- Ματουλα (10/5): Άριστη - Ήταν η δεύτερη φορά που έμεινα από επιλογή. Ήταν όλα τέλεια. Το πρωινό παρά πολύ ποιοτικό, κάτι που σπανίζει. Καθαριότητα και εξυπηρέτηση άψογη. Μας έκαναν αναβάθμιση δωματίου χωρίς να το ζητήσουμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα. θα ήθελα κάποια επιλογή σε ποιοτικότερο μαξιλάρι, το επιβάλει η ποιότητα όλων των υπόλοιπων παροχών.

- Michael (8/5): Für eine Nacht war es für uns in Ordnung. - Gute Lage zum Olympia Stadion. Daher auch recht teuer. Im Umfeld wenig Gastronomie. Im Hotel selber gab’s kein Angebot für einen Absacker.

- Nikolaos (4/5): Enttäuschend und unprofessionell. - Gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Zimmer. Es war unserer dritte Aufenthalt in Wellnest Hotel und leider waren wir dieses Mal richtig enttäuscht. Wir haben ein Standardzimmer für 2 Nächte (Freitag und Samstag) gebucht und haben das Zimmer 105 bekommen. Das Zimmer befindet sich direkt am Treppenhaus auf der ersten Etage. Bereits um 7 Uhr morgens wurden wir von den Gesprächen im Bereich des Empfangs geweckt. Außerdem stank das Zimmer während der gesamten Frühstückszeit als wenn das Frühstück im Zimmer selbst gekocht wäre. Wir haben unsere Unzufriedenheit mit dem Zimmer direkt um die Uhrzeit geäußert und gaben der Dame am Empfang einigen Stunden Zeit eine Lösung zu finden. Wir haben dann versucht weiterzuschlafen nur um eine Stunde später von der Musik aus dem Empfangsbereich aufzuwachen. Auf Nachfrage hatte die Dame am Empfang keine Lösung anzubieten. Ein anderes Zimmer sei wohl nicht verfügbar gewesen. Unsrer Wunsch mit den Manager zu sprechen hat dann dazu geführt, dass die Dame aus dem Empfang mit dem Manager selber telefonierte und plötzlich uns doch ein anderes Zimmer geben konnte, was die Dame sogar als „upgrade“ präsentieren wollte (ein etwa größeres Zimmer ist natürlich keine Entschädigung wenn man im bezahlten Zimmer ab 7 Uhr morgens nicht schlafen kann und wenn die Fenster aufgrund des Geruchs bis zur Mittagszeit aufbleiben müssen). Letztendlich war das neu Zimmer in Ordnung (kannten wir sogar aus unserem Voraufenthalt). Wir wollten unsere Unzufriedenheit der Hotelverwaltung direkt vor Ort weiterleiten. Da der Manager aber offensichtlich keine Lust hatte mit uns zu sprechen, hinterlassen wir unsere Meinung hier als Feedback. Wir waren bis jetzt mit dem Hotel zufrieden aber ein Zimmer so nah am Empfang ohne vernünftige Schallisolierung und ohne vernünftige Belüftung anzubieten einfach um paar Euro mehr pro Nacht zu verdienen ist rein unprofessionell und in Kombination mit wie das Personal die Situation gehandhabt hat dazu geführt, dass Sie mit dieser Art und Weise zwei Kunden verloren haben.

Τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ άνετα, ιδιαίτερα η σουίτα, και η τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο ΥΓΕΙΑ, όπου είχαμε ραντεβού. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και μας βοήθησε αμέσως σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε.
