- Erika (10/5): - The owner's and locals here in this little spot make your stay so enjoyable. I enjoyed every minute. The bar was buzzing and the crack was 90. The local people in Taghmon are what make this little village so special and would make you want to return.

- Leslie (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. - The location was convenient with parking always available. The kitchen was well equipped. We used the accommodation as a base from which to explore Wexford. There was nothing that we particularly disliked but there did seem to be a lot of drunk people hanging around the vicinity on the Sunday evening and making a mess with discarded takeaway wrappers, etc.
- Ian (10/5): Excellent stay in a beautiful little pub. - A beautiful old country pub with fully renovated ensuite rooms. Owners were very friendly and rooms were very clean. Excellent value for a short stopover.
- chris (8/5): Great value , not the Ritz but comfortable clean and bonus kitchen ( shared but only 4 rooms) - Sweet village lovely pub … spacious room comfy bed close to supermarket coffee etc
- Adriana Braga (8/5): - Very nice and clean room. Good value for money. I would stay there again. It was all good.
- Toby (9/5): - Great rooms above a pub. Great pub. Everyone lovely, and very welcoming. Rooms spacious and clean. Lots of hot water. Kitchen area has a great space and well stocked Not the fault of Cuckoo's corner, but the local young people were very lively into the night outside. They were just having fun, so not a problem.
- Colin (10/5): - it was fantastic! we had a delightful stay before the onslaught of road closures and fuel shortages the weather!

Rien
- Stewart (10/5): Comfortable and great fun - Great location and the staff was amazing All fantastic
- Linda (5/5): - The room was lovely and the use of a very well equipped kitchen very much appreciated. I stayed on Saturday night and I was very noisy because of the pubs nearby. Great for people who are planning on going out but not so much for an early night. . The staff were very friendly. I would imagine its quiet during the week. Thank you 😊

- Carrie (10/5): lovely - it’s very nice
- Nathally (9/5): Great countryside stay... - Cuckoos Corner was the perfect spot for us for 3 nights. We went to Wexford for a wedding and the venue was not that far from Taghmon. I have to give a huge thank you to Cathriona, who gave us a lift to the wedding venue and also gave us the number of a taxi driver for our way back to the b&b.
The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen has everything you need for a meal, so I couldn't fault it. We didn't have enough energy to go to the pub downstairs, but that's another good option if you are staying over.
We highly recommend this accommodation. There are very few options of transportation if you don’t have a car like us and you can't rely on taxi apps.
It's a small town, so dinner options are not great, but we managed to cook food at the b&b kitchen.

- Emily (10/5): great value, comfortable and convenient. - We stayed here to go to a wedding at Murphy's Barn nearby. The rooms was very clean and comfortable and we had access to a kitchen to make a cup of tea. It was all very convenient for our needs.
The host gave us a taxi number so we could get back during the wee hours and recommended a lovely nearby restaurant where we got a great breakfast. Great value for money overall.
- Hannah (10/5): A cosy and authentic stay - A perfect location for a night’s rest after the ferry to Rosslare at just a 30 minute drive. The staff were helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the live music!
- John (9/5): -
- Uwe (8/5): Einfaches Zimmer, sehr sauber in guter Lage. - Gute Lage. Gute Infrastruktur in direkter Nähe. (Supermarkt, Pubs, Bistro)

- Lucey (10/5): Taghmon is a rural village with lots of history to explore. in the vicinity. We enjoyed joining in to play bingo in a l - Very comfortable room, kitchen was great for hanging out, make food etc Nothing

- Marianne (9/5): Comfy rooms in a friendly village. - My room was spacious and really comfortable. Everything was clean, it was close to a few shops and right in the centre of Tahgmon, which suited me fine.
There was no breakfast but there's a kitchen for guests to use - and a little supermarket over the road if you need it. Everything was fine.
- seamus (8/5): -
- Shannon (9/5): Loved staying, thank you! - Comfortable bed, spacious room, close to all the pubs!
- Kieran (10/5): Hassle free stay - The perfect spot for a small group with all the facilities you could need to self cater. Rooms were spotless, spacious and comfortable and fulfilled every requirement. The lovely lady that worked at the bar downstairs was very helpful and accommodating and full of good knowledge of the area. Great for access to Horetown House.
- Joni (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, great quality and good facilities
- Florence (10/5): Exceptional - Great staff. Value for money. Clean
- Frederick (10/5): Exceptional - Very good
- Rachael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (7/5): Comfortable and clean rooms above a brilliant little pub - Good location in a small town, ideal for our visit to Horetown House to attend a wedding A lot of noise from the pub downstairs which was to be expected, but mainly the noise from the building site next door which started at 7:00AM
- Moore (10/5): Home from home - Convenient quiet location above a friendly local that you cannot hear from your very comfortable room.
Well stocked shops, coffee shop and Bistro and takeaways and Petrol station all in the adjacent street...
Welcoming invisible landlady!
Well furnished rooms comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen.....a home from home! The builder across the road thought it acceptable to continue drilling masonry until 10.00...
Certainly outside the Landlady's control...
- Jennifer (8/5): Very good - Great size rooms Can't be avoided but a lot of exterior noise from the street
- Catherine (8/5): Very good -
- Sharon (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect little spot for a short stay, exceptional staff, service and facilities
- Fran (6/5): Pleasant -
- Georgie (9/5): Great find - clean, comfortable and convenient. - We had a clean and comfortable and spacious room. Having kitchen facilities, including a fridge, was an added benefit that we made full use of, especially as food is not available at this venue.
The barman gave us good information about dinner options and places to go in the vicinity, and we enjoyed having a couple of drinks in the bar, chatting with him and other patrons.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. There was a bit of 'yahooing' in the street from late night revellers that disturbed us for a while.
- Terence (9/5): Location ,facilities and reasonable prices are excellent. - Good location, 30 minutes from ferry. Ferry was 3 hours late so didn't have time to explore the town and its facilities.
- Derek (10/5): Exceptional - Made me feel so welcome the host Catriona was a superstar she even gave me a lift to the wedding venue I was adding.
Would highly recommend

- Marie (8/5): For Authentic Irish pub and lodging experience, this is the perfect spot.No frills or flounces but it’s got all the atmo - Great late check in, after a long day on the Saltees, nice to have a cold drink next door in the bar and just relax. . Nice to still be able to experience the genuine old Irish experience and charm. Priceless. Don’t ever change!! N/A.
- Edna (8/5): Very good - Friendly and very helpful. We felt at home.
- Katherine (8/5): Comfortable for quick stopover - Comfortable room with use of a full kitchen if needed. Good communication with friendly host The village doesn’t have many amenities other than 2 pubs and a shop. But good for a stopover en route.
- Jedprior (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and quiet. Easy arrival at the pub.
- Ruth (9/5): Lovely accommodation in Taghmon with full kitchen. - Lovely property in Taghmon. A 4 bedroom BnB over the pub. Rooms well equipped, modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. New sash windows allows no noise from the road, en suite, great shower. Shared use of a full kitchen but with only four rooms it is not busy. Spar across the road for dinner supplies and breakfast if needs be. Good WiFi and lovely pub beneath. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Lovely place. Nothing. I would stay here again without hesitation.
- Heavy*user (8/5): decent stay - Kitchen available
on road parking next. to the place
- Richard (9/5): Very clean comfortable .Helpful and friendly host - friendly pub downstairs .Shop over the road and coffee shop close by.
