• Gramatikova (10/5): - The 5-person apartment was comfortable and clean. The food at the restaurant (especially the fish and the meat) was delicious. The garden and the mini-zoo are well maintained. Too bad the outdoor pool was not opened.

• Maasbommel (9/5): Fijne locatie om te overnachten - Zeer groot hotel complex. We hadden het appartement met twee slaapkamers wat lekker ruim is en een fijne huiskamer heeft. Op het complex zijn diverse dierenverblijven voor struisvogels, herten, schapen/geiten en kippen. Diverse pauwen lopen vrij rond over het terrein, erg vermakelijk om even langs te lopen en te bekijken. Het aangelegen restaurant wordt druk bezocht en biedt heerlijk eten en vriendelijke bediening. In het voorseizoen: -als er niemand bij de receptie zit: bel dan het algemene nummer, dan komt er snel iemand aan. -Let op muggen in het voorseizoen, neem muggenspray mee als je hier gevoelig voor bent.

• Sofía Malén (10/5): - Ha sido maravilloso dar con este lugar!!! Es un paraíso! Por algún motivo, no estaba disponible nuestra habitación estándar y nos dieron una muchísimo mejor por el mismo precio, una sorpresa! Naturaleza y paz pura. La gente súper amable y comimos muy bien en el restaurante! Aconsejo llevar repelente de mosquitos para pasear por los jardines :)

Prachtige kamer Goed restaurant En mooie looproute naar zeer grote stranden Leuke dieren (struisvogels met jongen, veel duiven en nog veel meer dieren met veel leefruimte. Er wordt Goed voor de gasten en de dieren gezorgd. We hebben en zeer plezierige tijd in het Divjaka Resort doorgebracht en zouden het zeker weer boeken.

• marie-christine (7/5): - Bel emplacement en plein milieu de la lagune, et la présence d'animaux dans le parc de l'hôtel a été très sympathique. Notre chambre aurait mérité un gros rafraîchissement, salle de bain à rénover.

Starší ale funkční vybavení koupelny, krásné společné prostory, restaurace, usměvavý personál, bohaté snídaně a chutná jídla v restauraci k večeři. Bazén úžasný, členěný - lehátka jsme u něj kvůli komárům nevyužili. Procházka po molu k pláži je zážitkem sama o sobě. Škoda, že na pláži není sprcha. Hotel doporučuji - ale dejte si pozor na období a mějte dost repelentu proti komárům! Přijeli jsme ve špatné době (11-13.9.) - období komárů. Dalo se buď utéct k moři a nebo se ponořit až po uši do bazénu. Po výborné večeři jsme se ukryli v pokoji. Odvážím si cca 60 štípanců - ale to nelze dát za vinu hotelu - to se snažili aspoň postřiky na terase ty krvežíznivé bestie odpudit. Výtku k hotelu tak mám jen k dvoulůžkové posteli, kde jsem museli každý ležet na své straně matrace, neboť se velice prohýbala, jakmile jsem se jen trochu ke středu přiblížili - nebyla tam středová výztuha. Postel skřípala při sebemenším pohybu. Nebylo to pohodlné, ale dva dny jsme to vydrželi.

• Filip (10/5): Divjaka Paradise Resort - Very beautiful location, good food, very nice pool, very good beach with beautiful sand and birds - very recommended! Staff speaks English and they are very friendly. There are a few Animals walking freely in the hotel which is very cool. The breakfast is amazingly good and well priced. I recommend the stay for anyone that likes to rest in beautiful place on their vacations.

La habitación era muy grande, había hasta eco NO TIENEN ASCENSOR Y NOS TOCO EN LA PLANTA 3, SUBIMOS MALETAS DE HASTA 20kg, un horror! Ponía que la playa estaba delante del hotel... pero lo que realmente había era una pasarela quilométrica a 20 minutos caminando a paso ligero hasta llegar a la playa... El desayuno muy justo, huevos fritos demasiado cocinados... La nevera no cerraba, había un resort de esqui dentro! El congelador estaba mal cerrado y era todo hielo!!!!! 😱😱😱 no cerraba la nevera!!!!!!

Śniadania smaczne, obsługa miła i sympatyczna. Basen duży i czysty podzielony na kilka głębokości. Na plaży leżaki w cenie pobytu, dojazd kolejką albo spacerem 10 min. Na terenie obiektu mini zoo(strusie, króliki, kozy, pawie). W okolicy sklepy i restauracje. To Albania, więc nic nie napiszę 🙃

• Mauro (8/5): UN’OASI DI PACE TRA NATURA & MARE - Resort adatto ai nostri bambini di 5 & 7 anni che si sono divertiti a correre e giocare con gli struzzi della struttura. Un ragazzo della reception è stato di una gentilezza unica, peccato che con il mio inglese “maccheronico” non ho potuto avere con lui un lungo scambio culturale. Ma la colpa è mia…🥲 Se tutto fosse stato perfetto avrei dato 10. Su tre giorni di soggiorno, la piscina ha funzionato solo 1 volta… e perdi più aveva un colore centrale vagamente verde-petrolio! Forse aveva preso un fungo, in ogni caso a noi turisti non ce l’hanno comunicato. Il “simpatico” trenino che porta dalla struttura alla spiaggia passando in un pontile all’interno della laguna, ha bisogno di un completo restyling!

• XOXOfanny (7/5): tres bel environnement mais chambre pas top - très bel environnement le site de l hôtel est très beau avec des autruches ( et leurs bébés) des paons ( nous avons pu ramener des plumes) belle piscine et grande avec plusieurs bassins une très jolie promenade pour aller à la plage privé surtout le soir au couché du soleil la qualité du petit déjeuné n 'est pas formidable nous avions 2 chambres une très belle et une horrible avec très petites fenêtres et une salle de bain "un vrais mouchoirs de poche"

The location is perfect for relaxing near the sea and lagoon. There is a wooden bridge that takes you on a 10-minute walk to the beach, or you can use the resort's electric train to get there faster. Both ways, the view is amazing. All in all, it's a great choice for a quiet family getaway.

• Luiza (9/5): - The staff was amazing,the receptionist lady was so lovely,so calm,professional and very smiley. It was lovely to be welcomed with such a pleasure. The rooms were clean,although I wasn't happy that they didn't clean the room and changed the towels every day,only after 3 days. The food was excellent,the pool very clean ,and the beach even though it was like 30 minutes walk,it was worth it.They also had a transport to and from the beach and it wasn't al the time available. We were really happy to stay at this resort. They could clean the rooms and change the towels every day and they should put in place a non smoking area were the playground is.It was very uncomfortable to see people smoking near the children when they were playing.

• macafu (6/5): Hotel con grandi potenzialità ma non sfruttate, sembra non ci sia una direzione, peccato! - La posizione e un bel giardino curato Spiaggia con lettini e ombrelloni sporchi e rotti, la poca pulizia intorno alla piscina, un hotel con arredamento vecchio e bagni che hanno bisogno di essere rinnovati (rubinetti rotti). Pretende di essere un quattro stelle ma in Italia forse non arriverebbe neanche a due. Abbiamo cenato una volta e il pesce era immangiabile, sembrava gomma.

Au cœur du parc naturel et à quelques minutes de la plage. grand parking pour la voiture. Buffet petit dej pas mal du tout. Il faut être véhiculé, chambres basiques et un peu datées.Salles de bains vraiment pas terrible. plage privée où les poubelles sont aussi nombreuses que les parasols, heureusement a droite après 15 mn de marche, plage vierge entre lagune et dunes à peu près propres... Piscine ouverte a tous moyennant finance donc un peu piscine municipale bondée en plein été. Bref bien si on ne paye pas le plein tarif et si on a des enfants...

• pacou974 (4/5): - Le lieu aurait pu paraître sympa au vue des commentaires. Mais ce n’était pas le cas..pas fu tout séduit par cet hôtel vetuste et sale. La piscine est acceptable L’accueil...attente de 15 mn à notre arrivée à 13h.. Chambre vétuste, salle de bain très sombre avec éclairage défectueux, cabine de douche douteuse, dévidoir papier toilette rouillé, miroir à jeter... Côté restaurant, rien n’est soigné...propreté douteuse. Piscine : eau trouble et coussins des transats sale...pas de serviettes de piscine possible. La piscine est ouverte à d’autres personnes qu’à l’hôtel, donc beaucoup trop de monde. Quand à la plage de l'hôtel : pour s’y rendre, nous traversons un ponton..avant le ponton, des déchets de partout dans la lagune, au bord de plage, des transats très vieux et abîmés et des déchets partout..aucune envie d’y rester Vraiment dommage car l’endroit tellement mieux...

Per quanto riguarda la mia camera tavola del water rotta , rubinetteria piena di calcare , cestino arrugginito , tavolo con gambe Che stavano in piedi per miracolo e il comò in pendenza perché manca una gamba .In 7 giorni solo un cambio di asciugamani e pulito la stanza 2 volte perché ho insistito e spesso l acqua della doccia era fredda
• Aurora (7/5): siamo state bene, affascinante il percorso verso il mare, posto molto tranquillo e rilassante. - presenza di animali, grande spazio a disposizione per i bambini, ristorante con varietà di cibo buono, staff disponibile, parcheggio gratis grande, pontile direzione mare molto bello. poca manutenzione nelle stanze, soprattutto nel bagno, dovrebbero essere cambiati molti pezzi del bagno: maniglie e parti del lavandino e della doccia.

• Laura (8/5): Rooms need updating but a nice stay. Good value. - We arrived at the hotel quite late and in the dark and were given our 2 double rooms. I'd booked 2 doubles with balcony's but our room had no balcony and was very small and didn't match our expectations at all. We were staying for two nights and as soon as we'd sat in the room for 10 mins I suggested we either ask for another room or just stay one night. After some discussion with reception they moved us to a much bigger room with balcony and pool view and everything improved immediately! We woke to a lovely view of the pool and grounds with a family of ostriches directly below our window. Lovely open raised roof restaurant and bar. Staff very nice. Really great pool which is nicely kept and we virtually had to ourselves for the first day. We are in our 50s so the downside of the pool for us was the very loud music which killed the relaxing atmosphere somewhat. There's a mini train which takes you down to a very long sandy stretch of beach (10 minute ride) and was told to get the girl at the beach bar to call the driver when I wanted to return which was great. It takes you on a wooden boardwalk bridge over the lake. Beach was very windy but loads of beds and umbrellas which are free to guests. The hotel has loads of potential but as previous reviews have stated the rooms need updating and hotel is quite basic. That said, the price was very reasonable and if you don't mind a bit of rough around the edges this is actually a great place to visit! It kind of had a campsite vibe about it with all the animals and outdoor space which was nice. Music at the pool was too loud.

• Petronella Maria Albertha (Baukje) (4/5): Mooie omgeving, maar vreselijke ervaring in dit resort - De locatie was leuk, het zwembad zag er goed uit maar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt. Het pad naar het strand toe was leuk aangekleed en schoon. Het eten was lekker, en het ontbijtbuffet werd goed bijgehouden. Het heet een resort maar wij hebben echt een hele slechte ervaring gehad. Helaas niet lekker tot rust kunnen komen, daar en tegen vermoeider vertrokken. Dit had te maken met onder andere: * Er ontbrak een gordijn... Hierdoor werd de gehele slaapkamer vanaf 5u snachts, toen de zon opkwam, al volledig verlicht door de zon. * de airco maakte enorm veel kabaal, hier was nauwelijks doorheen te slapen. * het bed was 180m. Zelf was het bed gemaakt van een houten frame. Als je zelf wat groter bent lag je hiel van je voet op deze harde houten bed rand, wat pijn deed. * de koelkast op de kamer maakte ook veel geluid. * de klinken, kranen, douchewand en andere verchroomde metalen waren flink aan getast middels corrosie. De klink zag er voortaan blauw uit. Hierdoor leek het erg vies te zijn. Daarom niet fijn gedoucht. * het hotel was enorm gehorig. Wellicht hadden wij pech maar de renden kinderen over de gang heen. Mensen waren aan het tieren, schreeuwen en maakte veel kabaal. Het geluid werd niet gedempt en leek wel in onze eigen kamer plaats te vinden. Hierdoor helaas een erg slechte nachtrust ervaren. Eenmaal wakker hebben wij 11 minuten in de rij gestaan voor ons ontbijt. En bij het uitchecken bleken we niet de enige te zijn met zoveel pech en incomplete gordijnen. Ze zouden het dus wel degelijk moeten weten dat een gordijn ontbrak, maar ze lijken er niks aan te doen. De andere gast had ook een kamer waar een gordijn ontbrak. Daardoor lijkt het geen foutje te zijn.
• krzysztof (10/5): Absolute Amazing hotel with great swimming pools and beach. 100% recommended for families. - This is a hidden treasure for a family holiday, to fully experience what this hotel offers you need a minimum 3 days but I suggest a minimum 5 days. Rooms- very spacious with comfortable beds, air-conditioning, balconies this is not a 5 star Sheraton but for what they charge per night I am extremely happy with the quality of the rooms. The view on the garden and pool is a bonus. Pool - just amazing 5 stars. Massive pool split to 5 different depth areas so different depth for different ages. Very safe, your kids will love it. There is a bar at the pool and boys serving amazing ice coffee 👍 all sunbeds have comfortable mattresses and umbrellas, there are more sunbeds than people so No fighting for space. Playground - in the back garden there is a great playground for kids 3-6 with all slides, swings and other games they may need. Restaurant - breakfast is very good, basic but good. Everything is fresh. We loved pancakes and scrambled eggs. Breakfast is served on the top terrace with an amazing view. This is also the place where you can relax and drink beer. Food is very tasty and at low prices Beach 🏖️ is approx 2 km from hotel on a island. There is a small electric train taking people to the beach, an amazing attraction for kids and adults especially when driving through the bridge that is 500m long. The beach is sandy and the hotel offers free sunbeds and umbrellas for all guest. The sea is great, very shallow and very safe for kids. Hotel is located in a national park surrounded by forest and sea, very quiet spot perfect for family holidays. Many small restaurants around are hidden in the forest. By the way in the local town you will eat the best greek kebab you can ever imagine! Views, swimming pool, beach Just perfect combination. We were quite scarry before we booked that hotel, but from the moment we arrived we were in the "wow" mode all the time. Amazing value for money. Forget about overcrowded Durres, this resort is fantastic for family vacation. I will honestly point out elements I didn't like it and I think that hotel can improve in this areas. Room bathroom especially toilets needs attention. I was under the impression that someone started revamping and stopped at 70% leaving the rest unfinished. Fridges in the rooms are 20 years old, seals Are not sealing doors so loosing massive amount of cold from inside. Only one hanger in the wardrobe. Men's toilets at the swimming pool should be cleaned I mean properly cleaned often. No prices in the pool bar, very frustrating. But again, the price we paid and all other beautiful parts of that resort make me think that those few negatives don't impact my rating for this hotel.

• fazli (10/5): - Friendly and welcoming staff. Amazing location. Rooms were cleaned every day! Breakfast was delicious with variety of fresh foods, the garden spacious with big pine trees, a great swimming pool, nice playground for kids . Also animals\ birds like ostriches, peacocks, pegeons, goats, turtles, chickens... made this trip very attractive,especially for kids. A transport to the beach with a small train that goes through a nice paved path with trees aside and a long wooden bridge crossing the lagoon to get to the sandy amazing beach. A museum of Karavasta lagoon and boat trips to the lagoon are just 5 minutes by car, and there is a nice small café in the park near the tower. Small shops are very close to the hotel. The air quality is high...Simply wonderful! A baby stroller ramp should be placed in the entrance to the garden!
• CLAIRE (9/5): - L'hôtel est top, propre et qui offre de nombreux services (piscine, restaurant, plage privée, animaux (paons et autruches), petit train, jeux pour les enfants) . Le personnel est très agréable et attentionné. Nous y étions logés dans une suite spacieuse. L'emplacement de l'hôtel nous a permis de randonner à proximité immédiate sur plusieurs jours dans des espaces naturels de toute beauté. Et nous avons pu repartir avec des produits locaux. Le petit dej est correct (salé, sucré) et restaurant également sympa avec carte diversifiée. Encore un grand merci au personnel, de l'accueil aux femmes de ménages, pour leur serviabilité. Pour dire quelque chose, la musique un peu trop forte quelque fois à la piscine.
• Dominika (10/5): Jest lepiej niż wynika z opinii. - Basen jest super. Nasze doświadczenia z basenami w 3 obiektach były bardzo mieszane. Tutaj basen jest wliczony w cenę, duży. Podział na kilka zbiorników powala na super zabawę dzieciom. Pokój był suchy i przestronny. Miał taras. Śniadanie było dobre, a bufet wystarczająco szeroki. Wszystko świeże i donoszone na bieżąco. Nie wiem skąd wynikają te wszystkie negatywne opinie, ale wszystko było super. Pokój stanowczo przeszedł poważne zalanie. Panele były powyginane, a ze ściany schodziła farba. Trzeba to co najmniej odświeżyć. Po wzięciu prysznica w łazience stała woda i ściekała wieki przez co trzeba było po kałuży iść, żeby dostać się do toalety.

The breakfast was very good, but what stood out the most was the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and ready to assist with anything you might need. Special thanks to the amazing reception team—especially the extraordinary Fazi, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I would also like to thank the restaurant staff, particularly Mateo, Kosta, Kastro, and the rest of the crew whose names I didn’t catch, but who were equally professional and friendly. A truly great experience—I would gladly return!

Il a pris le temps à chaque fois de satisfaire nos demandes instantanément. Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est bien, la terrasse est hyper agréable avec une vue imprenable. Le parc pour enfants a été très utilisé, l'équipement est top. Parking accessible et gratuit. La verdure est omniprésente ce qui est appréciable en temps de chaleur. Bref, on a adoré notre séjour. Vous pouvez rester à l'hôtel, vous aurez de quoi faire, mais si vous voulez faire du tourisme vert autour il vous faut une voiture. Sinon, l'hôtel était impeccable j'ai rien à dire

• arnaud (7/5): Great resort but... - Very nice resort located in a fascinating natural reserve. We enjoyed our short stay and the hotel facilities (pool / restaurant / waterfront). We had our lunch and diner at the hotel's restaurant and enjoyed the food and the quality of the service. 2 things to mention which are NOT what is expected from a 4-star hotel: - the morning breakfast experience is not great at all, and felt more like a 'all inclusive' buffet with limited choice and poor quality products. - our appartment (room 225) was below expectation: broken lamp / rusty fridge in the living room, door to main balcony not locking properly, toilet flush not operating properly, dirty and torn down bathroom,... and I could go on. And to top it up: extremely high and repetitive high noise level originating from the laundry right below the room until 22:30, and on again at 08:30 in the morning! Stop renting this room or fix your laundry location, this is not the standard to offer to any guests! We left a bit bitter. The resort is great, but the room left us extremely disappointed.

• Živa (9/5): Amazing resort with beautiful views - Amazing location, with beautiful sunsets. Very friendly stuff, big plus to the receptionist, always smiling and ready to help. Great location for families, our two kids enjoyed the pool and the sandy beach. And the walk to the beach is really beautiful. We wanted to travel around but we stayed more at the resort because it was more practical and kids loved it. Another plus are animals, ostriches, peacocks, turtles, goats and a lot of birds for birds watchers. We recommend it specially for people who like nature. Still a little bit Albanian messy but you can see they are trying and much better than anywhere around. Sometimes a little to loud music.
