• John (10/5): Perfectly relaxing stay! - The apartment was perfect for a solo traveller like me, but would suit a couple equally. Extremely comfortable bed and quality bedding, shower was great (and hot). Living room is very nice indeed, lovely comfy settee. TV’s area great. Coffee and tea drawer is really good, great range of teas and coffee. The whole place is well furnished, spotlessly clean and tidy. I would return in a heartbeat! Nothing that I didn’t like, couldn’t fault anything
• Michael (9/5): Very clean and peaceful - wonderful property, we really enjoyed it and we were so pleased with the accommodation, extremely clean and peaceful. Very little not to like, floor was quirky as it was uneven in the kitchen and felt like we had one too many glasses of wine when walking through the kitchen.... or maybe we did.

Milk, tea, coffee and biscuits were a lovely touch. Stacy gave us good directions and tips on how to work the shower. Nothing.

• Stephen (1/5): Beware of the host! - Location The host who didn't believe us that the TV was faulty even though she sent someone round to check and confirm it to her. She actually swore at me on the Booking.com chat facility although she apologised when it became apparent that Booking.com were considering de-listing the property. That aside the property is ok but could be so much better with a few additional touches such as more subdued lighting options and softer pillows on the bed. There is no sink in the walk in shower to brush teeth and wash your face and the only sink in the toilet is too small to actually use. There are only two rudimentary hangers for clothes and one was broken which the host said she was unaware of but it was obvious that there had been numerous attempts to fix it unsuccessfully. If these issues were sorted I'd consider staying here again but not under the current ownership.

• Chris (9/5): - This was a lovely gem cosy cottage style apartment. But spacious and modern. Its niucly furnished with querky and smart orniments and wall art. The bed is a king size and sooo comfy. The shower is massive and awesome. The placw was clean ans spotless too. The toilet (WC) is small and tight to manuva lol. Not being able to stay another night.

Every shower we had was plenty hot enough. Apartment was modern and well equipped and the host was very helpful. We would not have found the property without calling the host, some instructions similar to the ones for the shower would be ideal. Parking was also difficult as most of the zones near to the apartment were H not W.

• david (10/5): - Just right for a weekend break , close to everything. Lovely inside , could have stayed there longer . Excellent !! Finding it was a bit of nightmare, but a phone call to Stacy, the owner , sorted things out . Just make sure you park in the right zone

It was spotlessly clean and had all the relevant amenities making the stay more comfortable. The location was central with great access to all main streets and attractions. • Matti (10/5): Cute, quirky and cosy hidden right in the heart of Whitby! - Perfect location, very cute and cosy but had everything we could possibly need. Loved the little extra touches such as the cosy throws and blankets, fresh flowers and real plants! Nothing!
• Paula (10/5): A cosy, comfortable retreat - A cosy, warm, comfortable flat with attractive period features alongside modern facilities. All instructions were clear & easy to follow. A central location. Parking nearby (although that may not be the case in high season). No complaints. It’s small but makes very good use of the space. Perfect for the lone visitor or a couple.

• Grant (10/5): A little gem that’s very well located. - Great little place, very well located. Very clean. TVs in both rooms. Great facilities. Host was great, excellent communication. Earlier feedback made reference to shower being lukewarm but the host has fixed this. WiFi very good. Toiletries provided were of high standard. The loo was a bit cold and quite small making it difficult to use the sink, as there’s a cabinet in the way but not really an issue.

Location was central however the apartment was down an alley so would not want to walk down alone at night. Hairs on bed linen which I had to remove …. Lost count of how many!!

Location could not be better, we were right in the old part of town less than a minute from the water front. The bathroom was very small but works. Just a bit cramped.

• Fiona (10/5): A special charming apartment in the heart of town - It was a treat to stay in this charming beautifully decorated apartment. The bedroom for me is the star of the apartment. Ample space for your bags with a nice view from the stunning bay window. Our host provided plenty of check in information and was prompt with replying to our questions. The apartment is located right in the heart of flowergate but is down a little lane therefore there was no noise. It was brilliant being amongst the buzz of town with restaurants, bars and vintage shops. A perfect stay while visiting Whitby. The parking was a-bit confusing even though we were provided with ample information. We ended up parking in paid parking that is only a few mins walk from the apartment while we sorted ourselves out. Once we checked in and came back a space on the street had become available. While we were fortunate enough to have a parking permit you need a space to become an available which is tricky in the holiday season. It all worked out in the end .
• Rozsas (9/5): Getaway - Met Stacey the owner as we arrived early. She was very welcoming and even let us check in a couple of hours before we should. Lovely little set up, very clean and nice little touches to welcome you, milk in fridge, coffee tea ext. It is quite a steep embankment to climb to get to the apartment. Due to my husband having a bad knees and our age it was a bit of a struggle.

Apartment has everything you could need with little touches that make it the perfect stay. Would recommend Written Instructions to the apartment could have been a little clearer on how to find.
• Dave (10/5): The perfect little hidden gem for my stay - Situated a stone’s throw from the shops and pubs this little gem of a property had it all . Clean , bright and beautifully decorated throughout. It’s well equipped for short or longer stays. I wouldn’t say it’s a dislike but the toilet is a little on the small side .
