• Karen (9/5): Very good - A very comfortable and clean home from home. A good location only a couple of streets back from the seafront. Importantly, the beds were comfortable enough (2 of the 3 beds are only small doubles, but that was fine for us). Spacious kitchen area. Some of the cooking implements had gone walkabout (there was a list), but when we requested replacements, they were quickly brought round. Instructions for the central heating would have been useful. It was a bit too warm and we couldn't work out how to change it!

• ALISTAIR (8/5): Weather was great , we had a lovely family holiday on the beach. - Location was great 3 minutes walk to beach. 2 minutes to park. Great for families with kids. Local cockerel crows loudly very day from sunrise onwards. Bring some earplugs!

• christa (10/5): - Really nice locations, close to the beach, amazing house, very comfortable. A little tip if you are light sleeper earplugs might be a must since the seaguls scream a lot (not something the owners can do something about) Nothing it was just perfect
• Luke (9/5): Great stay - Great house, exactly what we needed, facilities fantastic, comfy beds, shower/bath all good, kitchen has everything you need. Think it's been mentioned before, there's a cockerell somewhere close that you can hear alot Quite a lot of seagull noise through the night, obviously coastal so cant be helped Also there's a break in a joint on the guttering above one of the bedrooms so can hear it drip on the bay window below for hours after it rains.

• Kendal (9/5): Highly recommended - -The house is in a nice, quiet area. -Its a 5 minute walk to the beach and a park for dogs. -It was well equipped, comfortable and spacious. -Check in was really easy and the house was easy to find. -It was mostly very clean. -Parking was really easy. We could park right outside the house for the whole stay. -Communication was good. When I asked for the lockbox code the reply was very quick. -Smart TV with all the apps. -Good, strong WiFi Would definitely recommend this house and stay again. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here so the following are only minor issues: -Could do with some coat hooks. We had to hang them off the back of the kitchen chairs trailing on the floor -Hairdryers would also be really handy -There were a couple of places the cleaner had missed; the toilet brush hadn't been rinsed and still had previous guests mess on it, cutlery needed a re-wash and there was a huge cobweb behind the door of one of the bedrooms -Had to ask for the lockbox code as it hadn't been sent yet with only a short time until check in -Couldn't access terrestrial TV

• Paula (8/5): Very good - Location is good. Bedseds are comfortable . It was mostly clean. All the mirrors in the rooms were postioned to high The drinking glasses were still wet. Some of the lower cupboards had food stains on them.

• Ben (9/5): Great host, lovely property, fantastic value for money. - The location was brillent and a fantastic property, and an absolute hidden gem. Fresh and new through out with plenty of light in every room. Nothing not to like.
