• Urs (9/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung an guter Lage. - Sehr schöne, saubere und komfortable Wohnung an guter Lage. Die Wohnung ist gross und hell. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig, wir haben ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Die Nähe zum See und zu den Supermärkten Migros und Denner ist auch von Vorteil. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Die folgenden kleinen Mängel sind uns aufgefallen: Die total zerkratzten Teflonpfannen sollten ersetzt werden. Beim Kühlschrank sollte eine Abdichtung wieder angeklebt werden. In der Dusche sollte bei der rechten Glastüre die untere Festhalterung repariert oder ersetzt werden.

• Aj (6/5): Wonderful Place, Double check that it’s been properly cleaned - Fantastic location - has everything you need for a working trip or a vacation getaway. The rooftop is excellent and the garage parking. WiFi is great as well. The property was beyond dirty. I did a video for the staff(the staff is exceptional and great) but I realised after sending them the video of just how dirty the place was, that the staff/owners did not know the cleaning crew was not actually cleaning this property. The kitchen counters had dead insects and heavy dust all over. The shower had leftover human fluids on the wall that obviously had not been cleaned; but the floors were the worst. I took my shoes off and had white socks on, literally they turned a heavy black within 2 minutes of putting my suitcases into the bedroom and walking around the place. The floors were filthy and probably and most certainly had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. They were just disgusting. There was heavy dust everywhere - I did do a video for the property mangers and they profusely apologized- There was also coffee stains on the floor near the coffee machine - again pointing to the fact that the floors had not been cleaned. The managers were very sorry - I would say that this property was great except this. It is not okay to book a location that really has not been cleaned properly to the degree. But the property managers have other properties I’ve stayed at in Lugano, and those properties were super clean- so I think it’s just an issue with whoever cleans this one for them, and hopefully they are addressing the issues with their cleaning staff- 🙏

Gastgeber Stefano war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und äußerst hilfsbereit und stand uns bei allen Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, komfortabel und in einer hervorragenden Lage. Ich würde diese Unterkunft ohne Zweifel weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles

• Harold (10/5): A Excellent Stay in Lugano/Paradiso - The location was perfect for my needs. The hosts were courteous and responsive. The accommodation was excellent and had everything I needed. I would recommend this location to any one staying in Lugano or Paradiso.
• Andreas (6/5): Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt - Lage perfekt, genügend Platz und gute Einteilung der Räumlichkeiten. Unkomplizierte Übergabe der Schlüssel. Bett bequem. Spärlich eingerichtete Küchenutensilien, total zerkratzte Deflonpfannen, keine Bettbezüge vorhanden, Duschablauf stinkend und verstopft. Es wurde uns angeboten, einen Sanitär zu schicken, was wir abgelehnt haben, da wir uns während unserer Ferien nicht zeitlich einschränken wollten. Allgemein Sauberkeit eher schlecht (sockelleisten, Rollläden…)

• Christian (9/5): - Propre, confortable et moderne. La vue sur san Salvatore et la climatisation marchait parfaitement bien! Sans oublier la place de parking au souterrain. Trop de luminosité avec les volets descendus. Le soleil se levant tôt à cette période, difficile d'avoir de l'obscurité pour dormir correctement le matin tôt. Un rideau supplémentaire aurait été appréciable.

• Weronika (8/5): Great location, good value, comfortable and neutral space - Good size - extremely comfortable for two people staying for a week. Location was great, a short walk from Paradiso station and the funicular and to the lake, and a lovely stroll along the lake to central Lugano (about 15 min, but never felt too long because it is such a pleasant walk!). Instructions and access were very clear. There are enough cooking items in the kitchen for basic self catering (e.g. some oils and vinegars, basic seasonings, a few pots and a pan etc), and an excellent supermarket just a few minutes away. Very grateful for the A/C as well! We forgot to bring a special adapter for Swiss plugs and were very appreciative that a spare one was available in a drawer. There are blinds in the bedroom but no curtains, which give you privacy but lets in a lot of light in the morning. There is a slight smell in the bathroom from the drain, not major but unpleasant.

• A (6/5): Pleasant two days in a very nice apartment that could have been better with just a few modifications - Very nice place that is situated on top floor (5th), with a good price regarding that it was in Paradiso area of Lugano. Apartment is pretty much newly refurbished, has two balconies and very good home appliances: nice Samsung TV, Bosch kitchen appliances, quality Mitsubishi Electric climate system and so on. We missed microwave for quick cooking and desinfection also kitchen is good maybe for breakfast but not for cooking a big meal because there is a lack of dishes and cooking utensils. Underground garage is a big plus that comes in package with flat. A YouTube video explaining all the details about the apartment is a nice addition. Also communication with apartment manager through Booking app was fast and pleasant. We came on a rainy day and the key to the flat was not in the lock box, so I had to call and wait for the apartment manager to come and give me the key personally. (The key was apparently in the mailbox and not in the lock box). He came quickly so at least we didn't have to wait too long. The second thing was much more serious because when we finally got into the apartment there was a heavy smell (flat was not ventilated for a long time ) and it was full of women's hair! There were at least 20 or more places with women's hair on all the floors: in the bedroom, bathroom, living room and almost everywhere, so I had to vacuum for at least an hour or more after I just got from my trip. Third thing thing is also important... Sofa is very bad for sleeping and bedroom bed is not much better either (slept first night on sofa, broke my back then went next night to bedroom It was not big improvement). Last but not least towels, duvet and bed covers could have been in better condition and not worn and stained. (luckily we brought our towels so at least we didn't have to use the ones we found in apartment).

• Danica (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, spacious and clean apartment in the centre of Paradiso (just 15 min walk to Lugano centre). There are Migros Supermarket, Post and Bakery Shop just a few steps from the apartment. We will definitely book this apartment next time when we visit Lugano. Everything was perfect.

• David (7/5): Would not rent again. - Modern in convenient location for funicular and bus to train station. Sounds like a corporate owner cutting corners to save money. Coffee pods from previous guests not emptied. Cheapest plastic trash can in bathroom that was broke, two tiny tiny shower soaps, why even include, regular pillows instead of memory foam in closet to use with no pillow cases. Pillow cases on bed were like decorative ones, not ones for sleeping. If bedding in closet is just thrown in and not folded, to me it is probably not clean. A iron in closet but no ironing board. One light on night stands, cord for other side but missing. Not a single USB outlet in apartment, this is 2024. With stuff like this, will never be excellent..
