Vem,da je sezona in je osebje polno zaposleno,tudi sam delam z ljudmi vse možne dneve od nedelj do praznikov,dan ali noč, vendar je treba imeti občutek za ljudi,že iskren nasmeh ali stisk roke in podobne stvari,morda kaka beseda o kraju,že to naredi veliko. Ne,socialne veščine ni.
- Gerhard (5/5): One night at best - Breakfast was OK as it was a mini buffet. Location to Coburg was also OK,,,about four miles away. Simply looked old and worn in the room and hallway. Restaurant was better. Also, the heat was not working and it took them quite some time to respond to this. Kept passing the buck.
