• Midori (6/5): ちょうど良いロケーション！ - 街から歩ける距離にあり、静かにすごせました。またプールに入って火照った体をひやせて、良かったです。 2人で過ごすには十分な広さでした！ トイレの排水が悪く、次の日に伝えて確認していただきました。 シーツにシミがあり、気になりました。 プールに入ったり、毎日シャワーを浴びたので、 毎日タオル交換していただけたら良かった。

• Petra (8/5): Comfortabel en niet ver van het centrum. Wel vervoer nodig. - Lekker bed en veel ruimte in de kamer en op het terras. Keukenfaciliteiten aanwezig. Rustige ligging. Moeilijk te vinden, Ook voor taxi’s. Je moest vanaf de weg een smal paadje aflopen om bij het huisje te komen.
• Maureen (10/5): Diamond in the rough! - Ununara Villa was amazing! The private pool was wonderful! The delicious breakfast was a great way to start our day! Highly recommend! The attendants were very helpful assisting with our luggage as we walked down the path to the villa.

• Sarah (8/5): Enjoyable holiday in Ubud, despite being low season and a bit stormy. Make sure you have strong shoes and a torch though - The property was modern and very clean. The shower was fabulous and the location was mostly peaceful I’m not sure why, but there was nobody to meet us when we arrived, and if a nearby villa staff member had not been present, we would have been lost. Also, the villa is down a laneway and it was hard to find the villa in the dark. You need a torch. Nearby building site was noisy at times, but that did not stop us enjoying the environment away from the busy streets of Ubud. It would have been good to have a small rack for drying clothes, and a parasol for by the pool, but otherwise we had all that we needed. The pool was very welcome after humid days, and the Netflix was a nice bonus

• Cameron (10/5): Amazing first time in Bali! - Few choices for breakfast, our favourite were fluffy pancakes! All needed to do is message his the day before with your chosen meal and time you would like it to be brought to the villa. Amazing service! Villa was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Host was very polite and friendly and also very kindly kept our suitcases in his office after check out (our flight was very late at night) Would recommend this villa :) Honestly we have enjoyed every little bit of the stay and there was not much we did not like! (Maybe too many ants but that’s a given in Bali! 😝 )
• Abbie (9/5): Nice Villa in a good location - The villa was much bigger than expected. It was clean and nicely decorated. The private pool was really nice too! The bed was also huge which was great. Nice outdoor kitchen area too. Had all the facilities you could need. About a 20 minute walk to one of the main roads in ubud (don’t use Apple Maps to find the villa as it takes you to the wrong place!). Also the WiFi worked well for us Villa 1’s pool faces a building so you don’t get the view of the rice fields and there is a window so people could see directly to the pool and into the villa when curtains are open. Also good to know there are cameras facing the pool in villa one, obviously for security reasons but would be better to be made aware of this as it feels less private. Aircon does take a while to cool the room down too and switches itself off at 11pm so have to wake up to put it back on.
• Shan (8/5): Quiet and removed from hustle and bustle of Bali - Lots of space and separate outdoor kitchen area, very private and quiet and beautiful plunge pool. Very elegant and new in design and features. Included robes to wear and slippers, a beautiful little retreat. Loved the outdoor bathroom. It was a way from town, we could walk 15 minutes to some warungs, yet found ourselves having to take the longer trip to the main town area a lot, the hill back up is a little steep. Of course gojek and grab are readily available also. No vehicle access to villa itself so have to take luggage along a 100metre concrete path and walk same when coming and going, fairly isolated, no road parking for drivers to easily wait when picking up/ dropping off. Yet all first world issues and what allows such a quiet, peaceful retreat.
• Dawn (1/5): We didn’t stay, we left to find another place to stay. Villas have a lot of potential, just need a little more care and - The caretaker was very nice and tried his best. The view and private pool looked very nice, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the negatives of the property. The location was a little difficult to get to, especially if you didn’t have a scooter. There was a long path from the main road, some in dirt, to get to the villa. If you’re under 40, probably not an issue. The doors to the villa didn’t fit properly, so there was a huge gap all the way around to let mosquitos in. Same with the doors to the pool. The bed was extremely hard, and all of the sheets were soiled and stained. You could see makeup left from previous guests on the pillowcases. The caretaker went through several sets and they were all the same. They just need to be replaced. The curtains were full of black mold, due to the high humidity. Just need to be washed often. And the toilet bedet was broken. We ended up leaving and finding another place to stay. The villas have a lot of potential, they just need a little more attention to detail.
• TheWorldTraveler (8/5): - Villa is nice. Spacious and clean. Was good to have a pool just for ourselves. Kitchen was useful, there was one small boiling pan and one frying pan. Liked that there is a cooler with cold and hot water, no need to use a kettle. Big fridge, well working. Spacious dining table. We took with Breakfast included and it was brought every morning to our villa. Quite average options though but it was enough for us. Most of hotels have the same breakfast so we knew what to expect. Loved the bathroom which is outside but well covered. Bed is very big, pillows are comfy. Staff who met us upon arrival and assisted on daily basis was not really welcoming. Never smiled nor introduced himself. Not even orientation around villa. Simply brought breakfast, asked if we require cleaning today and then left. We've been to Bali many times and never faced hospitality like that. Maybe he is not local, not sure. Some cons abt the villa: for such a big room has very limited storage space. Just a small stand with two shelves and 4 hangers. For private villa i wud expect smth bigger than that. Especially when its two people staying. Shower head was loose amd leaking. We had to ask to replace it. Maybe staff needs to check facilities before new guests arrive. Table outside is right on the sun spot for breakfast time. Even though its under the roof but its not fully covered so every morning it was very hot. And there was no shade that we cud move the table as it was from the sunny side. To sum it up- The road to the villa.... If you are coming with luggage, be ready to carry it as the path is very dark, dirty and uneven. You can break your luggage or make it very dirty. Also if you taking the bike, you have to be a really good driver as its not easy to access the road.

• Clémence (10/5): - Villa très bien aménagée, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Grande salle de bain, lit très confortable, piscine très agréable. Très bien placé, à quelques minutes en scooter du centre ville d’Ubud. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons eu le petit déjeuner servis tous les matins à l’heure que nous souhaitions. Toujours à l’heure, ce qui est hyper appréciable quand vous avons des excursions ou autre de prévues à une certaine heure. Le personnel est très gentil. Nous reviendrons ! Rien.

Zona muy tranquila de Ubud, apartada del bullicio del centro. Lo recomiendo sin ningún tipo de duda. Todo perfecto.

• Jeremy (9/5): Great value villa with private pool on edge of Ubud with easy 15min walk to town - Beautiful villa about 15min-20min walk from centre of Ubud. An easy walk, meant close to everything but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Great main bedroom, massive bathroom, beautiful private pool and open air kitchen/dining area. Breakfast each morning which was delicious and set us up for the day. Overall would happily stay there again Nothing springs to mind

The villa was clean, spacious and well appointed. It was easy to walk to eateries and to spa places. The outside area was lovely, private and the pool was refreshing. There were limited options for breakfast.

The hosts are formidable, the villas is super clean and location is perfect 👌🏽 they offer any kind of activity or services you might need in Ubud! we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly highly recommend it!

The accommodation was in a quiet place, but not far from the center. Renting a scooter is recommended, and there is a reliable rental company next to the accommodation.
