• Vibeke Damborg (1/5): Alles værste skræk. - Selve lejligheden nåede vi aldrig ind i da der ikke var noget nøglekort i nøgleboksen da vi åbnede den. Vi havde rejst i 24 timer fra København til Sydney i Australien. Vi fik ikke held med at komme i kontakt med udlejeren af lejligheden eller booking.com før dagen efter. Vi stod med vores 11 årige datter, mega trætte og kunne ikke få noget sted at sove, da alt var booket på grund af Ed Sherron koncert og andre ting der foregik på samme tid. Vi fik først stillet en del dyrere lejlighed til rådighed dagen efter af booking.com. Den kostede 2500kr mere end den vi var blevet lovet, men booking.com ville kun godtgøre 1/5 af merprisen hvilket var 100.88 AUD. Vi stod der med 3 tunge kufferter og vores datter på 11 år sent om natten. Vi håber aldrig det vil ske for andre. Mvh Vibeke Damborg Mikkelsen
• Robyn (8/5): Convenient business stay right across from ICC and tram line - Location was very convenient for us. The room was clean on arrival, simple but still cosy apartment. Highlight for me was the well equipped kitchen, which made things easier to prep lunches and make breakfast. Also found it very convenient that there was access to the bridge linking to the convention centre carpark. One of the towels supplied was a bit tattered looking on the edges. The shower head was a bit strange because water would flow fine and then a few seconds later just dribble, so had to turn the faucets more than usual a couple times.
• Penny (10/5): - The apartment was clean and had everything needed for extended stay. Air conditioning was cold, washer and dryer were quiet. Bed was comfortable and even fold out sofa was good. Close to shops, cafes, light rail or easy walk to Darling Harbour. Good wifi. Access to pool and spa. Extra key would have been handy. Door was tricky unlocking.
• Melanie (10/5): The perfect home base - I liked the location, it was not far from where we needed to travel everyday and the building had a good disability access point for my child. The sofa bed was the comfiest one I have ever slept on, the dimming lamp in the lounge was great as my child struggles to sleep without a night light and the kitchen was equipped with what we needed. Great air conditioning system too. It didn't have a downside for us.

• Heather (8/5): Very good - Great location. Close to Darling Harbour. So good having the pool and gym. Great having washing machine and dryer. Peter was very understanding when we got lost. It was very confusing knowing about servicing etc. There is no information book in the apartment. I saw on other reviews that others had said this and the reply was that there is one. I hunted everywhere and there isn't one. The duvets were stained and dirty with no covers, which was very off-putting. Dishwasher was very old, had dirty dishes in when we got there and dirty water in it. Didn't go properly. We reported this.

• Michelle (8/5): Great location, and good value for money. - Great location, easy to get to with restaurants, supermarkets and the Pyrmont Wharf within easy walking distance. The apartment was very hot when we arrived, but cooled down reasonably well over a couple of hours. Check-in instructions were easy to follow. A small supply of coffee, tea, sugar and UHT milk provided was handy. As there were three of us staying in the apartment, the sofa bed had to be used, and while a set of sheets, and towels had been left for us to use, there were no pillows provided. We ended up using pillows from the main bed. Also the sofa bed, as a bed, has seen better days. The mattress has collapsed and springs very prominent. We did find a spare doona which we were able to place over the mattress in an attempt to add some comfort, but this does need to be looked at for future travellers.

• Stephenson (8/5): A comfortable stay in an interesting historic Hotel/Apartment complex. Thank you for hosting us. - The location was excellent! A short walk through the car park to the light rail and Darling Harbour attractions and Coles for supplies. It was easy to check in and the host was very responsive. We appreciated the kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment as we had booked for an extended stay. We enjoyed the access to the pool,spa, sauna and gym facilities. We would definitely consider booking again . The sofa bed could be updated as it is small and old. We ended up purchasing a blow up mattress for one of our children due to the size of the bed. Two pillows for the sofa bed would have been appreciated. We were provided with linen for pillows but the spare pillows in the cupboard did not fit the cases. Minor things that we worked around and they didn't impact our overall stay.

• Michelle (7/5): Comfortable place with a convenient location. - Would've made it a lot easier to find keys if we knew it was located within the oaks hotel as a private room, as without this information trying to figure out where the lifts were was difficult. The kitchen is well equipped, has a comfy mattress and was very spacious. Locate near a lite rail station making it easy to get around, which was made even easier when we found the other exit on level 2 and worked out you could go through car park to get to the station. Was easy to get to both theatre's we wanted to go to, paddys markets and easy walk to darling harbour. The bed frame wobbles when you lay on it and and feels like it'll break, only 1 pillow per person provided and both my partner and I usually use 2, we found more in the cupboard but there were no pillowslips. There was a lack of instructions around where the pool, bins and entrances/exits from the building are. I happened to read a review about the exit on level 2 which made getting around so much easier once we found this.

• Chris (7/5): Good - Great location and easy access to Darling harbour. Good directions from host to apartment. Pool and spa facilities on site. Accomodation came up when searched 3 adults, 1 child. Too small for us with 1 x double bed and a small fold out couch. Only suitable for a couple. Other then that, good little apartment.

• Jacky (7/5): Good location - Location Needed a spring clean. Pillows were yellow and stained. (Had to change 1 that was very hard). Toilet seat is blistered.. Water pressure isn't great.
• Lesley (9/5): Excellent value for money in a great location. - Excellent location in Pyrmont, a short walk to restaurants and pubs, less than 10 minutes to Darling Harbour, and a 15 minute walk to Town Hall in CBD. Close to buses. Checking in was simple. Spacious one bed apartment, clean and good facilities. Excellent aircon, quiet and responsive. Bathroom included washer and separate dryer. Very comfortable bed. As servicing is not included, we only had two bath towels and two hand towels for 6 night stay. Had to wash them ourselves but only a tiny amount of washing powder provided. Also, two toilet rolls for 6 days for two people not really adequate. Yes, we bought some ourselves but it would be good to know before we stayed so we could have been prepared.

• Colleen (10/5): Recommend this property. - Property exactly as described, clean, comfy bed, easy check-in, amazing location, quick walk into city, lots of food options, fireworks on Saturday night, easy access to carparks. Will visit again. Nothing.
• Verity (9/5): Location location location and value - The location was so easy especially when we realised you could get straight out at the end of the same level A booklet of instructions would have been helpful. I.e. bin location. Street access But would definitely stag again
• Sarah (7/5): Perfectly located for easy access to Darling Harbour with plenty of comfort and good facilities. - Bed was exceptionally comfortable, kitchen facilities were great although no plug for the sink to wash dishes There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment, instructions were confusing unless you had been inside the property before, access from footbridge was restricted (walk around the block or down steep stairs) as only hotel clients are given a swipe pass and hotel staff were unwilling to assist me on a number of occasions.
• Naomi (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very well appointed and beautiful with wooden floors and black out curtains. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable. The only thing that lets it down is the bedding. We booked for 2 adults and 2 children but the sofa bed wasn’t made up on our arrival. On making the sofa bed up the sheets were far too small for the bed and there was no duvet cover so disappointing. The rest of the stay was great and pool a real treat.

• Brent (7/5): Ok - Location was the reason I chose the apartment. I had to contact the host on arrival as the building managers said they knew nothing about my booking. Also I was not sent a code to retrieve the keys from the lock box and there was conflicting information given regarding check in time and ability to drop luggage off at the venue.
• Nataschaoli4 (7/5): Good - Good location, all basics available. Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The booking.com location takes you to a different place, which is very stressful if you're walking from the nearest public transport with loads of luggage.

• Louise (8/5): Great place to access the tourist attractions by foot - The situation of the apartment was great for all the tourist attractions. It had everything you needed including a washer & dryer. Comfy bed but the bed settee was not so comfy It could do with a little TLC

• Imogen (3/5): I understand that the place was cheap, but it was pretty disgusting. - there was air conditioning and the main bed was clean. Curtains smelled of urine, the place was generally dirty, cockroaches all through the kitchen.

• James (6/5): Good location, central to transport etc. Just a few things need sorting to make the rooms better. - The room was still being cleaned, so he handed us the keys. Cockroaches, and access to the bath for showering if you have a disability. No hand rail. The kitchen is outdated and needs a refurb.

• Myra (2/5): The place is not properly maintained. Beware of cockroaches and the aircon is noisy. - It is an AirBnb, we didn't get any breakfast. The location is very good, walking distance to a lot of scenic spots. Not a quick response from the host, been wondering for hours if the place will get cleaned. The cleaners arrived at 2:05pm to be exact. Aren't they supposed to clean the place after 10am since it is the standard check out time?

• Joe (10/5): Comfy bed, dated equipment - The bed and pillows were super comfy! The pool and gym were a great addition too. I also didn't find the apartment noisy at all. The kitchen facilities (e.g. the cooker, cabinets etc.) were very dated and didn't work amazingly. There was also a fair amount of dirt in the cupboards
