- Marleen (10/5): Bijzonder mooi hotel, voor rust! - Prachtige en bijzondere plek! Een oase van rust. We verbleven in familie suite, met 2 jonge kinderen met veel energie. De suite was daar geschikt voor, ontbrak aan niets. De setting en ambiance van het hotel is erg rustgevend, dus met energieke kinderen was het misschien niet helemaal de juiste plek. Dat doet niets af aan deze fijne plek! Met het mini prive zwembadje bij de familie suite vermaken de kinderen zich wel goed, zonder dat andere daar al te veel last van hebben (hoop ik). En op 2 minuten loopafstand zit een speeltuin voor kleine kinderen. Service is goed. Super vriendelijk en ontspannen personeel. Mooie inrichting. En restaurant beneden ook fijne plek met lekker eten en goede cocktail. Heet water in douche was lastig af te stellen. Dus of te koud, of al snel te heet. En ik miste kastruimte in de suite. Het hotel bevindt zich direct aan de snelweg, dus bij binnenkomst denk je even “waar ben ik belandt”, maar zodra je de voordeur sluit vergeet je het en wordt je meegenomen in de rust en pracht van deze plek! Van het verkeer/geluid heb je geen last (op onze kamer). Wel fijn om met auto naar dit verblijf te gaan, qua bereikbaarheid.

- Elizabeth (9/5): Muy recomendable. Cómodo y limpio. - Lo que más me gustó fue que todo estaba muy limpio y la cama era muy cómoda. El alojamiento era acogedor, muy bonito y agradable. Además, en la habitación teníamos cafetera y tetera, lo cual fue un detalle estupendo. Junto a la recepción había una máquina para rellenar agua, y también una pequeña cocina donde por las mañanas ofrecían más café, té y galletas. No me gustó la cerradura digital de la entrada. Nos dio problemas por la noche y casi no podemos entrar al alojamiento. Sustituiría este método por códigos, por ejemplo.

- Alba (7/5): Bien pero falta cuidar detalles - El personal muy amable. El restaurante del hotel muy bueno. La ubicación no es ideal. Está en medio de la nada y al lado de una carretera. Tienes que aparcar en un parking un poco desolado y andar por una acera destrozada (muy difícil con maletas). Las instalaciones en general están bien pero en concreto en nuestra habitación el baño estaba descuidado y en el plato de ducha había moho. Estos detalles habría que cuidarlos porque marcan la diferencia. Cuando llegas te dicen que hay siempre comida (fruta, galletas, croissants) a disposición del cliente pero la realidad es que no hay nunca nada porque se acaba y no lo reponen.
- Elodie (4/5): Attention bruit soirée - Nous avons beaucoup aimé la décoration, le fait d’avoir de quoi grignoter (fruits , biscuits , viennoiseries ) ainsi que des boissons ( thé , café , eau detox) à volonté dans la partie commune et à n’importe quel moment de la journée aussi que la bouilloire et la machine à café dans la chambre . Le bruit !!!! Catastrophique… Nous nous étions préparé au bruit de la route comme déjà stipulé dans beaucoup de commentaire mais ce n’est pas ce qui nous a dérangé au final car nous n’avions pas la chambre la plus proche de l’axe routier et nous avions prévu les boules quies . Par contre , le bruit de la ventilation était plus fort que celui de la route , le bloc était décollé du mur donc énormément de bruit et la VMC étant très haute nous n’avions pas accès pour la remettre . Pour la 2 eme nuit , nous avions une nuit courte en raison du fait que nous prenions l’avions très tôt le lendemain matin , et ce fut la pire nuit sur les 2 car il y avait une soirée concert au bar /resto qui donne juste en dessous de notre chambre dont 2 fenêtres en direct . La soirée avait l’air très sympa avec DJ , saxo ,… le micro et j’en passe , mais pour le coup nous avions plus envie de dormir que de faire la fête donc très très contraignant … c’est vraiment dommage que personne ne nous ai prévenu … et qu’il mette des gens dans cette chambre les soirs des grosses soirée … Ça n’est pas du tout à mon habitude de laisser des commentaires négatifs mais je pense aux prochains voyageurs qui comme nous veulent se reposer avant de prendre l’avion , et je préfère avertir …

- Almudena (7/5): Aceptable - Hotel muy chulo con una decoración bonita. Si tienes coche es un sitio que pilla genial para coger la autovía y moverte por toda la isla. Ya sabíamos que no hay nada alrededor, por eso mismo nos extrañó que la habitación no contase con una mininevera por si necesitas conservar algo. Te obliga si o si a ir al restaurante adosado al hotel, que por cierto está muy bien. El wifi no llegaba hasta nuestra habitación y no había muy buena cobertura. Además, nos tuvimos que duchar con agua semi fría

- S.R. (7/5): - Het hotel en de inrichting ziet er prachtig uit, daar is veel aandacht aan besteed. De kamer en badkamer waren heel schoon en personeel is vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt vlak langs een drukke autoweg, maar hierdoor wel centraal. Er is meer dan voldoende ruimte om gratis te parkeren met een korte wandeling naar het hotel. Wat echt minder is, is de geluidsoverlast. Onze kamer was bij de receptie en de binnentuin, waarschijnlijk door de akoestiek van het gebouw klinkt alles alsof het in je kamer gebeurd. Je hoort constant deuren open en dichtgaan, mensen (hard) praten, kinderen rennen etc. De muziek op de binnenplaats is te hard en tot te laat (22:30 uur) naar ons idee. In onze kamer was het geen achtergrondmuziek en hierdoor erg hinderlijk . Wij hadden echter geen last van het geluid van de autoweg. Wat wij misten op de kamer was een kleine koelkast en een kledingkast met hang gedeelte.

- Philippe (7/5): Cadre charmant et soigné mais séjour perturbé pas conditions météo - Le cadre est charmant et soigné Un peu proche de la voie rapide mais assez bien insonorisé. Circonstances exceptionnelles d’une tempête qui a inondé notre chambre et rendu la salle de bain impraticable. Peu de réactivité de la direction mais personnel charmant diligent et compatissant compte tenu des circonstances difficiles. Aucun geste commercial proposé (petit déjeuner par exemple) qui aurait été apprécié après une nuit mouvementée !

- Marine (7/5): Un chouette concept mais des choses à améliorer, en particulier pour accueillir une famille. - Hôtel très beau une fois à l'intérieur, personnel aux petits soins, petit havre de paix. Gros bémol sur l'accessibilité, en particulier avec des enfants en bas âge. Parking à 100m au bord de l'autoroute, il faut longer l'autoroute sur un chemin escarpé pour arriver à l'hôtel. Idem pour accéder à la chambre familiale, encore des escaliers donc si poussette ou grosse valise, c'est là aussi pénible. La terrasse et piscine privative mériteraient d'être fermées, les gens qui passent dans le couloir en revenant de la piscine commune plongent dessus.
- corina (8/5): Nice place , but not exactly as expected - The hotel is part of an old house , typical canarian style . Well decorated with typical furniture, just like in the pictures . The patio area and the terrace are great , allowing to relax in the sun and enjoy the sea view . We didn’t try the swimming pool . Parking was available as mentioned 400 m from the hotel . Breakfast options and dinner are available at the restaurant just next to the hotel , Nativo , that is quite good , however found the breakfast overpriced . The location of the hotel is really next to the highway exit . The rooms are small and missing space for our big luggage , we had to improvise . You could hear the neighbours showering , the discussions at the reception (as our room was close to it ) , no privacy as our only window faced the patio .

- Franz SLM (9/5): Soggiorno a Moya - Hotel di charme in classico stile canario molto soddisfacente, bello il gusto e l'arredamento. Camere sufficientemente spaziose. Molto apprezzato l'angolo bar dove ci sono biscotti, croissant, frutta e bevande calde disponibili a tutte le ore. L'hotel di per se stesso non avrebbe nulla da dire sulle camere, la pulizia e l'accoglienza. Unico neo e solo quello, il rumore delle auto che transitano perché si affaccia su un raccordo stradale. A parte questo neo, il resto è tutto positivo.

- Michal (5/5): Hezký hotel ale na VELMI HLUČNÉM MÍSTĚ bez snídaní a bez teplé vody. - Hotel má pěknou architekturu a vybavení. A to je vše o mohu pochválit. Hotel inzeruje bohaté snídaně - snídaně nebyly. Bylo možní si zajít do blízké restaurace - zde trvalo objednání a přinesení snídaně celkem 30 minut. Vybral jsem si nejdražší pokoj s představou, že pokoj bude klidný. Opak byl pravdou . okna tohoto nejlepšího pokoje byla situována přímo k dálnici. Manželka říkala, že máme pokoj na autodromu. V pokoji netekla teplá voda. Po dvou bezesných nocích jsme se odstěhovali a to i za cenu, že mně zřejmě nikdo nevrátí platbu za neuskutečnění sliby. Michal

Ameisen im Zimmer und somit auch im Bett, sehr hellhörig zu Straße und Nachbarn, winziges Bad. Quasi kein Stauraum im Zimmer. Kein WLAN im Zimmer.

- Richard (9/5): For the independent-oriented traveller: a great location, comfortable, all the more so with a car. - Hotel is comfortable with spacious common areas. Friendly staff. Local parking is a bit of a learning curve but once established easy to negotiate, with lots of overnight, free space. Internet access was not possible in the rooms, and only in the common areas close to the registration desk. Given the comfort of the rooms it would have been a preferred choice.

- Gintare Dirzauskaite (4/5): Gražus interjeras, bet kainos ir patogumu santykis nuvylė - The hotel has a stylish design and a cozy and well-thought-out interior. The hotel is located near a busy highway. We stayed in two rooms, both of which were noisy: one because of the noise from cars, the other because of the wooden floor and the neighbors, who were clearly audible, even though they weren't actually noisy, but it felt like they were in the same room. We had problems with hot water—there was none in either room. After informing the staff about this through the booking, there was no response. So we were left without a hot shower before bed (there was water in the morning). There were also problems with the Wi-Fi - the login details were clearly provided, but we were unable to connect to the network. The staff did not resolve these issues in a timely manner either. We did not have internet access during our stay and used mobile data instead. We did not see the staff because we left the hotel at around 9 a.m. We received a message on our phone saying that the booking had not been charged and that we had to pay by bank transfer. We did so, but we did not receive any discount for the inconvenience caused. Please note that the staff does not communicate via the booking channel, even though we made the reservation through this platform, and they present this as normal practice.

- Paula (8/5): Sitio con encanto. - La decoración y el encanto que tenía. Lo que no me gustó es que la habitación estaba ubicada en un platico central donde mismo se hacía el desayuno. Por la mañana escuchabas a la gente hablar y el propio personal de la limpieza y alojamiento no paraban de hablar alto y molestaba un montón.

- Maryane (10/5): Un très joli hôtel dont les abords surprennent mais il est à l'intérieur très calme et agréable ! - L'hôtel est agencé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, beaucoup de plantes tropicales, de boiseries claires, des potos et livres de surf pour la déco, des parasols en macramé. C'est vraiment très joli. Le restaurant en contrebas sert à toute heure, et les repas et petits déjeuners sont extra et healthy ! Rien

- Carmen Nieves (9/5): Encanto y tranquilidad - El desayuno muy bien. Satisfecha. La ubicación del hotel en la parte norte de la isla, para mí la adecuada. Buscábamos descanso y lo conseguimos. Sitio muy tranquilo.

- Martin (6/5): Ambiente ansprechend. Preis / Leistung nicht adäquat. - Unterkunft OK. Umgebautes alter Landhaus. Liegt direkt an der Hauptverbindungsstrasse. Unser Zimmer war, auch nachts, zu laut. Für den Preis hätte Frühstück, Restaurant ist im Haus, inclusive sein müssen.

- Michaela (10/5): Wohlfühloase, für 2 bis 3 Tage genau das Richtige - Das Frühstück war unten in einem Lokal was eine unglaublich schöne Atmosphäre versprühte. Hat zum Verweilen eingeladen. Die Anfahrt war etwas schwierig. Da Hotel eigentlich direkt an der Autobahn liegt, fährt man leicht dran vorbei. (Ist aber trotzdem sehr leise im Hotel. Man hört keinen Straßenlärm). Man muß vor dem Hotel ungefähr 100 Meter parken und mit dem Koffer hinschieben. Der Weg ist auch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber man wird dann mit einem liebevoll eingerichteten Hotel belohnt.

- Richard (2/5): - Terrible location / dangerous access No service whatsoever, at 7 pm onwards no one at reception or on property… (how is that a hotel) We basically shared a room with the upstairs guests, could literally hear their phones, them in the shower, and all their steps. The bathroom is a 0, the towels were dirty.

Very comfortable and quaint atmosphere! - Very nice atmosphere, interior design well thought out while respecting charm of the original building! Also very nice to have restaurant onsite especially when it rains. Overall a very nice place to stay for 1-2 nights while visiting the N of Gran Canaria Location close to the busy road from Las Palmas to Agaete but once inside the building the road is barely noticeable unless the room is on the road side so make sure to request a quiet room on the courtyard side or the back of the building

Unica piccola nota che consiglio allo staff di tenere conto é che la musica nella area comune é stra accesa fino alle 11:30 di sera e se sei a letto si sente dalla camera e per noi che dovevamo andare a letto presto lo sentivamo, il Resto tutto perfetto

El baño tenia humedad Las ventanas estaban en el techo y no se podían abrir si llovía pues se mojaba la cama No tenia más que un enchufe a pie de cama con lo que Luz y cargar teléfono no era posible Butaca incómoda y carecía de lámpara y enchufe por si quería leer. O se podía beber agua del grifo y no había una botella De aquí potable, había que salir al patio para servirse el así de agua Hacia. Referencia al aparcamiento a 100 MTS, pero no indicaban que el pavimento no era regular Con lo cual túve que cancelar la reserva y marchar habiendo estropeado mis vacaciones. Booking . Hace abono en monedero , lo que implica Hacer otra reserva con Booking. El perjuicio de la no devolución en efectivo ya que yo tenía pagada una habitación superior El gasto de cambio de billete por marcharme antes Ya que las. Condiciones no eran aceptables. Y el haber estropeado .mis vacaciones eso NO LE IMPORTA A NADIE. TODO VALE CUALES SON MIS DERECHOS pues la obligaciones ERA PAGAR y es ya la cumplí Espero resilucion

- Anabel (8/5): - La decoración del lugar y la piscina privada en la habitación. Ya me había quedado antes en este lugar y desgraciadamente la calidad ha bajado. Antes ofrecían desayuno, croissants y el personal estaba pendiente a que tu estancia fuese épica. Ahora ni te avisan que debes reservar en el restaurante para desayunar, nos hicieron hacer el check-out antes de tiempo "porque se les llenó el hotel"y no nos compensaron de ninguna manera. Sin mencionar que cuando llegamos habíamos reservado dos habitaciones y sólo nos habían dado una tuvimos que reclamar la reserva que teníamos hecha tampoco hay recepcionista después de un tiempo. El personal debería implicarse más en la estancia del huésped. De resto bien.
- Abhishek (9/5): Great little boutique hotel away from Resort mayhem - The hotel is a boutique hotel with small details that make the difference. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable. The common areas and the rooms are gorgeously decorated, and the restaurant, its location, and the food there was excellent! The wall from parking to the hotel can be a little tricky especially if you have heavy suitcases. While it's segregated from the traffic, the pavement isn't paved and it can be hard. The window of the room we stayed in was not functioning properly and as a result we had to literally pry it open and stick a piece of wood to leave it open.
