• Lorill (10/5): Incredible views and host Tina makes you feel like family. - Stunning views, comfortable room, and host Tina was so sweet and accommodating. Tina helped arrange a lovely surprise for my sister’s birthday. We drank wine on the roof top with the most incredible views. Tina made sure we had everything we needed and her recommendations for tours and restaurants were spot on. I’d highly recommend staying at the Panorama hotel, and with Tina as your host, it is a must stay! She makes you feel like family. We will be back!

I had the top room which had an amazing and breathtaking panoramic view. Bed was comfortable and shower was roomy. Breakfast downstairs in the surprisingly large dining area was filling. Appreciated my interactions with all the staff. hope to be back in Naxos again and would absolutely stay again. I don’t think the refrigerator in the room worked. The water in there was not even cool. Not the worst thing and should be fixable.

• Falguni (6/5): - The hotel is on good location but around the property is abandoned building. The way to go to hotel is quite difficult with bags since no bell boy service. There was no communication before, the other property I stayed in visiting Greece reached out to me on what’s app with questions.. if you are with family, bathroom will be so congested so keep that in mind. Overall is okay though.

• Brenda (9/5): Wonderful historic hotel! - This is a small character filled hotel. Our room had a beautiful view of Apollo’s temple ruins and the edge of the castle could be seen out the 2nd window. Tina, at reception was very friendly, informative and helped with anything we needed! She also provided a wonderful breakfast of coffee, juice, bread, fruit, yogurt, and a boiled egg. Yummy! Our room was small but clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom had beautiful marble! The location is conveniently located to the port and bus terminal, and is in the historic winding pedestrian streets. Google Maps led us to a locked gate and brick wall once, so you can’t always trust it to lead you through the maze of little streets but we always found our way out eventually! It was a bit tricky to find but that was all part of the fun!

A fine giornata, al rientro, ci intrattenevamo con loro per fare delle chiacchiere. Terrazza sul tetto con vista strepitosa. Ci torneremo, se capita l'occasione C'era qualche lampadina rotta, ma niente di che. Per il tipo di camera il prezzo potrebbe essere più basso.

Room is bigger than I expected with all facilities well maintained, the hostess Tina is lovely lady and just follow her recommendations for meal on the island. We will be back next time. We have a sea view room , great view to overview the famous Apollo portal frame. It will be better to have a warm blanket in the wardrobe, as it gets chilly in the night.

• Chauntel (10/5): - We were lucky enough to have the top bedroom located on the balcony floor. The views are exceptional. The castle located in the back and the Temple of Apollo right in front, offered an amazing way to see the island. It’s also located away from the touristy area but close enough to all the shops and restaurants. The staff, Tina, was so kind and helpful and even provided recommendations for the island. Also the cats are very cute and pretty. It is a HIKE to get to the hotel but totally worth it

• Tiia (8/5): - The room was nice and the view to the temple of Apollo was great. The staff were helpful. Breakfast is only available if you order it the day before, so not even coffee is available. Also a minor inconvenience is that there is no elevator. The biggest downside, however, was that at least part of the staff didn't seem to be informed about whether or not we had been charged. We had paid our stay beforehand, but when we were checking out we were told that we had not yet paid. Had we not checked our credit card statement to make sure, we would have ended up paying twice.

• Lesley (8/5): Character property, friendly staff with good views but limited facilities - The views are amazing. The breakfast was OK - Typical Greek in a characterful basement room. The hosts and staff were very friendly. The hotel offered free transportation from the port to the hotel which is in the old town quite far uphill. Unfortunately the arrival transfer didn't arrive and we had to haul our cases up steps and uphill. Then on departure our cases were given to someone we hadn't met and arrangements at the port to retrieve weren't clear and unfortunately we were asked to pay when we had been told it was free. This happened when we had little time, as making our way to the ferry to depart. Until then we had really enjoyed our stay and this caused unnecessary stress.

Totul este la indemana, zona cu magazine si restaurante, statia de autobuz si emblematicul monument Portara (5 minute de mers pe jos). Gazdele noastre au fost foarte atente, ne-au ajutat cu informatii si am ramas uimiti sa aflam ca poarta Romania in suflet cu nostalgie. Terasa este perfecta pentru apus fantastic. O locatie excelenta!

La stanza era un pò piccolina ma lo sapevamo, Irene ci aveva avvisato, anche perchè abbiamo fatto aggiungere un terzo letto che inizialmente non era previsto. In ogni caso siamo stati benissimo, in fondo, in camera ci stavamo soltanto per dormire.

Right in the old town set amongst the narrow streets near to the beautiful shops and tavernas. I would totally recommend, and I would come back. Naxos is amazing and this was great place to stay.

The hotel was in an amazing location in the old town at the top of the hill, with incredible views from the roof top overlooking the town of Naxos and ferry port. Many great restaurants and bars within 5 mins - the sea also 10 mins walking to Agios Giorgos, and for everything else the bus station and port within a few mins too. To top it all off, Tina is an amazing host making sure I checked in easily and had a great stay with places to go and things to do. N/A

Location is so quaint however not the best scenario when you’re lugging big bags….you have to walk the narrow paths to get to hotel, but that makes up for the charm of the area and the property. None

• Susan (7/5): Comfortable and staff amazing but be aware that the alleyways are like a labyrinth, and steep - Tina was beyond helpful and arranged for someone to pick up my luggage from the boat and deliver it on departure, for a small fee. This was a tremendous help as the location is high up near the castle and being sick and short of breathe I would never have been able to deal with this. Her communication at all times was great. She provided the room straight away which i was grateful for. Though i was told this was an upgrade there were some aspects that need to be reviewed. Tina had provided a jug of water and the next day it was removed and not replaced. As i threw up during the night, it would have been good to have this water available. Additionally the TV faces the door so there is no way you can view it and the towel rail had fallen off the wall before i arrived and just lay on the bench.

The view from the Panorama rooftop is gorgeous. - The location and view were beautiful, the room was excellent, the staff was very nice and attentive, and the breakfast was exactly what we needed. I had a little trouble trying to close the shutters to block out the morning light. I didn't ask for any assistance, so that's on me. I know they would have quickly closed it for me.
• Annette (10/5): A Gem - We had a wonderful stay in the Panorama Our first time there and what an experience. Bill and Irene met us on Day 1 and told us some of the local history and sights to see. Their recommendations didn't disappoint. About Tina our host we could not praise her enough. Her breakfast each morning was superb. Anything we needed she provided. A gem. We will be returning.

• Alfred (10/5): Comfortable and clean haven at the top of the town - Warm welcome and lots of advice from Tina, beautiful bedding, a great shower, spacious room (we booked a junior suite), wonderful views, kettle on request. Lots of individual touches with the decor. We liked everything but if we were to be super picky, not having your own private balcony would be a negative point. That said there are 3 balconies/terraces the guests can access. More chairs on these especially in high season would be useful. As stated we are being really picky as this was a great place and we would stay here again

• Maxine (9/5): Lovely Stay at Panorama - Our stay at Panorama was lovely. Our room was spacious, fresh, big, fluffy towels every day. Huge room and bed (Junior Suite). We could see the Portara from our window. Amazing views, sunsets from the rooftop, we took our drinks up there and watched the sunset, stunning. Tina was very helpful and answered all our questions and gave advice. Loved our stay. Nothing
• Peter (10/5): A top class location, with an amazing host who won’t let you down, a gem of an accommodation to enjoy your time on Paros - A great location improved by an upgrade which gave me views of the city, port, and Temple of Apollo. Very handy to get down to the harbour foreshore where all the restaurants, souviset shops and travel businesses are to be found. The host Tina was an absolute diamond her bubbly personality suits her occupation of horko manager. Daily servicing by the cleaner was a big plus. I can’t think if any negative comments.

Quite a bit of slopes and stairs to get up to the hotel, which might be difficult for those with heavy luggage. Advisable to get a transfer with additional charge.
