- Maho (10/5): Very comfortable at home place - We loved our stay at Shambani house. The place was very clean, comfortable with beautiful decor done to a high standard. The breakfast and dinner was delicious and healthy. The hosts however are the highlight for us; Hansmark was always helpful and assisted us with anything we needed. Our conversations were always rich and exciting full of cultural exchange. The whole family was wonderful and a joy to be around. Shower had hot water and great water pressure. Thanks again for the nice talks and the great stay 👍🏻

- Heather (10/5): Peaceful oasis surrounded by real Tanzanian neighborhood - Shambani House is like a small peaceful oasis surrounded by a typical Tanzanian neighborhood. You live close to many local families, but thanks to your own little guesthouse, you can always take a timeout and enjoy the comfort of your own small two rooms (bedroom and living room, it even has a refrigerator, and an own nice new bathroom too). The hosts Hancemark and Evelyn took care of me wonderfully! Evelyn cooked the best and most delicious Tanzanian dishes, and if I needed to go somewhere, I could just easy take a ride with Hancemark and his "boda boda". He even has an extra helmet. . I can only recommend Shambani House warmly. The surrounding streets are not yet tarmac roads (like most places). But this is not a problem for the host Hancemark, he brought me safely to every place I wanted to go.
