• Alejandro (9/5): Très bon séjour, bon emplacement et excellent rapport qualité prix. - Situé dans un endroit à la fois proche de la Yamanote (pour se déplacer) mais assez loin pour ne pas être déranger par les bruits inerrants aux zones hautement fréquentées. Le futon ne peut pas être placé librement, au lieu d’avoir 2 « chambres » de 2 personnes, il y avait forcément une chambre de 3 et un lit en solo.

We could not get in for 2 hours because they did not give the code at the main door. We were waiting for 2 hours in the midst of a extremely cold weather and nobody was responding to my messages.There was someone (a transient for a day from Tokyo). who helped us with code.

• Karateu (8/5): Not bad. - It's so nice that they can auto fill bath tub. The place is quiet and you can definitely sleep well. You can also cook here, and there's a 24 hour mart nearby. The host is also responsive. But it's quite dusty, and the method to get the key is more complicated than it is shown in the guidelines.
• Isabel del Pilar (8/5): Super good price for a quality apartment - The apartment is really nice, I believe we made a good choice selecting this apartment for our trip, specially given the price we payed. We were 3 and we were quite confortable. I'll list the things I liked the most: - Location, super nice quiet area in Ikebukuro, we didn't know Ikebukuro before and turned out to be our favorite part of Tokyo. It is not super close to the train station, but the walk was not that much. Of course is it always nice to be 3-5min away from the station, but we don't mind having a 15min walk and staying in a nice quite place. - Confortable beds, equipped kitchen, elevator and a great separated bathroom (Traveling with friends it is nice to have the shower on one place and the toilet in another). Lots of toilet paper, warm toilet with bidet. - The price, we payed way less than you would for a similar apartment (we actually changed our reservation when we saw the price of this one). - Super warm! Specially nice for cold nights. - We used the washing machine, clothes dried quickly. Everything was great, but we felt like it was not as clean as it should have. I would totally invest on a deeper cleaning. We found some random hairs and it was dusty under the beds and over the curtains. We are allergic to dust so we felt like the apartment needed a deep clean. This is the only reason why we decided to give it an 8 instead of a 10. Please take this as a nice suggestion, I believe this apartment could be a 10/10 just changing this.

• Sharon (8/5): Quiet accommodation with good location perfect for family - Quiet neighborhood and I like the fact that the location is near the Ikebukuro station which is part of the JR Yamanote Line. So going around the famous spots like Ginza, Shibuya and Shinjuku is easy. There's also nearby supermarket and convenience stores. Just note that the walk to the station can still take around 20 mins long so be prepared esp if you have big luggages. I also wish the bath towel is bigger.

• Carolina Salgado (10/5): - Barrio muy tranquilo pero con excelente conexión al centeo de Ikebukuro, el tren y buses a distancias totalmente caminables. Tiene mucha vida tanto de día como de noche, convinis y supermercados cerca. Fuimos 4 adultos, cuenta con 2 camas y un futón, pero solo usamos las instalaciones para desayunar y luego dormir en la noche, fue muy cómodo para nosotros 4 con un baño amplio, wc separado de la sala de la ducha lo que hacía más comodo y no tener esperas por usar el baño, cocona equipada para preparar comidas instantáneas y desayunos (en este caso occidentales de pan y té), camas cómodas y todo muy fácil de mantener ordenado y limpio. No podera estar más tiempo!

I did not like the fact that i payed for a two bedroom apartment for 4 people and instead we found just one room with a sliding door….one double bed and one bed for just three people and one was supposed to sleep on the floor somewhere in that narrow space….and for this the fourth person has to find another place to stay.

Donc ne vendez pas cet appartement pour 2 chambres. Il manquait une serviette pour le quatrième et il n'y avait qu'une serviette par personne pour les 6 jours. Un peu juste. J’ai demandé une serviette en supplément mais on m'a demande de remplir un formulaire en japonais sur internet donc J’ai laisse tomber. Domage. En conclusion prévoir ses serviettes.

Las camas son comodas , muy limpio todo, tenes para lavar la ropa y dejarla secando en el baño ya que es muy tecnologico y tiene esa opcion . Se puede cocinar perfecto . Un diez Las intrucciones para abrir la puerta de abajo y la del departamento no son muy claras, pero termina siendo facil despues. La basura se la tiene que llevar uno porq sino te cobran 3 dolares creo, pero eso es una ley del gobierno porq todos lo tienen que hacer

• LEE (8/5): 도쿄에서 6박 7일 숙박후기 - 성인 4명이서 6박 7일 숙박했습니다. 첨부된 사진은 나가기 전에 찍은 것이라 썩 정리가 잘 되어있지 않다는 걸 염두에 두시면 될 것 같아요. 침구류 구성은 소파배드 1개, 더블침대 1개, 매트리스 1개와 덮는 이불 2장이었습니다. 헤어드라이기, 다리미, 심지어 청소기, 세탁기까지 있습니다. 청결 부문에서는 흠 잡을 부분이 거의 없었습니다. 깨끗했어요. 위치는 '돈 없는 대학생' 입장에서 구할 수 있는 최선이라고 생각합니다. 사실 4인 가족끼리 와도 좋을 것 같아요. 북,동,남 도보 10분 거리에 전철역 3개가 있고 이 중 이케부쿠로역을 통해 한국인들이 자주 가는 관광지는 엥간해선 30분대로 끊을 수 있었습니다.(디즈니씨는 1시간 조금 넘게 걸렸네요.) 나리타 공항에서 이동했는데, 1500엔 버스를 이용하니 2시간 정도, 스카이라이너를 타니 1시간 10분정도 소요되었던 것 같습니다. 나리타-이케부쿠로역 직통 셔틀버스도 있는 것 같습니다. 이케부쿠로역에서 숙소 가는 길에 홈플러스 익스프레스 비슷한 마트 1개(tobu마트), 로손이 하나 있고요, 숙소 근처에 세븐일레븐도 하나 있어서 사들고 들어가기 좋습니다. 종합하자면 가성비가 참 좋은 숙소입니다. +주인분도 친절하십니다. 아무래도 호텔은 아닌 만큼, 수건은 1인당 한장 배부되고 추가적인 제공은 없습니다. 주인분께 문의한 결과 직접 사서 쓰거나 세탁해서 사용하라고 전달 받았습니다. 저희는 직접 세탁해서 썼습니다.(세제는 구비되어 있지 않으니 알아서 준비하셔야 될 것 같습니다.) +욕실에 열풍기가 있으니 빨래는 그걸로 말리시면 됩니다.

• Aimee (5/5): Helt ok - At de er rask på å svare på henvendelser. Sendte de melding samme kveld som vi ankom leiligheten, og de rettet opp allerede dagen etter. Tok en ny vask av leilighet og vi fikk nok håndklær og hodeputer. Veldig imøtekommende og serviceinnstilt. Måtte be om ekstra renhold dagen etter vi ankom hotellet. Spesielt badet samt hele gulvet i leiligheten var ikke rengjort etter forrige gjestene. Sengen var vaklende, så de måtte også skru fast beina så den ikke skulle ramle sammen. Kjipe plasttallerkener på kjøkkenet. Manglet to hodeputer - vi var to voksne og to barn og skulle bruke sovesofa, men ingenting var gjort klart for sovesofa. Måtte be om å få hodeputer for alle, samt håndklær, det var kun for to personer. Når det er sagt, så var de raskt ute med å rette opp alt, allerede dagen etter. Tok et kvarter å gå til nærmeste t-bane. Ikke veldig sentralt. Ok matbutikk i nærheten.

Comfort. 3 people is the max caps of this unit. - the unit is clean, complete amities, clear direction to the place, host is communicative the location is far from the station. 15-20 minutes walk, its not gonna be easy if we have to carry big luggage from the station . the double bad size is quite small for 2 people.
• Noble (5/5): Poorly advertised. - The apartment was clean, great location, and tht communication from the host was amazing. The ad on booking.com states 3 beds however they didn't mention that 1 of the beds was a futon, despite them using ouctures of other apartments with more beds. It's false advertising and a 100kg man had to sleep on a 3 inch piece of foam on the floor.

• Chananphat (1/5): Very dirty - This is the worst hotel in Tokyo since I've ever stayed. The staff was reluctant to help with the problem and also replied to messages with sarcasm. The mattress and blankets were stained with menstrual stains. The room was dirty, and all of this has been informed of the staff since the first day of my stay. However, I have not received any apology from the staff.

• Chelvarani (7/5): Good - This apartment can easily fit 4 people with luggage. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed their facilities, washing machine and a small kitchen. There are too many passwords to remember. Our room lock had some problem. So it took some time for us to figure out. We had to get in using a spare key.
• Inez (5/5): Passable - The Ikebukuro area is nice. 1. We asked if we could do a bag drop off early, they said no as they do not have staff on site, this I can understand. But, I feel it is unfair that the check in time is only at 4, but the check out is still at 10. At least then offer that we could check in at 2 (which is the normal check in time). 2. The room was not cleaned properly, the bathroom was not cleaned and the floors were dirty, with hair and dust. We have stayed there before and it was not like this.
• Takuya (7/5): Great place to stay for 2 people. - Very clean, well equipped (e.g. rice cooker, vacuum cleaner, laundry dryer etc), Good size for 2 people.
