- Bert (10/5): Exceptional - Very kind mias Tharanga and her brother, great place at the balcony-veranda in the morning, with birds and monkeys coming along in the morning. We arranged a cooking workshop via her sister and she baked me lovely sweet pancakes and we had nice chats, with the help of translation app. Thank you so much Tharanga :-)

There is a kitchen with fridge and basic cooking facilities. the bathroom has lovely hot showers. all the windows have fly screens and mosquito proof. the villa has fans and is cool and not requiring air conditioning. The villa is located in a quiet alleyway a few metres between the beach and matara road. it is also close to some great restaurants that serve sri lankan and western meals. The owner is a lovely honourable and helpful man of great integrity. nothing
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Super nice solutions If you are looking for more privacy, the villa is located very close to the beach, city centre and main facilities. We found it very clean, well introduced and well provided with tools for kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Good connection with wifi. Laudry service available. The owner, Chaminder is a fantastic person! Since the begin he was super helpful, especially for our situation (I'm with crutches after a little accident). He always make sure that everythings make you feeling at home. Super reccomended!!!
- Иванов (10/5): Exceptional - Liked the location of the property. not quite near the road due to this it is quieter at night than on the first line. the mistress lives nearby, who has a dog and I can safely store my things like that. the owner was friendly and went to compromises. Not fully built Villa no green area. But if you are actively resting, then you will not need it. For example, I only came to spend the night, and everything was fine.
