No se comenta en la descripción de la casa, cosa que deberían hacer ya que si va alguna persona mayor se resiente. También tienen que actualizar las condiciones y poner que no admiten tarjetas. En booking pone que sí y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que solo efectivo, lo que nos descuadro los planes pues no llevábamos tanto dinero

• louis junior (10/5): Nous avons passé deux jours extrêmement agréables - La qualité de l'accueil de l'hôte. La qualité du logement, parfaitement décoré, agencé, typiquement marocain. Nous avons été comblé par la magnifique salle de bain/hammam. Le calme du quartier avec tout à proximité. La terrasse spacieuse, bien que sommaire, avec sa vue sur la mer. Le logement pourrait encore être amélioré par une machine à laver, et éventuellement un four et un feu supplémentaire, pour les voyageurs comme nous qui aimons faire nos achats chez les commerçants locaux et se concocter nos plats avec les épices typiques. Une table et des chaises pour manger à l'intérieur serait un plus.
• Simon (7/5): Sea view terrace and superb bathroom - Great location near medina wall abuting the sea , nice roof terrace and bathroom had superb decor and was very spacious Unfortunately it rained like crazy and rain came through all the windows and terrace door. After some engagement with owner we got a small discount which was appreciated. Cooking facilities worked OK. Cost of the place was high but I guess the location made up for it and if it did not rain so much it would have made the visit much more appealing. Overall Essouwira is a great citadel. The fish stalls by the harbour all together on a strip are intense and wily!!!!

• emilie (2/5): Chaotique et sommaire ! - La communication avec la concierge, l'emplacement au cœur de la médina. Le confort très modeste de la maison, en effet c'est une maison marocaine dans son jus, ce que nous souhaitions, mais a notre arrivée, 3 serviettes de toilette pour 4 ! aucun torchon ni essuie main ! Nous avons voulu cuisiner mais impossible, 1 poêle rouillée et 1 casserole dans le même état. Aucun sèche cheveux (en hiver...) ni savon... rien. Ensuite, il a beaucoup plus dans la nuit, la maison était inondée, nos valises ont pris l'eau, la terrasse à l'issue impossible à ouvrir car la porte a gonflée donc inaccessible. J'ai passé 2 heure a écoper avec le peu de serviette que nous avions. Nous avons demandé un remboursement de la moitié de cette nuit compliqué en dédommagement et de l'accès condamné à la terrasse mais aucune nouvelles, que des promesses non tenues... C'est dommage car la maison est bien placé, elle est cependant peu accessible car sur 3 niveaux avec des escaliers compliqués donc impossible pour des enfants ou personnes âgées. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce bien, loué par des personnes peu accueillantes et n'ayant pas de notions de services !

Las habitaciones tenían su mesa y sillitas y mesillas. No tenía microondas pero tenía una cocina de gas donde calentamos la leche como se ha hecho toda la vida. La luz escasa era escasa.

• Cutini (10/5): Casa deliziosa dotata di tutti i confort 🤩😻 - La casa è in Médina, pieno centro, ma silenziosa, strutturata su tre piani, ben arredata. Al primo c’è una camera e un bagno completo e spazioso con una doccia grande e decorata, al secondo altre 2 camere al terzo salotto un WC aggiuntivo (molto comodo 😉)e cucina completa di tutto, infine una terrazza pulita e vivibile. La casa è molto pulita dotata di wi-fi su tutti i piani. Il vero valore aggiunto della casa è la sua super host, Soumia, giovane, accogliente sempre gentile risponde a tutte le tue necessità, ti consiglia luoghi ed esperienze se li richiedi e ti aiuta per tutto. Stra consiglio questa casa 😍!! Grazie Soumia 🙏 ❤️ I difetti si possono riferire a tutte le strutture che si trovano nella mediana: Purtroppo i wc 🚽 nelle medine qualche volta emetto odori non sempre gradevoli, le scale.. anche se qui sono dotate di passamano e luci con timer
• Sofia (8/5): un lieu superbe, une hôte adorable, mais quelques désagréments importants à connaître avant de réserver. - Une maison splendide mais quelques couacs à signaler Le riad est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût sur trois étages. Chaque détail a été pensé, et la terrasse tout en haut est juste waouh, parfaite pour profiter du coucher de soleil sur Essaouira. L’emplacement est central, on accède facilement à tout à pied. Soumya nous a attendu & accueillis avec le sourire : chaleureuse, disponible et très agréable, elle a vraiment contribué à la qualité du séjour. Cependant, il y a quelques points négatifs : : - Le parking est à environ 7 minutes à pied du riad et il est payant, ce qui peut être contraignant si vous êtes chargés. - La nuit a été très bruyante, avec beaucoup de cris dans la rue, des disputes tardives… difficile de se reposer sereinement. - Et enfin, un point qui mérite d’être précisé : le prix final payé sur place était plus élevé que celui indiqué lors de la réservation (69€ sur Booking). On m’a demandé 850 dirhams, ce qui équivaut à un taux de change de 12,32 dirhams pour 1 euro ,bien au-dessus du taux réel (autour de 10,8 dh). Ce n’est pas un détail anodin, surtout quand on voyage avec un budget précis. Je ne l’ai réalisé qu’après coup, mais je pense que c’est utile de le mentionner pour les futurs voyageurs.

• Ariane (9/5): Excellent location, terrace with seaview, nice house, friendly contact - Very good contact, sent location beforehand, answered all questions, provided info about parking, was there to leave and take the key on time, friendly, everything explained, excellent location, nice apartment, close to attractions but still quiet, very nice terrace with sea view, everything there that is needed (kitchen & bath equipment), clean apartment, nice rooms. I would recommend it. It’s on 3 levels with narrow stairs, no problem for us, but only book it, if stairs are no problem for you.

Over three levels (four with the terrace), it's important to consider if you mind climbing up and down the stairs - For me and my friend it wasn't an inconvenience at all. Everything was clean, the lady who welcomed us was friendly and helpful. The location is PERFECT. As mentioned in other reviews, the layout with only one toilet being at the kitchen/living room level isn't ideal... Also most of the lighting is harsh cold light, which ruins the cosy feeling of the place at night (especially the lights in the bedrooms) But overall, only details - and we loved our short stay !

The appartement was spacious with a very cosy and typical bathroom, practical kitchen and comfy living-room. The terrasse is real plus if there's not too much wind. The location was ideal in the heart of the Medina. Nothing, it was a great place to stay in!

• Hanan (5/5): Passable - Thé place is right in the city Center which means noisy at night and place was rather clean even if I believe my bedsheet were not changed because I found hair they were not mine. But overall the price for the full house is low especially if you travel with a big group. Windows could not be closed and street is noisy at night and it was a bit cold as well. Toilet is on the top floor and had no light. There was a flat in front which had constant in and out full night bot sure what was going on there.

The owner of the house is charming and helps with every question and request Some basic things are missing: wardrobe/drawers for clothes, hangers, lampshades, mirrors, salt and pepper in the kitchen, etc.. In addition, it is important to know that the toilets are not on the same floor as the bedrooms and the stairs are narrow and steep.
