• Alma (5/5): Uncomfortable room. - The place was very close to the downtown of the city, there were lots of museums and places to eat. The room was extremely small. To take a shower was a challenge. The water spilled outside. The floor was vary slippery. They don't have a safe and that is something needed. The bed was very hard. They showed me a picture of a different room. Mine was extremely small.

Café, restaurantes, Oxxo, museos cerca. Seguiré llegando a este lugar en mis futuras visitas. Mm tal vez 🤔 el bar de alado pero nada que perturbara mi descanso, sin duda es la mejor opción

One example: on a day that had some rain, they loaned us an umbrella. From check in to check out, the entire staff was very attentive. For security, they managed access in and out of the property. They were great and happy to let us in and out, but I felt a little like I was imposing.

• Miguel Angel Rayo Bordoy (10/5): Lugar perfecto pero con música. - Muy bien, el lugar es muy acogedor y el personal muy agradable, también te aconsejan de donde ir, medio de transporte, etc. Lo único es que sobre el hotel hay un bar o sala de fiesta y hasta las 2 de la mañana había música, eso es incontrolable o el huésped no lo sabe.

• Rebeka (8/5): - Die Lage war super, das Personal freundlich und das Zimmer komfortabel. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, weshalb kein Tageslicht ins Zimmer kommt - etwas schade. Dadurch ist es auch eher feucht im Zimmer. Die Beleuchtung könnte etwas "freundlicher" gestaltet werden (z.B. gelbes anstatt weisses Licht).

No me encantó que estuviera cerrada la puerta principal, porque una de las personas que se encargan de abrir cómo que se molestaba cada vez que entrabamos o salíamos (tratamos de no entrar y salir a cada rato), pero bueno si fue un poco incómodo. Fuera de eso, todo lo demás muy bien.

La habitación no tiene ventana y al lado tiene un bar con terraza arriba que por lo menos el finde semana tiene música en directo y se oye muchísimo, y algún cliente puso muy alta la tv y se oía bastante , sino fuera por eso la habitación hubiera sido silenciosa porque era como una cueva.

Pulizia molto buona e letti comodi. camera di giuste dimensioni. Buoni anche i servizi, la receptionist ci ha fatto il favore di prenotarci in taxi per la stazione ed è stata molto cortese. Struttura consigliata! La camera dove ho soggiornato non ha finestre, per una notte è ok ma su più notti può costituire un problema. Inoltre, non c'è passaggio indipendente dal cancello di entrata e deve essere sempre la receptionist ad aprire anche a tarda notte o mattina presto

En la tele había Netflix y alguna otra plataforma incluida. Había alguien en la recepción las 24h. El precio es muy bueno. Se escucha bastante el ruido y la habitación era muy oscura (sin ventanas, solo una puerta a una apertura del patio). Aunque estaba limpia se notaba bastante humedad. La cama hacía ruido al moverse y el colchón no era muy cómodo. El personal no fue muy simpático aunque cumplieron con sus funciones.

En el anuncio del perfil de este Hotel que oferta los servicios y precios, anuncian que tienen estacionamiento, y cuando vas a llegar te mandan un mensaje de que ese es aparte, es a dos calles, y se debe de pagar por separado la pensión. LA habitación que me tocó Humeda y con una ventilación de risa. Además era muy pequeña e incomoda.

• Vanessa (7/5): Grundsätzlich okay mit einigen Störfaktoren - Die Lage ist super. Sauber war es grundsätzlich auch. Preis-Leistung im vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften stimmte. Das Tor vorne wird immer abgeschlossen, was prinzipiell kein Problem ist, wenn man nicht häufig recht lange warten (mehrere Minuten) und stetig klingeln müsste bevor man rein oder raus möchte. Bei einigen Angestellten kam man sich dann immer vor, als würde man nerven. Das ist etwas schade. Als Alleinreisende habe ich das kleinste Zimmer gebucht. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf dieses. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel und roch leider feucht/muffig. Außerdem trat das Wasser am Waschbecken unten am Sockel wieder aus, sodass der Boden im Mini Bad immerzu nass war. Ich habe Bescheid gegeben, mir wurde angeboten danach zu schauen. Allerdings wäre das sicher eine längere Reparatur gewesen. Es gab viele, nicht besetzte Zimmer. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, man hätte mir ein anders angeboten, da ich noch zwei weitere Nächte blieb.
