• Simon (10/5): Excellent séjour dans un beau studio - Super petit studio, très proche du centre ville mais très calme pour autant avec la possibilité de se rafraîchir dans la petite piscine. La fontaine à eau et la grande smart tv dans la chambre sont des vrais plus. Le personnel toujours très sympathique et accueillant.

The room is spacious with everything we needed. A stone's throw from the centre of Kuta. The big plus, the pool area and the calm. Nothing, everything was perfect !

The staff and management was responding and helpful to solve one issue I had with the sink, but also to arrange a driver for the airport or the rent of a motorbike. Also the deal with the free access to the gym was a great added value. The location is also great because is not on the main road so it is not loud but still easily accessible Nothing

A standout feature is that some rooms include access to Xeno, which is perfect for anyone looking for a combination of coworking space, café, and gym. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
• Nele (8/5): Ok - Ruime, nette kamer. Vlakbij is er een moskee waardoor er 's nachts heel veel lawaai is. Zelfs oordopjes hielpen niet. Het resortje ligt wat afgelegen langs een aardewegje. Er is geen ontbijt, waardoor het duur uitvalt.

• Liset (8/5): Nice - Nice small apartment. Everything works well. Good airco. Nice pool. Nice staff: ari, angga en zul. Kitchen has just 1 stove on electricity. Which makes cooking a bit difficult. Also when there is no electricity. That happened twice in 3 days time.
• Santiago (9/5): Totally worth it - The staff is so kind and willing to help, there is a little space inside for motorbikes, everything was very clean and on point You need to drive a scooter otherwise is a bit far from main road. The access is full of mud and water so can’t do it walking and even in scooter you need to be a bit skillet to drive through :)

Auch haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt, da es nachts einen Security Mann gab. Er war super freundlich. Es gab nur einen Stuhl zum Essen.

• Raulino (8/5): Good value for money - The villa is very good for the price. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall, it’s a nice and practical place to stay. The pool is okay, but because of its location next to the reception and the entrance area, it’s not very private and not very usable for relaxing. I would like to thank Nada, and Ari for being very kind and helpful during my stay. They were always attentive and assisted me with everything I needed. I even continued renting the motorbike with them when I moved to another villa, and they made everything very easy. A good option if you’re looking for comfort and good value.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che lo staff ti chiede, prima di lasciare la struttura, di lasciare un feedback positivo quando si fa la recensione. Penso che la recensione si lascia, valutando obbiettivamente la nostra esperienza, non facendo favori.

Son casitas individuales, nosotros nos alojamos en una con dos camas dobles, muy espaciosa pero la mejor es la número 8 que es la que está justo frente a la piscina, la próxima vez elegiré esa. El personal es súper amable y en cuanto llegamos nos consiguió una moto a buen precio. Nada, todo muy limpio y todos amables

Alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd en met vragen konden wij bij haar terecht. De locatie vonden we iets minder mooi. De straat waar het in ligt is niet gezellig. Toen we een scooter hadden was alles goed te bereiken.

• Caroline (10/5): Super! Gerne wieder! - Alles wunderbar ☺️ gerne wieder! Wasserdruck vim Warmwasser kommt meistens nach ein paar Minuten. Sichere Gegend auch wenn am Anfang der Schein trügt. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Etwas hellhörig bezogen auf andere Gäste - die Gebete sind nur wenig zu hören.

Die kleine Küche im Zimmer ist eine super Idee und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Uns hat nur der Wasserdruck im Bad gestört und bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten wären auf der Terrasse super :)

Agua caliente. Habitacion limpia..esta uns 4 min caminando al centro, pero se llega muy rapido.Son muy amables y te ayudan en todo..Puedes aparcar la moto alli y como había mucha tormenta,las entraron ellos mismos al jardín para evitar problemas...un 10!. • Andrew (10/5): The best place to stay in Kuta, Lombok - Wonderful accomodation with an amazing staff. Whenever we had questions or needed to rent a scooter, nothing was too much to ask for. Everyone was friendly and kind. The villa itself was also vert clean and good! The kitchen was very handy as well to keep your water cool. 100% would recommend! One big advantage: they have a partnership with Xeno Lombok Gym/CrossFit, very very handy and nice! Nothing to say about it.

• aron (7/5): Villa fonctionnelle et personnel aidant. - Le staff était sympa et aidant. Les villas sont équipées d’un dispenseur d’eau et d’air conditionné. Les chambres étaient nettoyées régulièrement et correctement. La villa n’est pas correctement aménagée pour effectivement profiter d’une expérience « appartement ». En effet, il n’y a pas d’espace correct pour manger et pas d’aménagement extérieur vraiment agréable. La piscine est très exposée à la rue et les transats occupés par le personnel. Le frigo est très bruyant. Par ailleurs , un supplément est « proposé » pour avoir une vue sur la piscine mais cela en fait génère un vis à vis désagréable.

• Yong Shuang (10/5): Exceed my expectations, surely come again. - I love the furnitures, all are premium wood! I love the water dispenser - it’s working and dispense all temperatures of water. I love the kitchen utensils - it’s working and comes in complete set and the quality is so premium! So beautiful too. I love the swimming pool - it’s really good having a mini pool when my kid wants to swim but we’re not heading to the beach. The pool was clean and have proper pool system. I like the staffs. All greet you in a friendly manner whenever they see u. I like the online check in process too. When we got there 9pm at night we were already so tired, we literally just walk in and the staff lead us straight to the room without needing any documentation process. If can have a coffee machine that will complete the whole awesomeness. Hotel does provide coffee sachets but I didn’t get to replenish it during my stay . But it’s okay I think it was becoz it’s out of reception hour when I needed that coffee. Water heater need a little time to heat up, just a little patient needed.

They helped me sorting the scooter rental. The property and pool are clean and comfortable. They provide fresh water supply which is a nice perk. The room and the overall property are quite small compact. It is in the shade too, so wet clothing don’t dry that well.

We wandelden niet via de hoofdweg naar de accommodatie en die route leek op een vuilnisbelt.. Dat gaf geen fijn gevoel. De aanrijroute via de hoofdweg is prima!

Algo que valoramos muchísimo fue la ayuda del equipo para organizar transporte, excursiones y traslados. Siempre dispuestos a coordinar todo con eficiencia y amabilidad, lo cual nos facilitó mucho el viaje y nos permitió disfrutar más de la isla. Tienen tanque de agua potable en las habitaciones cosa que en Indonesia se agradece muchísimo :) Un lugar muy bien cuidado, tranquilo y con un servicio de primera. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo! • Bieri (9/5): - Sehr sauber. Sehr konfortabel & gross. Fühlte mich sicher. Personal nicht 24/7 per Whatsapp erreichbar. Lage etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum, was zu Fuss problemlos in 15‘ Gehdistanz zu erreichen ist. Das einzige Problem war, dass die Unterkunft in einer Nebenstrasse lag, wobei ich mich am Abend unwohl gefühlt habe zum dort durchzulaufen.

Une fontaine à eau est à disposition ainsi qu une cuisine avec des équipements de base . Il y a de l’Eau chaude . La petite piscine est belle mais nous ne l’avons pas testé . Le personnel est professionnel et disponible . Sussuro est très bien situé, à 5 min à pieds de l’avenue principale de kuta même si les alentours sont pas top Il est délicat de se baigner dans la piscine qui est juste à côté de l’entrée principale ainsi que de la réception

• Martin (8/5): Es war gut - Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Preislich gut. Zimmer mit Poolblick sind laut, da 24/7 jemand am Pool sitzt. Morgens/Abends wird hier laut gesprochen was störend ist. Um die Anlage herum ist es wenig einladend es wirkt sehr beengt.
