• Awatif (1/5): - Personnel légèrement sympathique et hôtel proche des lieux touristiques connus d’Istanbul. Séjour très décevant. La chambre attribuée était située en sous-sol, sans fenêtre, avec une forte sensation d’humidité, ce qui n’avait absolument pas été précisé lors de la réservation. En plus de cela, la propreté laisse clairement à désirer : draps visiblement non propres, chambre mal entretenue et hygiène globale insuffisante. Pour le prix payé, le rapport qualité/service est très mauvais. Expérience inconfortable et décevante, je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

However, the guy with glasses from the reception was very kind and generous and upgraded our room without additional charge. The room on 302 was huge and it had all the facilities we needed. It even had a mini fridge and vault to keep valuables secure. The room was very clean, tidy and had a good storage facility. It has a mini balcony as well where u could view the seafront. There was a coffee and tea and drinking water as well from the main reception. Furthermore, it is a walkable distance from the tram station and it was close to tourist attractions. It was a good value for the money. Would definitely recommend staying here. Nothing

• Owen (10/5): - The Theodian Hotel is a perfect budget stay in the centre of Istanbul. The room was clean and comfortable, the roof terrace was stunning, and being only a 5/10 minute walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia was perfect for exploring the city.

До Голубой мечети вверх по брусчатке минут 10 неторопливым шагом. СултанАхмет соответственно в пешей доступности со всеми достопримечательностями. Персонал говорит на английском и на русском. Решад умница, помогал во всем и вообще позитивный и радушный парень. Особое удовольствие- это веранда с видом на Босфор. Со столиками и креслами пластиковыми. Свои вино-сыр-релакс приветствуются. Сам отель не для капризных к супер комфорту и стерильности путешественников. Нам понравился отель и персонал. Спасибо! Вернемся! Завтрак не понравился совсем. 6 евро с человека. Ежедневно холодные макароны мало съедобные, самые дешевые сосиски, тушеные в томате. Из съедобно варёные яйца, сыр, оливки. Чай- кофе без молока. И так каждый день. Не рекомендую. Лучше б обычная овсянка на завтрак.

• Subhani (8/5): I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and honesty. - The hotel’s location was excellent, with historical attractions just 1–2 km away. Mr. Ershad and his colleagues gave us a very warm welcome. We also booked transportation through the hotel, which was convenient and well organized. I would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was good, though we only had it for one day since there were many restaurants nearby and we enjoyed trying different options. Overall, my stay was very comfortable and completely stress-free. The washroom was quite small, especially the washing area. However, upon my request, Mr. Ershad promptly moved us to another room with a much larger and more comfortable washroom.
