Anna Malfridur (7/5): Ok house but not what we had expected - The house was large and in a safe area. Quick to respond when we needed gas. Tha road to the house is very narrow. The house had not been used for some time when we arrived so it took time to get clean water from every sink, just got like explosions of brown water for a while. We complained about no hot water and no gas and that was taken care of that same evening. But, we only had hot water in the bath tub, not in any sinks or the shower, not even the kitchen. The tv is broken, there is a lot missing in the kitchen, for exampla only one teaspoon was found. There were no dishcloths or rags to wipe the countertops. Many furnitures are outdated and the whole house needs a bit of care. This time of year you don't get much sun at this location, would have been nice to know that beforehand. Also, we did not know that the hotel is closed over winter so very minimum service there, not what we had expected.
Bernd Anton Jürgen (7/5): - Da wir im November im Hotel waren, absolut ruhig. Im 12. Stock( west) eine herrliche Aussicht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ok und großzügig. Etwas ungepflegt. Dusche und Amaturen nicht geteinigt. Küche von außen und innen verschmutzt. Schade, denn die Wohnung selber ist sehr schön. Habe eine Kaffeemaschine vermisst.
Shinybekov (4/5): Ну так себе, готовить можно самому. Мы были на своей машине, так что легко могли съездить в город. А так, трудно найди м - Персонал добрый и отзывчивый. Бассейны теплые и чистые (отдельно стоящие). Кондер не работал в зале и только предпоследний день отремонтировали. Добираться далеко, узкие улицы

Ghiraw (1/5): Oplichters actief! - Oplichterij! Contact, kamer, niet waar voor je geld en je krijgt een andere kamer wanneer je een grotere kamer boekt als je met minder mensen iets meer ruimte wilt! Meewerken of hulp wordt er ook niet geboden! Elke keer een excuus aan de tel dat ze alleen Turks spreken. Hondenharen op de bank en foto's spreken voor zich. Lakens continu met vlekken waaronder bloedvlekken en natte handdoeken krijg je steeds maar weer. Faciliteiten van het hotel mag je geen gebruik van maken overigens omdat het particulier aangekocht is in een resort complex en je bandjes om je pols nodig moet hebben. Balkon schijnen 3 airco units met hete lucht op je dus balkon heb je niks aan.

Hasan (7/5): Was sehr schön in Goldcity ich würde wieder hinfahren!!! - Sehr schöne große Hotelanlage, sie liegt oben auf einem Berg daher ist auch immer eine bischen mehr Wind, als unten in der Stadt, man kann mehrere Pools nutzen und auch den SPA Bereich, die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und auch sehr sauber! Natürlich ist die Hotelanlage selbst schon 17 Jahre alt und das sieht man auch an einzelnen Stellen aber trotzdem sehr gepflegt die gesamte Anlage, was auch nicht schön ist das man den Aqua Park nicht benutzen kann, aber trotzdem alles in allem tolle Zeit in Goldcity!!!
Sami (9/5): Great villa, fantastic views and wonderful family holiday - The host was very friendly and helpful, did his best to ensure our comfort, there were some minor issues with lack of sheets but was resolved promptly showers could benefit from higher water pressure and quicker to get hot water. bathrooms could also do with more floor towels

Zdg60 (7/5): Good - The apartment is large and spacious with parking. A closed complex with an amazing panorama and several pools that are available to guests. The apartment was extremely dirty and unmaintained. The water pressure did not reach the second floor, it was very difficult to regulate hot and cold water. The washing machine is running.
