• Marek (10/5): A unique hotel on the door step, but nicely away, from the Trastervere hustle. - Nestled above and a short stroll from bustling Trastevere sits Hotel Parrasio. An old villa, with I’m sure a great history, now converted to a unique hotel which we thoroughly enjoyed. Whether you are young and in party mode or old funky boomers like us, you’re sure to like this hotel. Great staff, lovely courtyard, good breakfasts and Aperol Spritzs (with snacks) make your stay memorable. We were assured by host Antonio that no events were planned so our stay and sleep was not ruined by DJ sets and late night partying. We enjoyed our time there and I’m sure so did the staff when they realised we were not party poopers and were hip to the groove of Hotel Parrasio, where you can stay but sadly must leave. A bit shabby chic but that’s part of its charm. The photographer they used for the property photos exceeded its reality but that’s expected these days.

• Tayla (10/5): Great location, lovely staff, highly recommend. - The rooms were lovely, with so much character. Beautiful views out into the courtyard. Staff were so lovely & accommodating, nothing was a hassle. Rooms were clean, made up everyday.
• CAMILLA (6/5): BENE MA NON BENISSIMO - La posizione davvero ottima e anche lo staff presente alla mattina super gentile e accogliente. L'estetica in generale dell'hotel molto molto bene e anche la dimensione della camera per me era perfetta. Non mi è piaciuta la colazione che ho trovato molto striminzita e con pochissima scelta. Un'altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che la prima sera c'era una festa con dj set sotto la finestra della mia camere che è durata fino a mezzanotte e questo non ci ha permesso di risposare e considerando che ci eravamo svegliate alle 5.00 del mattino non è stata una sorpresa gradita. Avrei preferito saperlo e potermi organizzare magari riposando prima di cena e stando fuori di più. Il rapporto qualità prezzo secondo me non è corretto, il prezzo è troppo alto per un servizio non soddisfacente al 100%.

We had a really nice room but the bath is very slippy and could really do with a non slip bath mat, not just for older people - it's a safety hazard.

• Léa (2/5): En recherche de confort/nuit sereine ? S'abstenir - Nous avons aimé la façade, l'emplacement bucolique près du Janicule et de Trastevere. Nous n'avons pas apprécié les chambres, ni la qualité des nuits. La literie n'est pas confortable, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et l'hotel n'est pas insonorisé. Le personnel n'était pas désagréable mais nous avions l'impression d'être dans une auberge premium plutôt que dans un 3 étoiles à 200e la nuit, il n'y avait pas particulièrement de soin apporté aux échanges. Le petit déjeuner le matin était un faux buffet ou vous pensez pouvoir vous servir mais vous n'avez enfait pas le droit, et on vous apporte des choses que...vous n'aimez pas/n'auriez pas commandé. Nous avons fait 2 nuits sur les 4 réservées, et sommes parties car le manque de sommeil a déclenché une très grosse migraine à ma mère. A ce jour je n'ai pas encore été remboursée des taxes de séjour des 2 restantes. Nous avons été très déçues par cet hotel. Il n'est pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles à 200e la nuit. Il mérite un gros coup de travaux, d'insonorisation, modernisation des chambres, changer la formule du petit dej pour tenter de l'atteindre. Mais si vous avez le sommeil lourd, ou que vous venez avec vos boules quies...pourquoi pas. Le seul point positif est l'emplacement.

Buena ubicación En la habitación la cama aunque cómoda sonaba demasiado, el agua caliente en la ducha no funcionaba bien así que pasamos algo de frío, y en la noche había algo que sonó tooooda la noche que no me permitió dormir bien creo que un extractor o algo así.

• Ben (10/5): - Great stay in a perfect location in Trastevere. The hotel is in a brilliant spot right in Trastevere, which made it ideal for exploring Rome. There are loads of restaurants, bars and places to walk nearby, and it was easy to get to the main sights as well. A special mention for the girl who worked on reception and also served breakfast. She was really welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel really looked after. The breakfast itself was excellent, easily the best hotel breakfast we’ve had, and the scrambled eggs were genuinely the best I’ve ever had. A lovely place to stay and we’d definitely come back.

Chegando no hotel ofertado em troca não era um hotel e sim um quarto. O quarto não era ruim, mas não tinha serviço de fato de hotel e o café da manhã era em uma padaria ao lado que ofertava 1 croassaint, 1 suco, 1 café. Longe de ser a mesma qualidade que teríamos no Parrasio. Fiquei muito decepcionada pq não estava nas mesmas condições que o hotel que alugamos, localização não era das melhores. Acho irresponsabilidade do hotel ofertar essa opção sem garantir a mesma qualidade. Ainda bem que era somente por 1 dia

• Sanders (1/5): Because of the above issues we abandoned our stay after about half an hour. - It seemed like a nice neighbourhood. When we arrived it was in the process of being renovated. There was no power outlet in the room for me to charge my phone, the shower design was impractical and not all of the staff could speak English. I’m pretty sure we were the only guests.

Having breakfast there everyday was a fantastic way to start our days. The location was amazing - we loved exploring the neighbourhood. The room was nice, but very small (no where to put toiletries or suitcases, etc.) and felt damp most of the time.

The room was a little dated and had a strong chorine/bleach smell. Also, it’s been mentioned before but just be aware there are often parties nearby so be prepared for noise! We didn’t mind but light sleepers may struggle
• Susan (8/5): - The hotel is small and in a good location in the Trastavere away from the busy area but only a quick stroll into loads of restaurants and bars. The staff in the hotel were great. Very welcoming and the breakfast was one of the best we've had. We were in a triple room which was great for our needs as we were out all day and didn't need anything else except a clean room somewhere to sleep. Other reviews have mentioned a noisy roof terrace which was not in use while we were there so it was perfectly quiet. There is a lovely little area out front of the hotel and the bar is really well stocked to relax after a busy day. Our overhead shower wasn't working so we had to shower down with a hand held shower in the bath. I meant to mention it to the staff but completely forgot to be honest and we managed well enough. Needs looking at though
• debra (4/5): Cannot Recommend unfortunately. - This is a cute boutique hotel in a great location, close to all the restaurants in Trastavere. Breakfast was excellent. On our first night we were walking back to the hotel in early evening and as we approached we were blasted with very loud doof-doof music. To our horror, we realised it was coming from our hotel. Arriving at the hotel we had to move through a large group of teenagers/young people who were in the small entrance/foyer. The staff member at reception told us they had music on the roof terrace. The music patrons had to access the roof terrace through the small internal staircase that the house-guests use. Not good security. When we had checked in earlier, we had not been told that the hotel even had a roof terrace. We had to close the windows and put on the a/c to keep the noise out but the room was still reverberating from the music. I sent a complaint to management via Booking.Com and they replied that they would turn it down. This hotel needs to decide who it's clients are - are they mature guests who can pay for a nice room in a chic little hotel - or are they young people seeking loud music. It can't be both.
• VERA (7/5): - Está muy bien ubicado, en 5 minutos estás en la zona de restaurantes del Trastevere y en un entorno muy agradable ya que no tienes el ruido de la gente y estás pegado al jardín botánico. La habitación era muy grande y el personal muy amable. El cuarto de baño olía a alcantarilla y era muy desagradable porque olía toda la habitación bastante mal. Además, no nos avisaron de que el sábado por la noche había una fiesta hasta las 12 de la noche en la azotea del hotel para chicos muy jóvenes. El hotel es muy pequeño por lo que se escuchaba mucho la música, grupos de gente hablando al lado de la habitación...

• Patricia (3/5): Cannot do better? - The painting on walls (grabados). Waiter in the morning John was most welcoming and eager to please. They hire their terrace on Friday and Saturday nights. The noise was unbearable, couñd not sleep until the last guest was out and the glasses in the dish. There is an offensive photo in the dining room, 12 people set up like in the Last Supper but all of them hippies, a woman giving her breast to a child. For someone who peregrinates to Rome (many clients will) it was very disgusting to be mocked in this subtle but clear fashion. Window in the room allows plenty of sunligjt. Room good for one, small for two.

• Eleonora (3/5): - Ho prenotato questo soggiorno per delle ospiti di lavoro, che mi hanno riferito che fino alle 00.30 c'è stata una festa di laurea, con musica altissima, proprio sulle loro teste. per questo motivo gli è stato impossibile dormire. le mie ospiti dovevano svegliarsi molto presto alla mattina per recarsi a una formazione. trovo inaccettabile che un hotel faccia fare una festa adiacente alle stanze dove le persone pagano per riposare.
