• Mariusz (2/5): And old and not worthy apartment. Dangerous. - An old town. Close by to lagoona Very old not maintained building. Balcony doors come off the rails and almost smashed me on my head. Dangerous electrics and live cables sticking out from the wall. Missing hairdryer. Very squeaky bed. Squeak every time you twist on it. Wasp nest on the wall near my apartment. Included breakfast contains 2 slices of bread, butter marmalade and honey and drink of selection. Rusty and full of Liam scale shower knob and shower head. Main room light does not work (we had to use our only available 1 bed light). An old dirty puddle sitting on the balcony, attracting lots of mosquitoes.Gas bottle was taking lots of space on the balcony. Some of the apartments in this hotel look like had been sold to residents, who party all night playing loud music until the morning. Swimming pool looks nothing like on the picture.

• Koningstein (2/5): Very poor - Staff friendly changed our room to another as we found two huge cockroaches. Not hot water, flies in shower, door that had chunks out of the frame looked unsecured. Price was way too high hard to find it as the name is different on the building.

• Marc (8/5): Very good - The Sunlight Hotel had a different name, "The Hotel Green 16" This was a bit confusing at first, but otherwise, all was good. It is a bit tired looking, but the room was fresh and new, high ceilings, A/C, and Ceiling fan, very cool, the basics. The landscape was immaculate. The pool was good but needed some skimming. The location was very convenient and easy to walk to the main hotel drag far away enough to be quiet all day long. I really enjoyed it. Thank you to the staff and especially "Ina" Paulina at the in Hotel restaurant who made sure I ate well and what I liked eating. Thanks, guys. Fondest regards, Marco and Angel. 💐💐💐 Perhaps a kettle would have gone a long way, but the next time, I'll know to bring one with me.

Be advised that 18.02 (day if my departure) I payed extra money for late checking and your colleague was not competitive and took it off with my сredit card 2 times money . I demand a refund, otherwise I will complain to the administration Booking.com company and leave a bad review. I saw it with my own eyes and please look at the attachment of my bank statement
• Tomek (7/5): Good - Great location. Very good price. Nice people. It's a bit old and appears to be in poor condition. Problems with hot water.
• Joeka1 (9/5): Great price at great location - Amazing place for that price at a wonderful location, just a 15min walk to the beach and the walk is stunning and an adventure. It is also very quite and feels safe in that area. Natural soap and shampoo. Showers were warm. Seems they forgot the wifi password of the extended wifi network that reaches the rooms, also the TV could be updated.
• Shirley (6/5): It is a nice little quaint place if you are just looking for a comfortable place to sleep. - The service and staff are wonderful helpful nice and courteous. The restaurant downstairs in the lobby is a great little place to unwind and they were open late. Our shower and sink made a noise in our room that sounded like a cruise ship horn and it sounded every 15 minutes all day and all night, we are thinking it was faulty pipes or a plumbing or drainage issue. The pool was not very clean but open late.
• Broadbelt (3/5): Service and Conditions are Unbearable - I got a discounted price through booking, and the hotel was in a great location being close to all the attractions. *I booked a 12 day stay and had to leave after 7 days because of what is listed below. *The bathroom was a big turn off. The toilet seat was missing and I had to stoop and hover whenever I had to take a dump. *It smelled like mold because the sinks were leaking, the shower curtain was dirty, and most importantly, the hot water stopped working 5 days into my 12 day stay. *The hotel staff did not replenish the two towels they gave me after checking in. Even though I'll drop them on the floor to indicate I needed new towels. * I also had to pull the sheet off the bed after the 6th day for them to change the sheets. SMFH *I got 2 toilet tissues from the initial check in, and room service took one the next day. *The Internet was my biggest gripe. After the 3rd day my Internet didn't work. I complained and they fixed it but then it stopped working 2 days later again. *With a combination of all these things I was humble and chill throughout; but it seemed like all the issues I had was done on purpose to force me out. When I told the dude I was checking out early, he started smiling and pumped his fist. SMFH I guess he knew that Booking.com agents were hard to reach and make a complaint. *They wouldn't prorate the amount of days I stayed there. And because it's hard to get anyone from booking.com I didn't get my money back. **🥺 Please don't come here guys🥺 you will be severely disappointed. I don't have the time to complain about things like this but when it's this bad I have to let others know. As for booking.com I hope you see this review and separate your business from these people because they are bad for business!!
• Tetiana (9/5): Generally everything was fine. Amazing helpful staff, great location which is covered by Uber drivers, nice delicious br - Great location, nice area, comfortable room. Would be good to have a kettle in the room and a regular duvet to cover at night (instead of thin bedsheet). Toilet seat was missing.
• Leopoldo (4/5): The price and the location were good. The hotel is in need of repairs, very dirty rooms! - There was no breakfast included. I Checked out of the hotel and came back to rent a room later the next day. For some reason I ended up getting the same room I had stayed at. I noticed the same pen marking stains in the sheets. The sheets were never replaced. also the bathroom floors were very dirty, this leads me to believe the room was never cleaned and the bedding was never changed. I would not stay here again.
