• Richard (10/5): - Everything was 5 star! Very clean, owner was responsive and helpful. The location was perfect. I felt too that the owner really thought a lot about the customer as all the amenities are there and the mini bar and umbrella was helpful in rainy riga. You can also leave your luggage if you come early. Nothing... seriously perfect.

После долгой дороги и жаркого дня не было возможности сходить в душ. Понимаю, что это не является виной принимающей стороны, однако, данный инцидент оставил неприятное впечатление.

• Aleks (5/5): - Good location and good value for money The bathroom was incredibly dirty with mould in the shower. The shower curtain was very dirty and covered in mould as well and too short for the shower. There was dust in many places, it's clear some areas haven't been cleaned in a while.

• Chew Lee (6/5): Poorly Lit Access and Inconvenient Entry with No Lift - Good location, within 5 mins walking distance to shopping mall. However, access to the property can feel somewhat unsettling, particularly when returning alone late at night. The approach to the building is poorly lit, with no lights in the downstairs communal areas, which adds to a sense of discomfort and reduced safety. Additionally, there is no lift available to reach the property, making it inconvenient and physically demanding, especially for guests carrying heavy luggage.

• Santa (10/5): - Absolutely loved it. The apartment, even though it's small, felt very spacious and comfortable. Very cozy, light and truly pleasant both interior design wise as well as practicality wise. And it was surprisingly quiet, even though it's at the very centre of the Riga Centre. Perfectly illuminated, outlets everywhere and anywhere you might need them, the best bed matress I've ever slept on,and same goes for the pillows. Check-in and out instructions perfectly clear. :) I was confused about the "city fee" - 1 euro per adult per night in cash. Never heard of such thing in Riga before. 🙈

• Camilla (7/5): - It is located in the central Riga, private and spacious for 1-2 people. The host was very lovely. Overall it was nice to stay there :) It was a bit dirty. The carpet hadn’t been washed in a long time and seems like the floors weren’t vacuumed. Weird that I had to pay the tourist tax separately. The stay could’ve covered it.

• Zane (8/5): - The location is very good. Everything you need, comfortable bed, quiet apartment because the windows face the courtyard. Even extra blankets if it gets cold at night... extra towels and even a bathrobe which is nice. Needs a deep cleaning, dust behind the TV, the drawer where the cutlery is kept was also quite dirty. And I tried to turn on Netflix, but it didn't work, it said that such an account doesn't exist. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet/bathroom.

Cozy appartment atbilda daudziem faktoriem - cena, atrašanās vieta, privātums, un, kas nav mazsvarīgi, kad izbraukumā dodas ģimene - mājīguma sajūta. To arī guvām, lai gan pa lielam šis miteklis bija paredzēts tikai pārnakšņošanai. Un lācītis, kurš sagaidīja mūs, kad iegājām dzīvoklī, meitai tik ļoti patika! Jauki, mājīgi, un, kas abiem ar sievu likās svarīgi - droši. Jo, lai tiktu līdz dzīvoklim, jāievada 3 kodi! Tāpat arī saimnieka ieteikums par autostāvietu bija tieši laikā, jo no Dzirnavu ielas līdz Raiņa bulvārim nu nav jāmēro tāls ceļš! Neko ievērības cienīgu, kas būtu jāuzlabo vai nepaticis, nevaru pieminēt. Mums visiem trijiem likās ļoti omulīgi un mājīgi.

Квартира очень тёплая и тихая — несмотря на то, что находится в самом центре Риги, звуки с улицы совсем не слышны. Расположение просто идеальное: рядом вокзал, торговые центры, старый город — всё в шаговой доступности! Мы остались очень довольны и с радостью вернёмся снова 💛

The pan in the kitchen was in poor condition, but we asked for a new one. There were also two knives, both large butcher knives. They hadn't even considered adding regular knives to the apartment. We tried to vacuum the apartment, but the broom was full of dust and hair, making the place even dirtier. A foul smell emanated from the bathroom as soon as we walked in, and the water smelled as well. After my wife cleaned the bathroom, we were able to shower. The apartment was completely inadequate for a family with four children; there wasn't even any space. The apartment was on the third floor, and there was no elevator (we knew that). The entrance to the building was covered in bird droppings. It was in terrible condition. Even though I booked through Booking.com, they charged me the tourist tax (including tax), but I only realized this later. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Location isn't everything; they absolutely failed. Splitting the apartment into two apartments saves money, but I wish the service was a bit more attentive. When we left the apartment and the common areas were being cleaned, the cleaner swept all the dirt from the stairs towards our heads, disgrace.

Not only he provided us detailed information about how to reach the apartment, the parking possibilities, but also shared some valuable insights about places where to eat and where to enjoy special kind of athmosphere every step of the way. An intelligent host of huge heart, integrity and great English skills. The apartment was tip-to-toe clean, warm, renovated in style, and fully equipped with everything - including even washing maschine! The only thing we struggled with was the car parking in the gorgeous city of Riga. Not the responsibility of the lovely host. There are places where to park, but these are usually full and as a tourist it's a kind of an adventure to make a payment for staying. Origo centre nearby offered better possibilities, though.

It was very clean and quiet, and the apartment was equipped with all facilities helpful during a longer stay (small kitchen, fridge, washing machine). We were also welcomed with some sweets. I definitely would recommend this place to my friends! The apartment was on the 4th floor in the old building with no elevator, so it would be a little hard to get there with larger/ heavier luggage
