond, they even helped me find a parking spot and personally parked my car for me. I truly appreciated their warmth and hospitality. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, everything exceeded my expectations.

• Denise (9/5): Insgesamt ein tolles Zimmer - Die Lage des Apartments war perfekt, mitten in der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war klein aber für unsere Zwecke war das völlig ok. Es ist mit viel Elektronik (beheizbarer Spiegel, elektrische Gardinen) ausgestattet. Das Zimmer wurde auf Wunsch gereinigt. Es gab genügend Stauraum für Kleidung + Safe und Mini Kühlschrank es gab eine offene Dusche, jedoch klappt das mit dem Wasserablauf nicht so gut, sodass regelmäßig das ganze Bad nach dem Duschen unter Wasser stand. Der Fernseher hat nur über Apps mit eigener Anmeldung funktioniert. Einen eigenen Balkon gab es nicht, dafür aber eine Gemeinschaftsterasse, das war auf den Fotos etwas irritierend, da wir dachten es gäbe einen eigenen Balkon.

• Joelle (5/5): Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp okay - Das Zimmer war sauber & auch die Lage direkt in der Innenstadt sehr praktisch, jedoch umständlich, wenn man mit dem Auto herkommt. Parkplätze gibt es in der Umgebung nur kostenpflichtig & leider konnte uns der Gastgeber hier auch nicht weiterhelfen. Sehr unfreundlich Person, hatte weder Interesse a Check-In noch Check-Out.
• Martijn (9/5): Precies zoals je hoopt en ook mag verwachten met een stukje extra service - De locatie van het hotel ligt midden in het centrum. Ondanks dat de de persoon van de receptie zelf geen Engels kon heeft hij er via bellen met andere ervoor kunnen zorgen dat hij ons begreep en we goed geholpen werden. Daarnaast was het zelfs mogelijk om na ons verblijf onze koffer nog voor drie dagen achter te laten vanwege een hike trip naar Theth.

It had all the facilities needed for short-term stay. The staff was very kind and helpful to accommodate your needs. I recommend this hotel as it offers comfort and calue for money spend. • Virginia (2/5): No es una ciudad segura - El alojamiento está cerca de la zona peatonal de restauración. Estaba limpio. La habitación en si era un poco pequeña. Las cortinas eran eléctricas con mando y cuando llegamos no funcionaban, aunque nos ayudaron. No había recepción, te ayudan de la pizzería de abajo que fueron muy amables. Lo peor fue - que aunque no tiene culpa el alojamiento - hubo un tiroteo en una cafetería de justo al lado así que salimos de allí pitando. Parece que en la ciudad hay bastantes atentados porque hay bastante mafia. No volvería ni loca.

Restaurants, bars and cafes are easily reached. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room was impeccably clean, modern and decorated with good taste. Windows are well isolated so no noise from outside. Excellent wifi! There is a common roof terrace where you can relax with a splendid view on the center. I recommend Downtown to everybody!

Il n’y a pas de parking devant comme vous ne pouvez pas y accéder en voiture, donc à chercher dans les rues environnantes. Chambre nickel avec tout le nécessaire. Pas de réception, c’est dans la pizzeria en dessous que vous récupérez vos clefs, donc ne vous attendez pas à un échange avec le personnel.

The staff tried to be as accommodating as possible with the miscommunication about parking. NO PARKING!!!! (Even tho booking.come says that there is parking, there is NOT) Bathroom floods everything you take a shower. Property located above a pizza restaurant.

• Franck (9/5): Emplacement au top et chambres neuves - Situation idéale. Attention toutefois, l’entrée est dans une rue piétonne et il faut donc être déposé à proximité et venir à pied. Les chambres sont neuves et très bien équipées Pour faire l’enregistrement, il faut passer par la pizzeria qui est à côté et la personne qui nous a reçu ne comprend pas très bien l’anglais. Néanmoins nous avons pu correspondre via la messagerie de booking avec un correspondant parfaitement bilingue et prolonger notre séjour.

• Robert (9/5): - At the heart of the city. You are literally in Downtown. Very good restaurants around. The "Party-Mile" is a 5-10min walks so its quite at night. Location on booking.com incorrect. You need to google the place to get the correct location.

The two owners of the hotel are abs - The location was super close to the centrum of the city and is located at the finest street where you can go shopping and eat food at the many restaurants. The rooms were brand new and super nice. All new! But the true stars are without a doubt the two owners and the staff of the hotel. You feel genuinely welcome at the hotel, and they are always ready to help in any situation with everything within their power – so a huge thank you to you!
