• Rachel (10/5): This was an excellent pace to stay in Palermo with a beautiful bright area and clean apartment in his central location w - This property is immaculate and well situated in a very nice central neighborhood. I liked it being on the 6th floor with a beautiful view and an elevator. A lot of thought has been put into this property with small touches in many places throughout the Apartment. The owner is extremely responsive and very helpful with every little thing I asked about, including arranging secure parking last minute for our car for the duration of our stay. The bedrooms are large and very airy with climate control for each room, which I really liked. The bathrooms are very modern with lovely showers. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

• Orit (10/5): - הכל היה יותר ממושלם! היינו שבוע בסיציליה וכל יום כמעט עברנו לדירה אחרת וזאת ללא ספק היתה הכי טובה. הדירה נמצאת ממש במרכז, מקבילה לרחוב המרכזי ליד הכיכר. היינו 5 מבוגרים וכולם נהנו ולא הפסיקו לשבח את הדירה והבעלים. אז נתחיל בגודל של הדירה, נוחה מאוד, חדרים גדולים, 2 מקלחות. נקייה מאוד, בדיוק כשנכנסנו יצאו 2 מנקים, ראינו שהחליפו סדינים ושטפו. היה בדירה הכל, לכל אחד היו עטופים עם סרט 3 מגבות עם נעלי ספא, במטבח היה הכל מהכל, מרקו פינק אותנו בצנימים עם ריבה ועוגיות טעימות, לכל אחד במקרר היה מיץ תפוזים ומים, מכונת קפה וכמה סוגים של תה, והכלים כולם חדשים כאילו אנחנו הראשונים בדירה. מרקו היה המארח המושלם, שלח לי את כל המקומות השווים לראות בפאלרמו כולל לינקים, המלצות למסעדות והנחות. והכי הכי חשוב, היתה מעלית בבניין, משהו שלא פגשנו בסיציליה כל הטיול. אז ללא ספק נותנים לו 10 ומעלה.. היה לנו קשה לעזוב אין כזה. הכל היה מושלם
• Kirby (10/5): Perfect choice in Palermo! - The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and spotless. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and very conveniently located. Just a short walk to most sites and dining and groceries. A/C worked well. Marco, the host, was one of the best ever. He provided lots of tips and information before the visit and was very responsive during our stay. He answered all our questions promptly and checked in to see if everything was going smoothly. Especially loved sitting on the spacious balcony that overlooked the city. I honestly can't think of anything.

• Takeda (10/5): Perfect for Family Holidays - Everything was perfect, beautiful interior, convenient location, stunning view from the balcony, cosy atmosphere, clean rooms, necessary facilities… we couldn’t ask for better! The host Marco and his mother have helped us and welcomed us like we are their friends. If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy Palermo, this apartment is highly recommended:) Nothing. We regret that we should’ve stayed longer!

Fabulous location with easy walking distance to the many attractions and restaurants Palermo offers. Good to relax on the balcony on an evening in the sun. Nothing - we had to leave.

El apartamento estaba muy bien decorado , muy limpio y para 6 personas con espacios amplios y bien equipados . Me encantó la estancia , en caso de volver , repetiré sin dudas . • Silvana (10/5): Beautifully appointed apartment in excellent location - Beautifully appointed apartment in an excellent location. The apartment was clean & spacious for our group of 4. There were 3 very large bedrooms each with an air conditioner & 2 modern bathrooms. The location was perfect very close to Politeama square & many city attractions. Lots of shopping & restaurants nearby including a 24 hour supermarket. Marco our host was exceptional, we arrived early & he allowed us to check in. He supplied breakfast items along with water & juice which was appreciated. Prior to arrival he sent us a list of local attractions to visit, restaurants recommendations & kept in touch during our stay to offer any assistance. We would highly recommend anyone visiting Palermo to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Lots of space and the host Marco could not have been more helpful. The Charming Politeama apartment is a must visit for anyone staying in Palermo. It was perfect all round.

The apartment is on the 6th floor with an elevator. Very spacious, great airco, great beds, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, all appliances you can think of (even a steamer). Welcoming water, juice, biscotti. Very well located, in the center an close to bus stops (eg for Mondello beach) and yet quiet! Breath taking views from the balcony. All was perfect! • Tamara (9/5): Beautiful, big apartment in great location, with attentive host - The property was perfect for our stay - large, comfortable and very well-organized. Our host Marco sent us frequent messages to check that all was well, and to answer any questions we had (we did not actually meet him, but his mother met us on arrival). The flat is very well located - so close to Politeama square and an easy walk to Teatro Massimo & all the sights of old Palermo (do not miss the Cathedral and Palatine Chapel!). We were also happily surprised to find the bus stop for onward connections to Trapani & other locations was just a 2 minute walk away. Everything was excellent, truly. We appreciated all the amenities and comfort of the flat, and all the help from the host. The only tiny suggestion - not a critique - is that it would be useful to have a washing machine available for use. The host mentioned that they had had difficulties with visitors not keeping it clean and so removed it; but for a 5-day stay it would have been nice to have (and in the hotter months, we would consider this essential).

Location is very convenient which is just a street away from the main street with shops, restaurants, and a big 24-hrs supermarket. U can feel the host has put a lot of effort in maintaining high standard of the place. Truly a worthy and nice stay !

Marco is an excellent host, communicated very well and attended to everything. The apartment is beautiful and has an amazing balcony off one of the bedrooms with the most magnificent view! Couldn’t have stayed in a nicer apartment!
• Salma (10/5): This apartment is 20/10 - The apartment was very spacious with more than enough room for our group of 4. The bedrooms had adequate storage for clothes etc, beds were comfortable and not to mention there was a selection of pillows for every type of sleeper which was cool! The apartment was clean and very stylish, everything was well thought out. The views of the mountains from the balcony was spectacular! Getting to the apartment from the airport was so easy and inexpensive. The location was excellent close to all the attractions and restaurants. Last but not least our host Marco was just the most sweetest person and made our trip exceed expectations! He made us feel so welcome and was available right away anytime we needed to ask any questions very attentive. We arrived a little earlier than our check in time but Marco went out of his way to accommodate us and made sure we could get into the apartment as soon as possible which we were ever so grateful for, thank you Marco and team!! We will definitely be booking this apartment again on our next trip!!

• Michał (10/5): A wonderful and comfortable place for everyone visiting Palermo - I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and quiet apartment! With three spacious bedrooms, it comfortably accommodated our group. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the city’s main attractions, yet very peaceful. The apartment is in a building with an elevator, which was very convenient. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole experience even better. The apartment was spotless, and the added touch of providing towels and toiletries was much appreciated. It felt cosy and welcoming, like a home away from home. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city!

• Kateryna (10/5): Perfect apartment in perfect location with a superstar host - This is an exceptional property with the exceptional host. If this was a hotel, it would be rated 5 star! Location - perfect location in the upmarket residential area of Palermo, 10 min walk from the center. Lots of places to eat, supermarket and some very good shops nearby. Amenities - this is by far is the most beautiful apartment we had a pleasure to stay in. Beautifully decorated and recently refurbished. 2 balconies, with amazing view for relaxing with a cup of coffee. We were most impressed with the amenities of the apartment - everything was very carefully thought through - TVs in every room, great quality bedding and towels, curated selection of kitchen equipment, amazing coffee machine. Every room had little extras you will only see in a 5 star hotels - luggage stand, little basket for your phone/keys etc, laundry basket and additional blankets and pillows. Superb bathrooms - modern, with plenty of special touches - toilet paper, hand wash and shower gels etc. Cleanliness - this apartment was SPOTLESS! I mean - spotless! The pride and care that the host are taking in managing this apartment is very impressive! Host - what made this holiday perfect for us, is the person who manages this apartment. Marco is a superstar! The communication from the start was absolutely great - we had a welcome message and clear instructions to check in. Throughout the stay, Marco made sure that our holiday was great, send us recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat. It was our children's first trip abroad, and Marco made sure that it was truly memorable. I don't make this statement too often (and I travel a lot), but Politeama Charming Apartment is the Gold standard of what the holiday apartment should be. If you coming to Palermo - do not stay anywhere else! Thank you Marco, for making our holiday to Palermo very special.

There some nice restaurants around, very nice neighborhood, and the view from the balcony is just beautiful. Marco and his mother are very helpful, so kind and polite.
