• Veronika (10/5): A spacious apartment close to the city center - A spacious and fully equipped apartment. Francesca was very helpful and always responded quickly. Parking was available right on the street — we visited off-season, so it was free. Everything was close by, and the city center was just a few steps away.
• Walter (8/5): Great location - The apartment was modern, spacious, very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Had a great nights sleep. Kitchen was well equiped and stocked. The location was excellent, just 5 minute walk from the station and just over 5 minutes walk to town centre. A well stocked supermarket was only 200 metres away. Wifi was strong and stable. Our host answered any questions we had promptly. Bathroom and bedroom doors scraped the floor when opening. Made alot of noise. Apartment is on second level and there is no lift which is not an issue if you bring smaller luggage.

• Diaan (10/5): Great location and super comfortable - The host was very responsive and informative and assisted with info almost immediately. She even spoilt us with some snacks and wine, nice touch! The apartment was easy to find on Google maps and the access instructions were clear and simple. Her mother lives next door so it was easy to assist when we needed what was missing. The location is superb! Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful park across the street and an easy 7min walk to the center of Polignano a Mare. The rooms are big with comfortable beds. The bathroom & big shower was a plus. We would highly recommend this apartment and would love to go back. Technically we were residents so it would be ideal to have the street parking with permit included into the price. There is free parking 500m away but it would be better to be closer as we used this as our base to travel everyday. The kitchen misses a few critical elements when you stay for longer than 2 nights i.e. toaster and better cooking pots and pans.
• Jesiel (10/5): Fantastic service, kind (Italian) hospitality. - If you are unsure where to stay, do yourself a favorite and go for Casa Francesca. Smooth check-in process since the beginning, and I haven’t met Francesca in person however good communication before, during and after the stay. Fantastic location 4min walking from Polignano al mare and 7min from the city centre, Lama Monachile, and Pietra Piata. Polignano a mare was a dream for years and staying here made everything even more special. There was also a pugliesi rose wine upon arrival which was shortly opened and appreciated. Grazie mille, Francesca for such kind hospitality. Alla prossima. Was too short :)
