John (7/5): Quiet property , though in the highest part of town with a good walk (and climb back) to facilities. - Warm house, quiet location The property was located in the highest part of Torquay - a town with many hills! So it was very steep to walk down to any shops/ restaurants 20 minutes away but a real slog to climb back! There is a small parking spot allocated, which would be a challenge for a large car.
