Guest Reviews
- Zuzanna (10/5): Great quiet location, well equipped cottage good driving distance to lots of attractions - Well equipped with everything for a comfortable stay: nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, double oven, fridge freezer, washer and dryer etc.
Close to lots of attractions (1hr drive to giants causeway, 1hr drive to Belfast) making for great daytrips.
Very quiet and beautiful views. Nothing

- Iulia (9/5): - Clean, comfortable and with everything we needed. Great location and lovely host. Nothing
- Susan (9/5): Perfect surroundings in a peaceful place; an excellent base from which to explore Northern Ireland. - The cottage was on a quiet street about 10 minutes walk from the Spar shop and other amenities. It was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a very well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom was on the ground floor, but that didn't bother us. The interior was decorated nicely and it felt like a home-from-home. The garden looked out over the local hills and a field with sheep, perfect for a morning cuppa. It's not much, and it probably wouldn't bother most people, but the lack of any carpeting meant that the cottage was unforgiving of sound and quite echo-y. The bathroom really could do with an extractor fan as well. Four people returning from a run to have a shower meant a lot of condensation despite opening the window!
- Breda (10/5): Helens house in Carnlough is fabulous. The house is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. -
- Brenda (9/5): - It was perfect for our needs. Nothing

- Betz (9/5): Incredibly cute spot just off the coast for a homey stay. - Amazingly cute decor and incredibly clean. Good spaces for our group. Views are spectacular to sheep and pasture out the back and ocean to the front. The coastal byway road is just gorgeous. Very informative and helpful owner with excellent communications. Do wish shampoo and conditioner, etc was better provided but we do travel with back-ups knowing there’s not always a set of amenities provided. Guests should be ready for a decently steep set of stairs to the 3 bedrooms and realize the bathroom is on the main level.
- Hazel (10/5): Exceptional -

Nothing, this was one of the best properties that we have stayed in. I wish we could of stayed a lot longer.

- Alison (9/5): Beautiful home and scenery - It was lovely and decorated beautifully Beds were q bit small, however I understand due to the size of the property
- Edel (10/5): What an amazing little last minute find on booking.com. A perfect short break place to stay to visit Giants Causeway, Ca - Everything! This property is so well decorated and completely furnished with nothing left to chance. The best part had to be the beds! My goodness such a comfortable nights sleep. Quiet area, conveniently located to all the major tourist attractions and some hidden ones too like Cranny Falls! A perfect little retreat at the end of each day. It is impossible to fault this property at all. Only comment worth noting is that the bathroom/toilet is located downstairs.
- Clareb17 (10/5): Weekend stay at Gortnagory Cottage - Absolutely everything. We love Carnlough and getting to stay in Gortnagory Cottage was just perfect. The house was immaculate, cosy and just perfect for a weekend stay. Everything we needed was there. We loved everything and would highly recommend Gortnagory Cottage
- Stuart (10/5): Very clean and comfortable. - No breakfast provided but location was very good. From photos got the impression that it was detached, not so. Still it was comfortable and clean, good facilities and would definitely visit again. We visited the Gobbins, Giants Causeway, Bushmills and then to relatives in Armagh; a perfect location for all. Nothing,; it was all we needed for our short break with friends from Liverpool.
- Katrina (10/5): Beautiful Welcoming Property Stunning Views - Beautiful views. Spotlessly clean. Super comfy beds. Very helpful host on hand via email. Ideal base for touring the Antrim coast line. Shops/takeaways nearby for necessities and meals. Would love to stay again. Would have loved extra pillows and blankets.
- Suzanne (9/5): Clean and comfortable property with everything you need. Beautiful location with great views. - Beautiful location and comfortable clean property. I liked the folder with lots of interesting and useful information. Parking sometimes a bit tricky and we had some rain come through the front door….there was an awful lot of rain
- Carol (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and cosy lovely wee house and surroundings
- Russell (7/5): Good -
- Adams (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful cottage, beautiful location and a brilliant host, highly recommended
- Katia (10/5): Very cozy cottage, great location and views - Great views, very cozy and warm. Had everything and even more We loved everything
- Brenda (8/5): Very lovely townhouse fairly centrally located but issues with upstairs bedrooms and downstair loo. - Loved that it was so clean and had limited laundry options. That the bedrooms were all upstairs and the single bathroom was down stairs. If there had been a fold out on the lower level would have worked better for us senior citizens!
- Donna (10/5): Helen our host, was fantastic from booking right through to our last day. The cottage is finished to a very high standar -
- Manja (10/5): Clean and comfortable home away from home - We absolutely loved our stay! Very clean and comfortable, all facilities great.
Very comfy beds and the host was super responsive and helpful with messages during and prior to our stay. The one bathroom is downstairs which was a little complicated if needing at night but still manageable.
- Newland (10/5): I wish we had booked for longer! - The views were exceptional, the property was very clean. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. I can’t think of anything to say here!
- Katostar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrea (9/5): Great location in a lovely part of the country. - Great little house. Very clean and great location.
- Ursula (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Very clean, modern and beds were really comfy. Loved the decor and the sea view from the bedroom.
- Nora (8/5): A lovely holiday very scenic and when it rained board games available - Quiet location.Views of sea .Compact but lots of moscone including free wifi Nothing
- Kenneth (9/5): Superb -
- Karen (10/5): Beautiful peaceful break - The peaceful location, beautiful surroundings, comfy beds and home from home feel about the cottage. Everything you need is here. Nothing at all everything perfect
- Anonymous (10/5): we will be back!! - clean, well finished, more space that the photos suggest! bathroom is downstairs, but not a major problem, just left a downstairs lamp on so we could see our way in the middle of the night
- Michael (10/5): an excellent little cottage. immaculately clean in a nice rural peaceful location but only a 5 minute walk to the lovely -
- Zoe (9/5): Lovely family break. - It was very clean and well positioned for a beach stay. The beach view was lovely from the bedroom. We are used to finding a welcome pack on arrival. Bit dissapointed but spar was close by. I think it's more it seems thoughful when this is provided.
- Gréagóir (10/5): Lovely cottage, lovely decor and lovely location. - Very clean property with great facilities. All of the group were very happy with the stay. couldn’t really fault anything at all.
- Franklin (9/5): Our stay in the cottage was fabulous. We got the value for our money. May pop in again. - Offers a relaxed home away from home and we felt in charge and in full control of our lives. Very accessible and easy to travel to other places of interest. Minor though, were out of the tissue.
- Noriko (8/5): Fabulous stay in Northern Ireland - One of the good things about this cottage was beds! They were so comfortable. We are two adults and two children family and quite spacious. The garden was neat and clean. I loved the kitchen. The dining table and the lighting there was so pretty. The bathroom door didn't shut properly and when it did, it locked us up in the bathroom. Hope this will be sorted for next guests. The street in front of the cottage was not wide, so it was quite tricky for us to park or turn easily, as we had a big car.
