• Rodrigo (10/5): - UBICACIÓN EXCELENTE MUY CÓMODO Todo lo que buscas para una estancia en Salamanca. Todo muy limpio y ordenado a nuestra llegada. Comunicación con el propietario fácil y directa. Muchas facilidades cuando algo no funciona. No hay cortina o persiana para cubrir la ventana que se encuentra en la parte de arriba de la puerta. Primer rayo de sol a las 8:00 directo al dormitorio.
• Raquel (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena para visitar el casco histórico, supermercado cerca, restaurantes...aunque es un bajo que da a la calle, no hay nada de ruido y se descansa bien. Para aparcar está difícil pero he tenido suerte y los 3 días he encontrado sitio en la puerta. Hay parking cerca. Nada que destacar.
• Daniel (4/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Zentrale ruhige Lage, moderne Küche Ebenerdig, direkt vor der Wohnung ein Gehsteig! Kaum gereinigt, Flusen und Haare, Schiebetür zum Bad defekt. Wohnung muss zuerst aufgeheizt werden, was mit der Klimaanlage 15h dauert und sehr laut ist. Das Bad kann nicht geheizt werden ein Radiator fehlt. Mobiliar teilweise defekt. Duschmittel sind leer, kein Kaffe vorhanden. Unfreundliche aggressive Kommunikation ohne Unterstützung.
• eder (8/5): Un lugar agradable y confortable - La ubicación y la limpieza Teníamos que salir a las 12:00h. Hemos dejado todo recogido, sin basuras, barrido y ordenado. Pero hemos salido a las 12:04h para dejar todo arreglado y la señora de la casa ya estaba entrando para limpiar. Creo que un pelo más de margen estaría correcto para todos. Tanto para los propietarios como mara las huéspedes. Finalmente que la sartenes toca cambiar, están hechas polvo. Se pega todo.

• Alberto (10/5): Great place to stay in salamanca - Location. The apartment faced a park and is only a short walk to all the sights. The place is quiet yet near where you need to go. Water splashed out of the bath area. Corners need cleaning.
• David (10/5): would return tomorrow - I would call this a studio (an open space for living/kitchen/bedroom, the bathroom is off the bed area) the location was fantastic just 10 mins walking to every area. Also very quiet. Everything you need is available, everything is new and of high quality. nothing,
• Anna (9/5): Superb - All good: location, communication with host, WiFi for work, AC, bed. Special thanks for a kettle. It would be great to add some salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil to the kitchen supplies. Minimum expenses but guests will definitely be thankful
