• ASHIS KUMAR (7/5): Good hotel with some scope of improvement - Location was very good. Car parking area was good. Restaurant was nice but a bit overpriced. 1. Washroom was very small. Not upto the mark. AC water outlet pipe inside the washroom which looks odd and dirty. 2. Guyser was not connected with shower. 3. No mirror at the room. Only one small mirror at washroom. 4. The room was not matched with one shown in the App. 5. Rs 500 was charged for driver stay, but facilities was not good. Only one mattress was provided on the floor in the staffs room. 6. Rs 500 was charged for Pet which was not mentioned in the booking app. 7. The staffs had no knowledge about how to operate the TV .

Not value for money - Behaviour of staff is good Not comfortable with the cleanliness as at night room was full with small insects that were coming inside the room through outside. Moreover, intercom was not working as a result I was unable to place my order for dinner and had to come down to the reception to gi be order.

The key was broken, so was the cloth hanger. Breakfast was not ready at 8AM as promised. They tried their best to refuse free parking which were included.

• Piyusha (1/5): WORST HOTEL - This is the WORST hotel I have ever seen in my life, I have sent my 6 years old daughter with my in-laws to the hotel after discussing with the manager prior to booking. They assured me for every facilities, the night they stayed had current shut down with no AC, NO FAN, NO GENERATOR back up that too in scorching heat. Constantly they asked to see to the matter whole night, but no one CARED. Early morning during breakfast, no service staff was there, apart from bread toast, nothing was there, when asked they just brought 4 puri and few sabji and rudely asked to pack them and take away. Beware of this fraudulent hotel. Everything was worse, Bad service and bad food, no generator back up for current even in the scorching heat, no service staff during breakfast to order something

• Zone (10/5): Smoothing experience on NH 12 - Hotel service was splendid, and we were helped with our luggage upon arrival. The check-in process was a breeze, and we were quick to be shown to our rooms. There were no complaints about the rooms and it was clean. Basic amenities were provided inside the room and bathroom, which is good enough.

Came here with friends for a weekend vacation and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for its quality and hospitality! • Das (1/5): Bad - Nothing, distance between hotel to mayapur iscon more than 13 km. Local reserved toto fare ₹400 Room are dusty, damp,AC not working asked to change the room. They have have changed but but sorry to say againg the room condition was bad. Staff behaviour not professional especially manager, behave like a rowdy. Although brakfast was complemetary but they have charged for one day.

This will also spoil your reputation . - Location was good Staff behaviour miserable … Reception and Foods never taking calls . Whole night there was heavy ruckus in the hotel but hotel management never intervened … Rooms too small and bathrooms very miserable .. Your site said no booking amount to be paid but then the hotel. Allied and asked for Rs 1500/- advance . I paid that . Before checkin the hotel asked to pay the room charges in advance in full . Never heard of this before . This means they cater to miscreants only and no family should ever plan to stay in this hotel . The ambience is very bad .
