Guest Reviews
- carmen (10/5): - Its a small quiet place which is what I was after. Staff were so lovely. Will come back for sure! Thanks for having me! Everything was great!
- Simone (8/5): Lovely - Beautiful authentic feeling bungalows with traditional woodwork and lots of style. AC works very well to cool the rooms even though they are rustic construction. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location on walking track not far off the main road. Amazing choice of warungs and cafes close by.
- Anne (1/5): Beware of the overcharge - They charged us for extra even though the price on booking.com was different. Booking.com were no help. Being overcharged.

- Thomas (8/5): Pleasant stay - Lovely Pool. Pretty huts and gardens, fridge available. The second part of the path to the house was lovely among the rice fields Huts were a little rickety. The first part of the path from the road was rather narrow and not very nice and a bit dangerous with all the motorbikes.

- Genevieve (9/5): -
- Marc (10/5): IdÃl·lic i totalment recomanable - La situació és perfecta. El lloc idÃl·lic. La piscina un extra necessari. Les instal·lacions immillorables. Ens van fer l’habitació cada dia. Arribar-hi en cotxe és impossible. En moto, un repte i a peu un moment.

- Elsa Maria (6/5): -
- Kathryn (9/5): The real Ubud!!! Love it - Great location half way up Sok Wayah. Easy walk to the centre of Ubud, yet quiet and cosy. Cute cottages with pool. No breakfast, but several great eateries within 2 minute walk. Own kitchen, great for easy eating. Unlimited fresh water. Fresh towels more often
- Enya Schaerrer (8/5): - Very nice location, out of traffic and surrounded by rice terrasses. Cute bungalows. We loved our stay. Frogs made a lot of noise during the night, and the bungalows could be maintained a bit more (the floor for example).
- Paula (10/5): Piece of jungle so close to everything - The outlook over the jungle was so beautiful from the Villa. Plenty of space in the kitchen and nice table to work from Shower pressure could be better.
Niets
- Erin (7/5): Quiet jungle villa - Quiet and serene villa in the jungle. Great amenities. Not a bad walk to get into Ubud center. We even had a monkey show up on the patio on our last morning which was a cool surprise.
The pool area is also nice when the weather cooperates. Very humid and damp. Even with the AC going in both rooms, everything felt damp and smelled musty constantly. It is a partially open air villa and it rained a lot. The bedding is a sheet and waffle sheet on top. No extra bedding.
Low water pressure in the showers.
Take note, this villa is not accessible by vehicle. Only accessible by foot or bike. There is a steep hill to go up from the main road so be prepared.
- Eveena (10/5): Perfect - Beautiful location, just off from the city
- Amisha (10/5): Lovely, private, and pretty perfect - The privacy. We saw no other villa from our’s. It was also located up a hill, away from traffic, which was lovely. The fact that there was no car access wasn’t perfect, but the manager, Wayan Beli, was incredible with taking out luggage (and our persons!) on his motorbike up to the property.
- Shannon (7/5): Good -
- Panzani (10/5): Great accomodation surrended by the lovely rice fields of Ubud - We especially liked the great location of the accommodation, especially because it was away from the busy main street of ubud, but just a little walk away from everything.
We really enjoyed the host Beli, who drove us around a helped us by giving us great recommendations Nothing
- Katarina (10/5): Exceptional - The location of this place is just wow. You will be a short walk above the city streets and restaurants etc., located in the beautiful, peaceful, green surrounding with different birds and chickens waking you up in the morning, rice fields around and 2 amazing coffee and breakfast places. The house/bungalow itself was nice, clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpfull. I already recommended my other friends to visit this little paradise when in Ubud.
- Helbers (6/5): Fabulous for people on a budget, but do bring your tropical strength mozzie repellent! - This property is located along the Sari Walk - a quiet, rural, part of busy Ubud. The sounds at night were soothing - frogs, birds, insects. The owners were lovely and the beds were large and comfy. A large drinking fountain of drinking water was provided. The pool was clean and lovely to swim in. The accommodation is very rustic, which wasn't apparent in the photos. It's two wooden huts. There are gaps between all the timbers, and no screens. The only protection from mosquitoes were the mosquito nets around the beds. The stairs would be problematic for anyone with mobility issues. It's also quite far from the main road, with walking and motor bikes providing the only access. Fabulous for fit people on a budget. Not so good for anyone who,'s a bit paranoid about mozzies.
- Maria (10/5): Picturesque. Relaxing. - The hotel/bungalows are a short walk from the main road. Quiet and picturesque. Animal sounds in the night. The lovely garden with the cool pool. Would come back anytime. It is not possible to get by car to the bungalow, but that did not bother us too much.
- Craig (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (9/5): Superb -
- Kirsty (9/5): Awesome hidden - Gorgeous villa and pool in a quiet spot, still handy for all the things! N/A. It was great
- Macdonald (10/5): Exceptional - Beli & Uni were amazing. Also, what I saw on the internalnet was what I got, exactly. 6 others were nothing like the Internet. I loved the location, massages, facials, yoga and pukako cafe and the traveller also great.
Thank you. I will tell my friends or anyone coming to Ubud. Also loved the walk up the path/rice paddies.
Kind regards Heather MacDonald The venomous green snake I almost stood on while walking to naughty nuri's, along the main road!
- Huangzhi (10/5): Great. With AC, swimming pool, and kitchen. People here are really nice! -
- Robert (6/5): Cheap. Value for money but as rough as I’d want to stay really. - Clean but very basic. Just Weiden for that you can see the ground below if there is a hole. Walls just one layer of wood. You could hear next door cabin speaking and having sex.
- Swie (8/5): Very good - We met the owner and she is very friendly and helpful. N/A
- Lorenzo (9/5): Superb -
- Dakotah (7/5): Maintaince needed - Very friendly staff and low occupancy so it felt private. The bathroom was better than most places we've stayed. It was charming in it's own worn way. The place was very termite ridden. The bed was very loud if you moved in it. Looked much better in photos than in person.
- Shay (8/5): Loved our stay! Good time for the price :) - Quiet location near downtown Ubud. Friendly staff! Old building so there were some holes in the floors
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable -
- Dipti (1/5): Do not book this property - Horrible place to stay This place is completely opposite of what is shown on site. There is no access to the property through car and the contact details of the staff given on google and booking.com are wrong. Hence no coordination with the staff. The cottage os made of wood and if anyone is walking.. It shakes and makes noise. The bedsheets were torn, the mosquito nets have holes, the Dustbin was dirty, the pool was dirty, there were ants everywhere... Please think multiple times before booking it
- Jorge (7/5): Good but not so good - El personal Parece estar en ruinas
- Stacey (8/5): Very rustic and some chill time away from the bustle of Ubud central. - It was very quaint and peaceful. Very rustic and the host were so lovely. I didn’t particularly like the location. Cars cannot drive on this uphill road. This was more as it gets dark fairly early and as a solo female traveller, I didn’t feel too comfortable walking down / up the narrow tiny road in pitch black at night. It was a bit daunting.
- Lyza (7/5): Good -
- Anna-lena (10/5): Calm but in the middle of Ubud with a nice pool area - Within Lembah Sentosa you can stay at the heart of Ubud, but directly next to the rice fields in a very quite area.
The bungalow and its furniture is traditional and nicely decorated. Together with just one further bungalow you share a nice pool area and the room is cleaned every day. Just a few meters away from the accommodation there is a nice breakfast spot and also a Yoga place.
- Luca (9/5): Superb -
- Diego (9/5): Sentosa - A very nice place between the twon and Ricefields. The place are very confortable, and you can go by walk everywhere.
Houses are ok, have a very nice pool You cannot pay with card
