Otrevlig och ohjälpsam personal, dyr och missvisande parkering, dåligt läge långt från al - Städarna var trevliga och gjorde sitt jobb Det stod att hotellet erbjöd parkering men det fanns nästan inga parkeringsplatser i området och hotellet ville dessutom ta extra avgift för garageparkering. Rummet hade ingen minibar eller ens gratis vatten vid ankomst. Restaurangpersonalen pratade nästan ingen engelska och efter cirka 18:00 fanns knappt någon personal tillgänglig. Nattpersonalen var otrevlig och inte hjälpsam alls. Hotellet ligger också långt från centrum och det finns nästan inget i närheten förutom en liten kiosk med extremt höga priser. Jag kom sent på natten och behövde köpa vatten och snacks och priserna var helt orimliga.

El lujo, en nuestro caso, ha sido poder tomar el sueño después de que los ocupantes del patio terminaran de beber, lo cual ocurrió a partir de las 24. Inadmisible que una habitación "Deluxe" se encuentre en la planta baja, con ventanas poco aislantes con "vista" (mejor dicho, oído) al patio un cuarto absolutamente limpio pero pequeño, incómodo (doble cama, pero una pegada a la pared exterior y la otra al armario a muro con puerta a espejo). Las sábanas de calidad muy baja, cojines de terciopelo caluroso. Puerta de la habitación con raja que dejaba pasar obviamente la luz del pasillo y el ruido. Habitación muy calurosa, imposible dejar la ventana abierta, no pueden obligar los huéspedes a encender el aire acondicionado para descansar en el mes de mayo. ¿Quieres vender bebidas alcolicas? Monta un bar. ¿Quieres vender habitaciones de hotel? Monta un hotel en condiciones. Relación calidad precio nefasta: cien y pico euros para dormir mal, inaceptable.

Su alrededor 🤦🏼♀️nos tocó la habitación 123 que da justo a la bajada del parking.. el sábado había una fiesta con música tecno cerca de allí … pero lo peor era los coches con la música al máximo que no se porque venían a tocar el portero toda la noche y la escandalera era insufrible … se escuchaba todo

Staff gentile e molto disponibile. Vicino ad una strada molto trafficata, non è particolarmente rumoroso ma si avverte comunque il passaggio dei veicoli.

Cibo (non incluso) ottimo. Molto vicino alla fermata sia dell'autobus che della metro. Purtroppo, nonostante gli aspetti positivi della stanza e della pulizia, non siamo riusciti a dormire a causa delle grida di altri ospiti della struttura in stato di ebbrezza fino alle ore piccole della notte. Solo dopo numerose lamentele qualcuno è andato a chiedere di fare silenzio.

Die Gäste die im Hof nachts gesessen sind waren sehr laut! Man kann in der Cafeteria gegen Aufpreis frühstücken und das habe erst bei meiner Ankunft erfahren.

- Ochnio (7/5): średnio zadowolona - Hotel mieści się blisko głównej ulicy, co zapewnia łatwy i szybki dostęp do komunikacji miejskiej Największym minusem była wielkość pokoju dwuosobowego oraz okna wychodzące na wewnętrzne patio. Hotel zbudowany jest na planie zamkniętego kwadratu, a na dole znajduje się restauracja czynna do północy. Niestety goście zostawali tam znacznie dłużej, przez co hałas był nie do zniesienia. Wykupiłam sześć noclegów i przez sześć nocy nie zmrużyłam oka. Było to wyjątkowo uciążliwe, zwłaszcza że nastawiłam się na zwiedzanie i wczesne wstawanie. Wypoczynek w tych warunkach był po prostu niemożliwy.

- Jürgen (9/5): - Liebevolles Hotel in einem Wohn- Gewerbegebiet, nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Tolle Atmosphäre durch den wunderschön gestalteten Innenhof. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, gutes Restaurant. Wir waren dort zum Abschluss unserer Motorradtour und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Prima auch die große Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein.

- Nyree (8/5): Good value for money - The room was impeccably clean. The staff was very friendly and the food in the resturant was good quality, great service, and reasonably priced. Bed very comfortable and decent shower. The room overlooking the courtyard with balcony was loud from people in the bar. It was a bank holiday, Spanish culture is loud and I had an early morning flight, otherwise it wouldn't have bothered me.
