• Vito Daniele (3/5): Non consigliato, solo se davvero disperati - La posizione e la vista Purtroppo quasi tutto il resto; l'appartamento e' in un stato trasandato e ci sono da pagare extra non dichiarati, senno' minacciano una cauzione da 1000 euro. le spese di soggiorno sono molto elevate e non in verita' versate dalla proprieta'.

• Carlo Giuseppe (1/5): gestione non trasparente - Ho dovuto trattare le condizioni di accesso sulla caparra. Nonostante i soldi spesi, sono stato spostato in altra struttura dopo la prima notte (la prima era OK, la seconda pessima) con spiegazioni poco chiare e senza restituzione di alcuna quota. Nonostante sia stato direzionato in struttura fuori dal centro cittadino (più di 50 minuti di taxi) e con una camera indecorosa.

• Magnus Aggerholm (1/5): - SCAM!!! Væggelus og forsøg på at snyde os for depositummet. Vi var seks piger, og alle kom hjem med væggelus efter vores ophold. Det blev et massivt arbejde for hver af os at slippe af med dem bagefter. Vi havde betalt 500 euro i depositum, som værten påstod aldrig var modtaget. Heldigvis havde vi filmet betalingen, ellers havde de nægtet alt. Alligevel brugte vi næsten to måneder på at kæmpe for at få vores egne penge tilbage, mens de lagde forhindringer i vejen hele tiden. Værten var svær at få fat i og ubehagelig at kommunikere med, især når vi krævede vores depositum. Stedet var beskidt, dårligt vedligeholdt og overhovedet ikke, hvad man forventer af et udlejningssted. Jeg håber virkelig, at andre kan bruge denne anmeldelse til at holde sig langt væk fra dette sted.
• Francesca (1/5): Il peggiore soggiorno della mia vita - Solo la veduta dalla terrazza, non godibile a causa del freddo Tutto. Accoglienza terribile, personale molto maleducato e aggressivo, che urlava volgarità, allagamento bagno, frigo rotto e pericoloso, mancato accesso all’appartamento all’orario previsto, per darmi entrare in casa ha preteso l’immediato pagamento 60€ per le pulizie (!!!) e 49€ di tassa di soggiorno (che di solito si paga sl check-out), sono stata disturbata la sera dell’arrivo dal proprietario fino ore 22:30, due giorni dopo voleva far entrare il suo idraulico con la forza, ho dovuto chiamare i carabinieri. L’appartamento non rispetta le norme di sicurezza, vanno denunciati proprietario e gestore anche al Comune di Roma per toglier loro la licenza. Ho inviato le foto a Booking, che per fortuna mi ha rimborsato almeno una delle 7 notti.
• Miguel (1/5): ESTAFA ENCUBIERTA - No es nada a lo acordado. Te pone un precio y una ubicacion y luego aclara en letra chica que solicita un deposito de 1000. Cuando le dije que NO estaba dispuesto a pagar eso me ofrecio por whatsapp otra direccion pero todo por telefono y ninguna garantia.
• Arantza Diez (1/5): IMPORTANTE LEER LOS COMENTARIOS - Nada, lo único bueno que se puede mencionar es el balcón. Es el peor lugar en el que me he podido hospedar en la vida, tan horrible que no sé ni por dónde empezar. El piso está sucio, la nevera rota, el aire acondicionado no funciona, el baño huele mal...y lo peor de todo es que está plagado de chinches desde hace tiempo, por lo que he podido leer en los comentarios. El dueño es un impresentable, nos cobró 50€ por unas sabanas más finas que el papel de fumar y unas toallas sucias, sin haber avisado de ello. Llegamos a la hora acordada y nos hizo esperar hasta casi las 10 de la noche para poder entrar en el apartamento, ya que "tenían que limpiarlo". Nos amenazó con cobrarnos los 500€ de fianza si no cancelabamos la reserva en Booking y no paró de amenazar hasta que lo hicimos. Nos estuvo acosando a llamadas y por miedo a que nos amenazara por cualquier otra cosa aceptamos todas las condiciones. De verdad, espero que si alguien más tiene intención de hospedarse aquí lea antes los comentarios, no le deseo a nadie que se le fastidien las vacaciones de esta manera.
• Federico (6/5): Apartamento recomendado solo para dormir - Éramos 6 personas y pudimos dormir cómodamente. Nos faltaron las toallas y el dueño nos las trajo a la misma noche. Las instalaciones estaban preparadas solo para dormir. La nevera no cerraba bien y la mesa del comedor estaba rota, al igual que el único armario de la habitación.

• Yohannes (1/5): Theft - I have not seen Bellavista, He take €464,51 since the address of the B&B was near to me I walk in the morning to anticipate the check-in , there was a female guard ( portineria) there, she show me the intercom of the B&B with difficulty, Some body answer me that the b&b is occupied for the next 7 days, I call the number of the owner & ask him why? He tell me that he has problems of availability, after long ping pong He proposed other alternatives saying that he has other apartments near, We were forced to accept to see it because we were almost on the street with a sick 75 years old man, Since I was busy I send my family in 5 with 2 taxis; it was not near, it was far suburb of Rome 1 hour drive. It was not an apartment, it was Horse stable converted to apartment with 2 single beds. I shut down blocked angry with owner. Disaster. I ask to refund me booking com. contacts and phone calls with Booking com; useless. I am heading to report it. can I public his Phone number of the owner? Local Phone number of booking.com was Milan extension 02 2333 1342

• Meta (3/5): - Zentrale Lage und schöner Ausblick. Beim Inventar ist vieles kaputt(Stühle und Tisch zb) und oder unvollständig (Geschirr, wenn vorhanden war es dreckig ). Bei Schlüsselübergabe wurde gesagt, man müsse noch 60 Euro für Bettwäsche zahlen, welches nirgends vorher stand! Auch die abgemachte Zeit wurde nicht eingehalten.
• Sandra (1/5): HORROR Y ROBO DE DINERO - HORROR PARA EMPEZAR ESTABA TODO SUCIO ABSOLUTAMENTE TODO HASTA COMIDA PODRIDA DE HASTA 3 dias PELOS EN LA CAMA , TODO SUCIO COMO ENNLAS FOTOS nos encontramos comida el apartamento olía fatal tardaron tres horas en venir a darnos una respuesta nos ponían pegas para reembolsarnos el dinero y nos pedían 500 € de depósito, los cuales no íbamos a pagar el chico con el que traté era italiano me dijo que era ruda sobre pasarle fotos de cómo estaba el apartamento en qué condiciones estaba solo la cama hecha, pero habían pelos encima de la cama como podéis observar en las fotos, había hasta aceite chorreando de la campana de la cocina congelador no se podía meter nada como se ve en la foto que solo había un hueco para una botella el chico italiano nos trató fatal como de locas voy a tratar de demandar este asunto. tampoco muy buena ubicación porque está todo muy oscuro muy cerca de la estación, pero por la noche fatal nos tuvimos que coger otro Hotel y ni siquiera pasamos ni una noche en ese apartamento nos quisieron pagar el taxi para irnos al otro Hotel, ya que el fallo habia sido de ellos

DESDE EL PRINCIPIO EL TRATO FUE PÉSIMO ME HIZO ESPERAR DOS HORAS EN LA CALLE CON DOS PERSONAS DE TERCERA EDAD, ME DIJO QUE HABÍA UN PROBLEMA CON EL ALOJAMIENTO Y LUEGO ME DEJO DE CONTESTAR, DESPUÉS DE HORAS DE LLAMARLE Y ESCRIBIRLE. CUANDO LLEGUE ME DI CUENTA DE QUE OLÍA SUPER MAL LA CASA ES VIEJA ESTÁ TODO EN MAL ESTADO, EN LAS CAMAS Y ALMOHADAS ESTÁN INFECTADOS DE BICHOS DE GARRAPATAS QUE SALEN EN LA NOCHE A PICARTE TODO EL CUERPO LO TENEMOS LLENO DE SARPULLIDOS ES INHUMANDO EL TRATO Y NO HACE NADA!!! ME QUEJÉ DESDE EL PRIMER DÍA Y SE HACE EL TONTO NO SOLUCIONO NADA, EL SABE QUE HAY ESOS BICHOS YA QUE HAY INSECTICIDAS PERO NO FUNCIONA PORQUE ES UNA PLAGA ESA CASA MÁS LOS ALBOROTA Y SALEN CAMINANDO POR TODOS LADOS .ENCIMA ME DIJO QUE POR FAVOR NO PONGA UNA MALA RESEÑA !!!! • Jamaimah (1/5): It was so bad - Nothing Bed bug infestation, the washing machine trapped all our clothes, owner charged us 500£ extra (I refused to pay a deposit so he made us PAY for another room ontop of what we already payed for) was extremely rude and demanding and kept messaging me again and again and involving himself in our business
• Guest (10/5): Vista unica - Che dire questa casa è accogliente e troppo carina, la vista dal balcone è unica e a questo prezzo veramente non si può chiedere di più . La posizione è perfetta perchè sta a pochi minuti da Termini. Sotto casa ci sono minimarket e supermercato. Consigliato a chi vuole visitare Toma centro senza spendere una fortuna!! Gli orari del Check in magari un poi più flessibili ma va bene
• jonathan (5/5): - L'emplacement ou est situé l appartement, la vue de la terrasse Manque de matériel et materiel defectueux,insécurité de l appartement ( prise décroché du mur, boîte en plastique collé au micro ondes, pas de lunettes de toilette, frigidaire qui ne ferme pas complètement, puce de lit, reste de la saleté de l ancien locataires quand nous sommes arrivés, pas de plaque pour utiliser le four, manque de serviette, machine a laver ne fonctionne pas)

• Michaela (1/5): Very stressful and unpleasant. - The host was very difficult to communicate with from our arrival until the end of our trip which we had to cut short at this location due to bed bugs. We were also charged a late check-in fee which we did not know about until the day of our arrival. It is not close to the attractions of Rome unless you want to take public transport. I would not recommend staying here.

• Geraldine (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE. Pick anywhere else! - DO NOT STAY HERE. Pick anywhere else! DO NOT STAY HERE. Pick anywhere else! Our experience was disastrous from start to finish. We requested a check-in (2-3 pm), but Frederiko refused without explanation, only allowing check-in from 6:30-9:30 pm. Upon arrival at 6:30, we hadn’t received any check-in details and had to call him. He arrived 20 minutes late with linen in bags, clearly stalling as the room wasn’t even prepared. Inside, conditions were awful: the bathroom window appeared to have a poop between glass pains (see photos) , the table was broken, the freezer unusable from ice build-up, and surfaces were dirty. Frederiko later wanted a deposit (E500 to be returned within 14 days) in exchange for a positive review and then threatened to change code if we didn’t comply. We left after one night having booked 3. Initially Frederiko offered a refund in exchange for no review but then he bailed on that offer. We have had to pay for 2 lots of accommodation and had a stressful, awful stay in Rom as a result.
• Tianyi (5/5): Passable - The location is near the university, which is quite good The microwave doesn’t work, the fan and the ventilator are very noisy, and we were lacking of toilet paper and plastic bags since the second day, and there’s no spare one.
• Gemma (7/5): Nice apartment with great Rome views, but a bit oberprices - It has an amazing balcony, the building is nice inside and the apartament has all basic needs. The location is a bit sketchy, didn’t felt super secure coming back at night, and the apartament was not really clean.
• Sean (10/5): Amazing experience - The location is an excellent spot, close to shops to get food and some restaurants. It has a beautiful view from the balcony. I recommend this to anyone travelling or staying in Rome! Beds are comfy too. And there's a lift to get to your floors quickly. I have no concerns everything was fine all facilities worked no problems
• Jhon (10/5): Very smart house in center of Roma - Federico was super and helped us a lot... the house is small but nice. The balcony is fantastic with a breathtaking view! Well served area, nearby supermarket, restaurants. Advise No air conditioning but only fans

• Lucija (1/5): 50 euros for late check in, be carefull! - When I booked the apartment I've told the host that our flight is at midnight and that we will arrive at apartment around 2 AM and is that ok for him. He didn't response until the day of arrival around 6 PM, so only 6 hours before our flight I didn't know if there will be someone for us when we arrive. When he finally responded he said for late check in we need to pay fee 50 euros. Since that was our only option we had to say yes. But at 2 am, nobody was there, he just opened front door with his phone and send the code to open the front door, which he could send us hours ago. So there was no point to pay us 50 euros for late check in since he didnt do anything. Beds are small. Bed in room for two persons is 120 cm, that is waaaay to small to have a decent sleep. Couch is uncomfortable, it has one board in the middle so you have to choose will you sleep on one side or the other side of couch which is pretty small. There was some smell on the balcony. There is no TV.

• Suda (1/5): AVOID this apartment at any cost - WiFi was working all the time. Did not have any issue with WiFi. I normally do not provide negative comments. I wrote below to prevent others from the same experience I had. I arrived at the property at very early morning. This was informed to the host before, but he did not reply to my message. After I arrived he gave me the pin over the phone to enter the appartment and for that a 100 euros late fee was requested. The late fee was not communicated before so I disagree to this amount. He threatened to chase me out. I refused to pay for 3 days and I requested to reduce the amount to 50 euros. Host's answer was he is the one make the decision and we have to pay what ever the amount he decides. I was getting continuous threatning calls over the phone and messages. On the 4th day I was informed, he is coming to the appartment to chase me out. As I had no other option I paid 70 euros. The host tries to rip you off. Try to threat and make you helpless and get maximum out of you. That’s how I felt. The oven is faulty, if you switch the oven on, the trip will switch off. Apartment was on the 8th floor and the trip switch was in the basement. No key is provided to the basement to sort this out either. If you want to have a stressful time with threats from the host this is the place to be. I advice you to avoid this apartment at any cost. I will provide the evidances (text messages the host sent) as a complaint to booking.com seperately.
