What was outstanding about this experience was the customer service- Marisa assisted us with transportation and took the time to speak with the stations to ensure we reached our destinations, connected us with people who could help us when we arrived, and when I forgot something at the apartment she rushed it to me at the station so we did not miss the departure. Marisa’s friendly and positive service saved our trip more than once and is the reason I will return to Filo apartment the next time I travel to Capua … highly recommended ! Everything was good
