• Andrey (1/5): The only extremely filthy apartment I have seen in more than 10 years of using Booking ! - Anything positive about this place is cancelled by dirt and a lack of hygiene. DIRTY and unsanitary!!! We have found someone’s hair (multiple) on the sheets! The bed linen was not changed after the previous guests. OMG! The floor was extremely dirty. Not to mention a shower in need of repair. And a tiny spider in a kitchen sink. Unfortunately, we only read all the reviews after we came. And all the complaints about untidiness are lower on the page. I've noticed that the owner ignores all the feedback, and I think he cheats booking reviews to boost the apartment's ranking. I can’t imagine people complain about a dirty apartment and rate it 8+. The owner, as a human being, does not understand basic hygiene!!! It’s a health hazard and just highly unpleasant. Don’t wish it on anyone.

• Vladimir (9/5): Superb - Location is very good and the apartment is nicely equipped and clean. The apartment is located on the sixth floor, and the elevator only goes to the fifth floor. the bathroom could be in better condition, but all in all, the price and what you get is a good value.

• Can (6/5): Pleasant - -Great location -Kind host -Balcony -Good and stable wifi. -Reasonable price. -The bathroom needs to be renovated, it’s pretty small. -Pillows are so thin and uncomfortable. -There’s not any free parking place, if you’re lucky to find a parking spot you should pay fee which is approximately 5€ per day. -General hygiene and cleaning of the apartment should be taken care of better.
