Un grand supermarché est à 3 mn. L'appartement est très confortable, très calme, propre, en sécurité, très grand et très bien équipé. L'accueil a été impeccable : le monsieur a pris le temps de tout me montrer, il a pris de mes nouvelles et est très à l'écoute. Le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel et je recommande vivement cet appartement Rien

• Ekaterina (10/5): - Новостройка. Есть много парковочных мест вокруг дома. Интернет работает отлично. Квартира укомплектована всем необходимым для кратковременного проживания. Напротив отличное бистро, в 1 минуте ходьбы есть сетевые супермаркеты (идеа/арома). Было немного грязновато.

The apartment is perfectly located—right in the heart of Podgorica—just a short distance to everything: cafes, restaurants, shops, parks, and all the key attractions. Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet and peaceful, offering the best of both worlds. The space itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. It’s thoughtfully equipped with absolutely everything you might need for a short or extended stay—fully functional kitchen, comfortable bedding, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, and plenty of storage. Every detail was considered, and it felt like home from the moment we arrived. What made the experience truly exceptional, however, was the host. The owner of Zoya Apartment is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Communication was effortless, and they were always available for anything we needed—while also giving us privacy to enjoy our stay. Their warmth and hospitality really elevated our entire experience.
