When I got there she told me it’s not working. It wasn’t when I reserved! How come they don’t post that when you are making reservations! I won’t be back!

• SANYAM (4/5): Terrible Experience. - At least the bed was not as uncomfortable as disappointing; their service was. I didn't like my stay at all. I informed beforehand that I am just passing by and I will be checking in late. It was just sleep, wake up, shower, and leave, kind of stay. And the Comfort Suits were not able to provide even these basics. - I was denied water at the reception, even though I just asked for 1 small bottle. I told them that I do water in the car, but due to my limping and swelling in my leg, I would prefer if they do me a favour. The reception later confirmed that they had denied water due to other guests that was waiting in line. At least a bottle should be available to all, irrespective of anything. - On the morning of 06/09, my door was opened twice, without knocking, while I was sleeping. I guess it must be housekeeping, but please, at least knock or call. - The shower was not working, when I reached out, I was told the only thing they could do was to let shower in another room. Frankly, with 30 minutes remaining in checkout time, I didn't want to play this game, plus I had meetings to start my working day. This was not the experience I was looking for, especially when I had a great experience just one day back at Comfort Suites Las Cruces I-25 North.

• Margie (7/5): Okay overnight - The room was quiet and spacious. It was also clean.. the gym was good and had what we needed. The staff was not very enthusiastic about having people stay. Housekeeping was nice. Breakfast was just average Breakfast was sort of spread out so we didn't even see the fruit in the corner.

• Mary (9/5): So happy I picked this one! - Acoustics are always a big concern, and theirs were great!! I never heard anyone, even though the hotel was full. Breakfast was a bit above & beyond! Nice scrambled eggs & sausage, cheese omelets & pancake & waffle makings, with all the other usuals.
