The WIFI was a little bad so that is the only thing I see is if the range or wifi could be better but asides that the hotel was great and I recommend it to anyone going to Cusco. The only thing was the poor wifi connection. if the router or there would be better connectivity but still hotel was amazing.
• Peter (9/5): Sehr gute Betreuung an der Rezeption, sehr gute Lage unweit vom Stadtzentrum, Frühstückservice auskömmlich, Snack Bags b - Das Hotel lag für Fußgänger sehr günstig nur unweit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der Weg zur Plaza de Armas verläuft vom Hotel vollkommen geradeaus an vielen Restaurants und netten Geschäften inkl. MInimarket, Laundry sowie Reiseagenturen vorbei. Gehzeit 8-10 min., d.h. also sehr praktisch. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß und der Straßenlärm während der Nacht hält sich doch in Grenzen. Man kann sehr gut schlafen. Das Frühstückbuffet bietet eine ansprechende Auswahl. -

• Belgica (1/5): - Reservamos , llamamos para confirmar que todo estuviera bien la reserva , que tenían la pieza , reservada , pero al llegar al lugar, el recepcionista nos hizo el ingreso , pidiéndonos los documentos y luego nos avisa que NO estaba disponible la habitación… impresentable , además ños hicieron perder tiempo , trataron de arreglar el asunto , pero la verdad es que la solución que nos dieron era mala .. en una habitación de dos , meter una tercera cama, absolutamente imposible … Nos pidieron que no reclamáramos ni pudiéramos nada en Booking., para que no los castigaran por el error , pero considero que una situación así es grave y se debe saber … Salimos a buscar hotel a las 21 hrs .. realmente una situación así desastre

• Arturo (3/5): Cómodo, pero falta de seguridad y compromiso ante pérdidas de objetos personales. - Las instalaciones me parecieron agradables y acogedoras Tuvimos la pérdida de una billetera que nunca salió del hotel ya que para salir contábamos únicamente con lo necesario (pasaportes, efectivo). El hotel nunca se hizo responsable de la pérdida.

• Jose Antonio (8/5): Adecuada relación calidad precio - Desayuno completo, con 3 jugos naturales diferentes. Hotel a 10minutos caminando de la plaza de armas. Habitaciones ruidosas, no se escucha ruido fuera del hotel sino dentro del propio hotel ya que el hall y el lugar de desayuno ocupa el centro del edificio. Tienen mal puesto en Booking la hora de check in y check out! Les dije que debían corregirlo. Cuidado con pagar con soles, ya que ellos tienen el precio en dólares y hacen un cambio malo a soles (mejor pagar en dólares directamente). Estuvimos alojados 3 noches y nos quitaron las toallas pequeñas y no nos la reponían.

• Xavier (10/5): Ideal para visitar Cusco relajadamente - Situado a pocos minutos a pie de la plaza de armas pero lejos del bullicio, este hotel es limpio, confortable, cómodo... podría ser perfectamente de categoría superior, como superior es el desayuno. Habitaciones muy amplias y todo impecable. Personal muy atento por lo que decidimos quedarnos 3 noches más a la vuelta de Machu Pichu
• jennyfer (10/5): Melhor estadia em toda viagem - Eu amei esse hotel, a limpeza, o conforto, o chuveiro maravilhoso (isso é raro em cusco, fiquei em outros hoteis com chuveiro pessimo) tem aquecedor que é muito nom, o café da manhã é bem completo e muito gostoso, super recomendo para sua estadia em cusco, fiquei 4 dias, na mesma avenida tem uma pizzaria maravilhosa, bares e restaurantes, para a praça de armas é uns 7 min em uma reta... achei tranquilo! Não tem frigobar caso precisem.
• David (6/5): - Schönes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr freundliches Personal. Konnten unser Zimmer ohne Probleme wechseln. Die Lage ist gut. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Wir konnten nur sehr schlecht schlafen, da es ständig laut war (von der Straße, laute Musik aus der Lobby, laute Hotelgäste etc.). Das war sehr ärgerlich, weil wir oft früh aufstehen mussten! Beim Frühstück waren ständig verschiedene Sachen leer und wurden nicht oder nur sehr langsam nachgefüllt.

• Alicette21 (10/5): Meraviglioso! - Tutto! E’ una struttura nuova, pulita, silenziosa dove potersi rilassare dopo lunghe giornate di escursioni. Lo staff è incredibilmente gentile e accomodante ad ogni nostra richiesta (tipo early check in), e supporta in tutto. La colazione è ottima. Ogni piano ha un angolo con dell’acqua calda e tisane a disposizione, un vero toccasana soprattutto per l altitudine, la stanchezza. A 10 minuti a piedi da Plaza de Armas (strada tutta dritta), comodo per godersi il silenzio ed evitare il traffico. -

The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet hotel overall as it is a short taxi or 30minute walk into the centre. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. During peak time the shower did run out of hot water so be mindful of that.

• Melanie (1/5): Pésima experiencia. - Nada Nos reubicaron de hotel porque no contaban con habitaciones disponibles, adicional a ello querían que tomara una noche en un hotel y una noche en otro teniendo que movilizar mis maletas cada día, después de conversaciones reclamando, se logro que puedan ser las dos noches en un único hotel, adicional a ello pensaban que no pagaría, el conserje llamo durante toda la madrugada para cobrar no dejando descansar, y para finalizar al pedirles boleta me tuvieron esperando 1 hora y la emitieron mal, me dijeron que me la enviarían al whatsapp en 1 hora, pasaron 6 horas y nunca la enviaron, volví a solicitarla y tuve que quedarme 1 hora mas esperando que anulen la que hicieron mal y emitan una nueva, casi pierdo el vuelo.

Comfy beds and amazing shower We were informed on checkin that we needed to move hotel for second night of our stay due to “maintenance”. We got no prior warning of this, and the hotel they sent us to was significantly less nice than Mamasara with no refund or compensation offered. Wish we had been able to stay at Mamasara for both nights of our booking.

Easy to get picked up for your tours Quite cold, our radiator didn’t work so we were provided a space heater which was ok. The shower was quite bad, very hot or very cold, didn’t stay consistent which is hard after a long day walking!

We had a room with 2 beds. The tv was so large and e tended beyond the walkway. We had to be mindful of it or we would have smacked our head. They offered us an upgrade but we chose to stay in this room. We just had to be careful.

Small room but very comfortable and a good buffet breakfast. We stayed at the sister hotel San Augustin El Dorado but found Mamasara much quieter and more relaxing It was only 10.minutes from the centre but not a partucularly pleasant walk as the hotel.is close to a taxi and minibus depot

No lighting at night on the road so it was uncomfortable walking back from town all alone. Lots of drinking in the courtyard on my second night.

• Anastasia (9/5): Great room and personnel! - Everything was great. The room was clean, warm and quiet. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. It always had warm water. They provided shampoo and conditioner and hairdryer. The personnel were very helpful. Whatever we asked them for we had it. They also stored our baggage for 4 days for free The hotel is not good in responding to messages via booking. We couldn't call them and they wouldn't respond to messages, which made the communication prior to our stay a bit tricky. The hotel is only 10min walk from the centre of Cusco. However the street is very dark at night and people need to be cautious when returning to the hotel late at night

• Abbie (9/5): Beautiful and peaceful hotel - Beautiful and clean hotel just outside of the Cisco historical centre. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms quiet and clean. The bathrooms too were exceptionally clean. The buffet breakfast was very good too If I had to complain it would be the location however the hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the main square so it was not a huge problem for me.
• Joyce (9/5): Amazing stay! - Came back here a second time because we loved it so much. Friendly staff that let us check in earlier and check out later, great breakfast and comfy rooms that are cleaned daily if you like so. Laundry service at $4 per kilo is very expensive, double the price of next door. I would suggest to offer it at a reasonable price, or not at all.
