• kalina (10/5): Comfortable and affordable - I recently visited this apartment and came away genuinely impressed. The location is a huge plus—it’s right in the center, which makes everything easily accessible, yet surprisingly, the place itself is very quiet. That balance is hard to find. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It felt cozy and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to imagine living there day-to-day. What stood out the most, though, were the owners. Even before my stay, I had a small issue, and they were very understanding and easy to communicate with, which made a big difference. I also got a bit lost trying to find the place at first, but they were incredibly kind and helped me without any hassle. On top of that, they were flexible with checkout, allowing me to stay a little longer instead of the usual early morning rush, which I really appreciated. Considering all of this, the price is honestly amazing and offers great value for what you get. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-maintained apartment in a perfect location, run by someone genuinely kind and helpful. I liked everything.

• InnerWarrior (7/5): It was good. In the center (peninsula), everything was close and that was most important to me. - When i came there was not hot water (heater was off). The fridge was empty. Usually for that price you get at least a bottle of fresh water, but in most apartments you get some other drink too.
• Joshua (4/5): Dissapointed, unclean and super expensive considering what it is. - Great location for old town, and quite large for a ground floor apartment. Unfortunately, the property was very dirty upon arrival, it had not been cleaned. Extremely disappointed with it. The host / owner came and we showed him, he did not even accept it was unclean and was quite abrasive. He offered to clean it overnight, we opted to leave to another hotel. Glad we didn’t stay here in the end …. A partial refund would have appreciated…

• Molly (10/5): Lovely apartment right in the centre of Zadar, we have stayed here twice now as had such a good time here :) - Clean, spacious, comfortable, great communication from host, nearby all attractions
• Elio (9/5): An unbelievable good bargain for staying in Zadar. Book without worries. - Central location, inside the old town of Zadar, and a HUUUGE room, incredibly spacious, I've lived in smaller places back in my days in London. And incredibly quiet even if there is a pub next to the room, we didn't hear a single sound at night, you can sleep without worries. The air con seems little but does a wonderful work, and the room remain fresh and cold even if outside there are 40 degrees. Really cozy place, recommended, considering Zadar is really a bargain that is worth to book without worries. And a nice coffee machine too! Be careful at the switches at the side of the bathroom room. Two are the lights, but one is the switch to turn on/off the boiler (hot water) and there is no label or sign on it. You switch them all off without thinking and then the next time you're going to have a scottish shower. :D That apart, is a lovely place.

Just a suggestion: provide Wi-Fi connection instructions (network name and password) in advance. I had to contact via WhatsApp to ask this, and my question was promptly answered. But what would it be If I didn't have a mobile connection? There was no document with this information.
• Tracie (9/5): Overall a brilliant stay. - The room was a lovely duplex apartment in a convenient location in the middle of the old town. The owners were great, with excellent communication and they even left some gifts for my Husbands 40th Birthday. We didn’t know to turn the boiler on to have a warm shower. The boiler also took a long time to warm up. So the shower was cold. But we managed.

• Magdalena (7/5): I do recommend this rooms! Contact with the owner was also great! - Location was perfect - in the center of everything, so whenever necessary you could go back to the room. The room itself were spacious - there was a place for sleeping and just chilling around. Also fridge, towels and AC were great to have there! Contact with the owner was also great - he was very responsive :) I actually missed one small towel for hands in the bathroom and at least one cutlery (glass made out of glass, spoon, fork, plate), as even for making tea/coffee it is far more safe than using plastic cups. BUT of course I do unterstand as it was a room, not flat with kitchen, so we managed to buy some plastic cutlery. PS. I wish there was a vacuum, so I could clean the carpets a bit after our stay too!

• Ieva (8/5): Very good - The host was really friendly, provided all the essential information. The facilities were clean and tidy, internet was decent. Even though it is located right in the town center next to a rock bar there was no sound from outside at night. The closest parking was a couple hundred meters away (a bit expensive for a longer period), a cheaper place to park the car was 750m away. It was quite difficult to find the place. There were no hot water during our visit.

Lovely host, she told us about Zadar and even gave us some history facts and info about the city. Very comfortable bed in a nice arrangement. Because it is in so central a location, there is inevitably a lot of noise from the nearby bars/pubs in the night, and although the apartment is reasonably well noise insulated if you are particularly sensitive to noise keep it in mind.

• Eric (5/5): Zadar was nice but next time a better location because of the noise. - The apartment was in the old town which is very nice. When lying in the bed our heads were towards the wall. Behind that wall there was all night much noise from the bar next door. People appeared to be drunk and yelled a lot. We could not sleep until the bar closed even with earplugs. Another negative thing was that the address was not right. I would not book this again.

What was disappointing was that we were not informed that the room is located right next to a rock bar and that on Saturday (which is the night that we stayed here) there is live music at the bar until midnight. Normally this would not be a problem except that it is very loud and can be heard from the room as if you are standing in the bar itself. Additionally, the room only has very cold bright white lighting and the pillows were very hard.
