Guest Reviews
- Kyla (4/5): - The location The pool area. Green algae and mildew
- Marie (10/5): Pleased - I always try to stay at any Choice Hotels due to the fact that they are some of the best i stayed in When we returned to the hotel later at night on both nights, we were forced to have to park in another business's parking lot due to the fact that on both sides of the parking lot of the hotel, pick up trucks with boats and trailers were parked sideways and each one took up at least six parking spots. It was inconvenient.

They would stop and turn around and watch me when i got o - Clean, pool was good, breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel, lots of variety. The staff seemed to be stalking around the hallways spying on people all day and night, even on higher floors. It was very awkward.
- Greenwood (10/5): Absolutely Amazing would do it again - Cleaning I loved everything
- Swavette (5/5): -
- Dean (3/5): - Unfortunately, we had to leave before breakfast was ready I placed these reservation back in November and I had an extreme difficulty getting my rooms. The rooms were pd for back in Nov., but they only wanted to only give me one room and expected me to to contact 3rd party to fix it. When I called to reserve the rooms, I called the phone # for this particular hotel.
- Dave Rusch (4/5): - The room was spacious, comfy, and clean Kids running and stomping on the floor above our room.
- sarah (3/5): I was disappointed in the lack of customer service. - The location was convenient There was no hot water so they downgraded my room and argued about compensation for the inconvenience and downgrade.
- Liz (9/5): Girls Trip - Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great Wish there was a large hot tub.

- Amy (10/5): - The breakfast had nice variety. The rooms were clean and had lots of space. The location was absolutely fabulous! We were able to get rooms that were close to each other. There were some offense smells in the elevators, probably from other guests. The pool door didn't open quite right. The game room wasn't as obvious to us.
- Robin (10/5): - Friendly and a nice pool More coffee in the rooms
- Summers (10/5): - Beds were comfy and family friendly Nothing

- Wetzel (3/5): Horrible stay - 1st....the hot water didn't work for more than 5 minutes. Couldn't enjoy the jaquizzi or the double shower head. Breakfast wasnt bad, eggs were hard and rest was kinda luke warm. When we arrived our room wasnt even cleaned. Had to go back to the front desk and ask them to clean it. Never had that happen in my 36 years of staying at hotels. Overall our night getaway was a short lived dream. I did contact the property and they told me to call booking.com for a refund.

I was expecting two beds in a TV instead I got a suite complete with a kitchen, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee, pot, dishes, dining room, living room, bar area, and a huge bedroom There was nothing I didn’t like, this establishment is amazing

- Devin (10/5): Overall good stay! Too bad we did not have time to use their nice pool! - Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast area was huge with game room. No forks for breakfast.
- Audrey (8/5): It was ok - It is located close to my daughter's house , who I was visiting. The staff were very unfriendly. Last year there was a very friendly woman running the hotel this year the people were very unfriendly and not welcoming at all.
- Robinson (3/5): -
- Tanya (5/5): I probably wouldn’t stay here again Newer hotels in the area for the same cost - The location was good. Bed was comfortable. Overpriced for what it was. The building itself is super old, and shows this. Mold in shower. We didn’t have hot water in the shower. You have to pay for everything in the game room. The dart game was broken- asked the front desk for my $5 back, and they said I would have to contact the number on the machine. Super poor customer service. The breakfast was very mediocre. We ended up just going out to eat for breakfast.
- Holloway (9/5): -
- Celeste (9/5): Clean comfortable hotel, hot breakfast right off Interstate - We have stayed at this hotel before so decided to book again while we were in the area. The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a great hot breakfast and we enjoyed our stay. The front desk was friendly. It met our expectations. Would definitely stay here again. No

- Sharon (10/5): -
- Emily (4/5): Disappointing and would not stay again. - The kiddy pool. Although that was not the cleanest either. Our room was disguising. The shower was moldy. I pulled back the curtain and a giant spider came out. The room overall smelled. The tv barely functioned and the volume had to be turned up all the way to hear.
- Pablo (9/5): -
- Paige (6/5): We come to the comfort suites Because of the kid pool. However the rooms are never clean and smell like vomit in the bat - Large rooms, game room, kid pool The rooms always smell like vomit in the bathroom specifically.
- Jason (9/5): -
- Melissa (5/5): -
- Tanya (10/5): Great - So much stuff to do. Good staff. Big room. Excellent location. Great breakfast. we love it here, have stayed before
- Karen (10/5): - Very nice and comfortable Had to ask for towels and wash cloths every day!
- Laura (10/5): -
- Andrea (4/5): Please update the rooms and facility in general. - Beds game room and complimentary breakfast. The staff was nice and accommodating Shower curtains were too short so water sprayed onto the floor - we used our hand towels to clean the floor. The ceiling above shower was starting to fall down or basically chip off from moisture from a direct spray out of shower head when shower was on. Also we noticed after 1st shower our towels had dirt marks on them. We got replacement towels and same issue. The mini fridge was set to the coldest setting and there was a big ice chunk in back of fridge. I turned it down and our water bottles still were slush/froze. The staff was nice but some updates to the hotel rooms need to be done. Location was good. We were here with a group of friends riding most days - we booked together as a group 2 friends had AC issues.
- Beth (8/5): Very good -
- Julie (3/5): Tolerable but would not stay again. Over priced - Close to destination and easy on off expressway Stale smell in the rooms, ants in our room
- Mizztina (10/5): Enjoyed!! - I like everything. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The front desk people were very kind. The stupid round about to get to the hotel.
- Bertjens (7/5): The room met our needs with comfy beds for our one-night stay. - The beds were very comfy. Room was clean with ice lighting options. The property was updated, but not the high standards and attention to details like other Comfort Suites we've stayed at. There was a bit of black mold in the shower, patched walls with plaster that didn't match up, minimal to scant bathroom products (like soap), undersized and out-of-date art work. Family was disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub.
- Rob (7/5): Good - Location is good, we have stayed here many times.
The room was not clean. I thought the blankets looked questionable when we went in, but let it go. But the couch had a big pile of crumbs on it from the last ppl, so I knew it was not checked. My concern is, if you are leaving visible dirt-- what else isn't being done to standards? I realize things get overlooked, and staff is hard to keep-- but there should be someone making sure standards are being followed
- Candy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (5/5): Passable - Clean place and conveniently located.
Staff was friendly and helpful. We could hear talking in the next room. Bed was a bit more firm than we would like. Bathroom fan runs loud. Breakfast was disappointing. Couldn't get at some foods because there was a heavy set sitting on her walker with arms spanned on the counter making waffles. Very close corridor
- Alayna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alayna (10/5): Loved it will come again! - The staff was super friendly and fun, breakfast was delicious, it was located right next to Takiza, the game room and pool were a blast, and liked havinf access to laundry. The staff was super helpful with extending our stay as well
- Andrea (5/5): Passable - It was convenient and cheap Smelled really bad and I found lip stick and random objects in the pull out bed the sheets where also not cleaned in there.

- Elizabeth (1/5): Awful and disappointing. I should have believed the other reviews about lack of cleanliness. - Very little Dirtiest place I’ve stayed in a long long time. Hair balls all around the phone - clock area, chips, someone’s plastic fork, gross!
- Morrison (10/5): Exceptional -
- April (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dustin (10/5): Great rooms. Great staff. Lots of value for your buck. - The rooms were so spacious. Staff was extremely accommodating. Pool was cold and dirty. Arcade had alot of out of order games.
- Julie (4/5): Staff was very nice. Spoke with general manager and she was very pleasant. We were happy to find a hotel with a spa ba - Whirlpool bathtub, comfortable bed, good breakfast The room overall was not very clean. Pill left on floor by desk leg, urine on the comforter, used the sheet off the sleeper sofa to sit on the sofa (extremely bloody mattress pad on sofa under that sheet. Vent fans and heater were hanging with dust. Couldn’t get our ice pack from our cooler in the freezer because fridge was built up with ice. Coffee maker cup for grounds was really dirty as well. I had to soak it.
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb - Great stay for the grandkids and I. Enough room for them all to hang out. Need more pool chairs/ tables.

- Dijak (9/5): Superb -
- Thom (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lund (10/5): Track meet - When we walked on Friday night, the young man behind the counter was so friendly and helpful. The place also smelt so good. Only one thing they could have taken out the fake poinsettia. But other thank that it was amazing.
- Mueller (4/5): Disappointing -
- Kyli (5/5): we had fun and the bed was comfy but the wifi didn’t work so well - Comfy bed and some of the staff were very polite we had a good time :) Wifi didn’t work so well kept cutting out

- Amy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alycia (10/5): Exceptional - Bed was comfortable The hot water didn't stay hot very long.
- Gail (9/5): Great place to stay. - Nice location, comfortable beds, great value.
- Betts (4/5): Booking.com is a rip off - I like the rooms, I like the facility, and the staff are really friendly I didn't like that there was a dog barking until 10:30 p.m. in one of the rooms, the hallway smelled of dog, one of the rooms ran out of hot water the whole time, and the magnetic key kept failing and having to be reset. I did not like booking.com and I will never use them again because the hotel gave me a refund on one of my rooms for the inconvenience and booking.com wanted to charge me $68 of the $112 refund for cancellation fees which was not a cancellation. The refund was for the bad service that we went through yet they still wanted to charge us for cancellation. I don't know what they didn't understand about the fact that we did not cancel, we actually stayed at the hotel for the whole entire evening. I did not accept paying the $68 because then I would only got $44 out of the $112 that I should have received. Then booking.com told me that they would refund the $68 fee as a one-time courtesy and then at the end of the conversation he was trying to charge my card $68 anyway so I did not accept. I am asking that I received my $112 refund or I will never use booking.com again ever. And if I don't receive the full refund amount of $112 without being charged $68 for a cancellation fee that I did not cancel, I will be speaking to my lawyer.
- Betts (8/5): Booking.com is a ripoff - The staff were friendly and the rooms were nice I did not like the fact that dogs barked until 10:30 p.m., we ran out of hot water in one of the rooms, the hallway smelled of dog, and children ran up and down the Halls until half the night. The staff were more than gracious to accommodate giving us a refund for one of the rooms that we rented, but booking.com would not give us the $112 refund until I paid $68 for a cancellation fee. I did NOT CANCEL, and I told booking.com over the phone that it was not a cancellation, it was a refund for poor service. It sounded like they were going to waive that $68 so-called cancellation fee but then at the end of the conversation the guy wanted to charge me $68 on my card and I declined. I was not going to pay $68 on $112 refund and only received $44 when it was not my fault for what I was receiving the refund for anyway. But the guy insisted at booking.com that he was to charge me $68 for a cancellation fee. I don't know what he didn't understand about it wasn't a cancellation. If I do not receive the $112 refund fully from whoever is supposed to be issuing the refund, I will never use booking.com ever again, and I will be speaking to my lawyer.
- Hanko (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (9/5): Superb - Location Shower head was low and tub drain clogged
