Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders, and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancelations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Remy (5/5): Passable - The kitchen is well kitted for self catering. It is 2min walk to Coogee Beach. The apartment, whilst elegantly decorated, is uncomfortable and cold. Leather furniture is neither warm in winter or comfortable in summer. The bed is a double, fine for one person, but wobbly and squeaks when you roll-over. It's also freezing in winter with no additional blankets or throws anywhere to be found. The towels are old and daggy, could really do with buying fresh ones...they seem verrrry old. The balcony door is opposite the bedroom, so bedroom door needs to be closed as the lights and pedestrian crossing is right outside. ideally, some additional soft furnishings and a curtain would help with heat management and light pollution. And take heed, it is LOUD. All of the time. I wore my loops about 80% of the time I was in the apartment, needing noise cancelling headphones on top of those whilst in bed. The property ad mentions noise so I assume complaints have been made previously. If you're a light sleeper - be ware!

Ian (9/5): Ideal location that worked very well for our stay. Happy memories. - This property is very handy for Coogee beach and associated bars and retaurants. Also, it was close to the apartment of my partner's daughter which was great for socialising. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The proximity to the main road meant there was a fair amount of noise in the ecvening and early morning. But it was close to the bars and restaurants, so you can't have it both ways.
Alana (9/5): Great apartment in a great location. - Beautiful and clean apartment with all that you need. Location is perfect as it is very close to cafes and restaurants and beach. With the central location, there is a bit of street noise. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Vernon (8/5): Very good - Great location, just a bit of road noise but not a big issue and the convenience makes up for this. Lovely appartment, nicely appointed with all you need. Very easy to deal with and we would certainly come again! Beach towels would be nice.
