Paul (5/5): Passable - Lake side location Badly equipped and maintained. Finding the house was very difficult. Google maps was completely wrong- which the local rep knew. Customers should be told
David (7/5): Very private with incredible lake views - Fantastic view of the lake with very easy access in straight from the property, we enjoyed jumping in! It's very private and is set up great for BBQs and eating outdoors. The main bedroom has an incredible view of the lake to wake up to. Location on booking.com is advertised as being in Fiumelatte but the location is actually between Fiumelatte and Lierna. The road is not safe to walk and taxis were very expensive (one was €32 for a 5 min drive from Varenna) so we ended up renting a car and that solved the problem. Ear plugs required if you're a light sleeper as you can hear the trains.
