Harry (6/5): Nice place. Difficult to get the door code. Difficult access in back of house. Location was great - I'm not sure if it was the host's problem or Booking.com, but I saw a notice that there would be a $400 deposit charged. No where did it say I had to take any action. I tried using the messaging system to say I didn't have a door code, and what should I do. No response. I kept thinking maybe "Day-of-arrival" they'd get it to me. NOPE. I called the number listed on Booking.com email sent me and it was a wrong number!! Thru the messaging system I found a different number and was told I had not paid the whole amount and I had to Venmo it to Nancy to get the door code. Only took an extra hour!!! Do NOT list numbers that don't work. Make the messaging system respond. The space it self was very nice. The access to it was difficult and odd. The interface with Nancy or whoever it was NOT good.

Jaycie (8/5): Nice, little, convinent, price is right for a family of 6 to stay but not leaisurly. - The location was great for our purposes, and easy to find. Nice little basement apartment. I was able to cook meals for my family and save on some costs. I didn’t feel it was family friendly not that wasn’t. Just that there isn’t a lot of place for families to rest relax together after a long day. The beds were not comfortable. My kids felt like their bunk bed was gonna collapse it was wiggly. Also I kept my family quiet but whoever was upstairs when they arrived was very noisy but… that’s also normal for downstairs guests.
